部屋は、清潔できれいでした
アパートメント・ホテルで致し方ないのですが、レストランが有れば良かった、近くにセブンイレブンも無く食事は、外食・自分で作るしかない

The rooms were very clean and very well decorated. The beds were comfortable as well. I liked the fact that there was a small refrigerator and washing machine in the rooms. I also appreciated the friendliness of the staff there. My kids and I enjoyed the small pool on the roof as well as the views of Bangkok
The shower head in the bathroom is too low and for taller people, it's hard to take a shower. Also the glass wall next to the bathtub is only a half wall and so nothing is able to block the water when taking a shower.

Quiet residential area close to Thonglor Road..Fantastic helpful friendly staff.
Nothing too much really.

Very spacious, clean, great staff, comfortable bed, nice bathroom.
Location wasn’t too close to any train or transport station, but the hotel does provide a free tuk tuk service.

Lovely little serviced residence in the heart of thing lor. Room size was bigger than average and was clean and comfortable. It’s great value for the price and lots of space. Rooftop terrace has lovely view.
Swimming pool is small and some broken tiles which need to be fixed. Hotel has no restaurant. Rooftop terrace has three Sun loungers only.

fabulous apartment in great location and lovely staff!

Great staff. Apartment was good size for 4 of us. Tuk to BTS was a blessing. Quiet but convenient location. Overall very good value.
Pool deck area has potential to be much nicer, maybe a few more sun loungers and umbrellas. Kitchen could be better equipped but we managed.

I liked how comfortable the rooms were and the room designs and decorations were very beautiful. We also liked the privacy of the rooms as well. Additionally we liked the TV area and the choices of movies and shows
The shower heads were too low in the bathrooms. Since I'm a taller person it was hard to take a shower.

The staffs are really friendly, they also provided tuktuk service to go to the nearest mall/bts.
Certain parts of the floor was slippery that we slipped a couple of times, and there’s some smell in the toilet, but it wasn’t that strong.

I really liked the staff, very friendly and always trying to speak with their quest! I also like the pool on the top of the hotel, and the sauna, just very sad they are not open over night.
I didn't liked the rooms, in the pictures we saw one room, and once came, we got different room, it was old room, 100% not worth for the price you pay, it needs renovations, and deep cleaning. Very dark and moody rooms, when its raining in Bangkok, it gets very moody. We booked next hotel 60% cheaper in Bangkok OLD town, and it was way nicer! I do recommend this hotel, just not for 40 Euros a night.

The staff, rooms, clean, and location.
The pigeons on the verandah and the motorbike from the road woke up us very early in the morning - like 6AM.

Separate living room from the bedroom. Good water pressure for the sink and shower. The tankless toilet was an unexpected treat. Kitchen facilities were good. Two burner stove worked well. Small refrigerator but adequate for our needs. Two person dining table, large t.v.. Good lighting throughout the room. Plenty of cabinet space, fairly comfy couch. Two A/C's in the room, one in the kitchen, one in the bedroom. Both worked well. Swimming pool small but adequate for short laps.
The DVD/CD player only played CDs. The maid and I couldn't figure out how to get the DVD player to work. Lots of pigeon poop around the A/C compressors outside the kitchen window and bedroom window, which kept us from opening the windows. No balcony in the room.

Everything was wonderful and very clean! I love that it felt very home like and the bathroom had excellent upgrades from the toilet warmed seats and bidet to the spa bathtub with fabulous jets. I loved the vanity area, too! The bed was very comfortable too! I didn't use the washing machine but there was one available!
It needed a full set of silverware to include a butter knife. I wanted to cut an apple.

Located in the Thong Lo area which is a Japanese district, it's very close to many Japanese restaurants, services, and grocery stores. It's in a quiet alley away from the busy main street with a nice lobby and alert guards (they do their job well :) ). The hotel rooms were well-sized, with TVs, dishwashers, a kettle, a cooktop and crockery, fridge, and jacuzzi tubs. There is a hotel tuktuk available during certain hours of the day for nearby locations, and close to the Let's Relax onsen at the Grand Centre hotel (that's the most important to me).
There are no toiletries other than shower gel and shampoo but I noticed all the Thailand hotels I've been to don't provide them either, so all good.
Staff were attentive and helpful, thank you for the wonderful service.
Strangely even though there is a cooktop and dishwasher, there are no cooking utensils or pots and pans. Nor dishwashing tablets so we had to use the liquid one. No knives to cut fruit with, and no coffee and tea (although I think we did magically get a few packets from housekeeping during our last days there, maybe she noticed we had bought coffee and tea).
The sauna also needs more rocks than 3 pieces...the heater will be ruined at this rate.
