The staff was great.
The location was perfect, and so beautiful, as located in a beautiful UNESCO building
So noisy.
Construction right outside, It started at 3 am, finished at 10 pm.
So loud.
Pub crawls, where young adults would arrive from the bars, at early hours in the morning.
And, shared bathrooms that needed cleaning.

I have to say that my stay exceeded expectations (I never try to expect anything, so I won’t be disappointed …but this was truly amazing!). From the location, the rooms, the building, the activities and the lovely staff. I really wanted to stay longer and so did all the people I met in the hostel. I stayed in the dorm with 12 beds and there was also a small chilling area with sofa’s in the room! Which I Ioved - the other rooms don’t have this feature. The bed was comfy. The two big windows made it possible to get fresh air and had a really nice view over the city. Really one of the best hostels I stayed in.. definitely in my personal top 3. Would recommend to anybody even if it’s only for one day (but you’ll regret that you only booked a single night).
There is really noting that I didn’t like. The only thing that would make the experience even better would be if there were some more hooks or shelfs near the bathrooms so you can put your glasses and necessities for example.

Very beautiful and atmospheric hostel.
The ambiance of a hostel combined with the privacy of your own room is wonderful. We had a suite (family room) with a private bathroom. Very modern, large, and clean room and bathroom.
The hostel is centrally located in an area with a lot of ongoing construction. The suite is situated above the construction site, resulting in extra noise in the room from morning until evening.
We were not able to rest. This is not the hostel's fault, but it has affected our rating because we were not informed about it in advance, and we could have made a different choice.
Otherwise, a solid 10 for The Passenger Hostel!

Location was very central. Toilets and rooms were clean, but do know that shared toilets means its not as convenient.
You need to expect a noisy area, especially since it is part of a train station with restaurants and bars nearby. But they provide ear plugs, which I guess is a compromise. No issue with it then!

I cannot rate this property high enough
The rooms were spacious airy and good lockers space. the beds had linen lights PowerPoints curtain and individual fans

Convenient location, great interior design, overall clean facilities, rooms are spacious, friendly staff
The way the showers are set up is a bit inconvenient, as you either bring all your stuff into the stall with you and then everything gets wet, or you leave it outside on the bench. The rooms were a bit hot during the night and there was no way to open the window. Staff were friendly and helpful but the service was slow. There is only 1 person that is able to actually help you, so during check in or check out times there was a line up to complete the process. Also there didn't seem to be much of a social scene at the hostel

Great central location, easy access at any hour, lots of activities to allow people to meet each other, but this never got noisy or hectic at the place itself. And there was lots of open common space where you could relax if you wanted more private/chill time. Wonderful large breakfast and huge locker also included!
Curtains on the bed are only on the front, not the sides, so if the person across from you has their light on, it shines right into your bed. Also, the trains were never too loud to keep me awake, but since we’re right in the station, we did close the windows at night to minimize noise, and the room would get very warm.

Very friendly, helpful and welcoming staff, inclusive and warm. Comfy beds with privacy curtain.. Beautiful spacious, bright old building, very cental, lovely atmosphere.
I would appreciate an option for a proper blanket to put on top of duvet in winter. We were all cold in our room. (FEB) and when I asked for a blanket they were very friendly and helpful but they gave me an extra couple of sheets which didn't really help. So might be nice to have a stash of warm blankets for cold customers. But that's very minimal compared to how lovely the place was.
The coffee was really horrible from the machine. I had to pour it out after one sip every morning I tried it. And the breakfast could do with some fresh fruit. But they do squeeze orange juice in the morning! That's a fantastic luxury!

The staff was amazing, very kind and helpful. The breakfast was exceptional, cleanliness perfect, the building amazing, beautiful!, location couldn't be better. Truly amazing <3
I didn't expect it to be so cold inside the hostel. I understand now that it's common for southern countries in colder months, didn't know that before and was very cold. Maybe just a heads up would be good it's totally manageable. I ended up buying a couple of warm clothing items at the local second hand shop and it was great.

The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The entire place was clean. Breakfast was exceptional and very social. Separate laundry with drying rack. Being inside the station is quirky. Cool triple bunks if you don't mind climbing 2.5meters.
It was a bit pricey in comparison with other hostels. I stayed on Saturday night. Very noisy. Light off and quiet time was after 1am. It's very central with parties outside going until daybreak. Other central hostels are much quieter, which is my personal preference.

location was superb.
it’s not a complaint but I didn’t realize that bunk beds are 3 story high so it was bit of pain to get down in the middle of night for loo.

great stay at very clean facility. friendly staff and excellent breakfast provided. 1st Hostel I stayed at where they give breakfast so great extra touch to the stay
a little noisy at night when people come in and out of the dorm rooms. they should tell people to
leave their shoes outside dorms as some people have smelly shoes and this makes the entire room smell bad.

This place is extraordinary. Every detail is thought about, and the location being in a train station makes this hostel a unique experience. Bathrooms and showers were spotless and high-quality appliances is used everywhere.
The only problem I had during my stay was the internet signal did not reach the private rooms floor, and when I told the staff they couldn't do anything about it.

Very nice staff. Cool building. Nice touches.
Noisy room though earplugs were supplied.
It’s a minor point but the smell of the rooms - I think it may be the detergent used to clean the sheets? It’s not the first place I’ve stayed at to have this smell.

This is probably one of the top 3 hostels I’ve ever stayed in. The location alone was absolutely perfect. The staff are all super friendly and the bathrooms&showers were all very clean. Breakfast is very basic but a nice start to the morning.

I stayed in the standard private room and enjoyed the space. The rooms have high ceilings. You have shared toilets and showers, but there were only six or so private rooms in the hallway on floor 1, so I rarely encountered people. The bathrooms were always clean and showers had great water pressure. It was so cool being inside the train station! I didn't find the train station very loud from my room and I'm a sensitive sleeper. You really can't beat the location. Everything is within pretty close walking disrance. I would love to stay here again!
The beds weren't super comfy to me. I ended up sleeping on the sofa due to that and how hot it was on the upper loft where the two beds were located.

I love the unique vibe of the hostel, and location is perfect, you don’t need to worry about navigating because everything is so close! My room was so spacious, could fit up to 4 people I think! Facilities were great and the staff have been so welcoming and helpful!
