Please be advised that the playground area is currently closed. A new playground is scheduled to be installed and renovation work will take place November 18, 2024 for two weeks. We have adjusted our rates accordingly and no additional discounts will be applied. We regret any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
This spacious one bedroom is top of the line, no expense was spared in stocking or decorating this unit. You will love the calming coastal vibe offered by this beautiful property. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to cook a good meal. The kitchen is open to the dining and living area which makes it great for entertaining family and friends. In the living area you will find a queen size sleeper sofa and on the way to the master bedroom you'll find twin size bunk beds for two additional guests to sleep in. The master bedroom includes a comfy king size bed which brings the total occupancy of this unit to six guests. This beautiful one bedroom is also right next door to another unit managed by Padre Escapes and can be booked together.

My family and I visited for July 4 holiday, we had the best time. The condo was clean, organized and fully stocked. We had no problems whatsoever. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer to be able to come home with clean clothes. And the convenience of being right by the beach was really nice. The pool area was so fun, my family and I enjoyed swimming at night. they even have a playground. We will definitely come back next year. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation.

The unit we stayed in was accurately portrayed in the listing and great piece was the acceptance of pets. The only "downside" was the cleanliness of the pool water, which is expected due to the number of units to use the available pools. Otherwise, it was a great weekend getaway unit. Property managers did provide "starter" laundry and kitchen supplies, which is always a bonus.

We continue to have a great experience with Padre Island Escapes. This is our 4th year using the company for our vacation rental. My wife and I cannot praise the Padre Escapes team enough. Everyone is helpful and courteous. I definitely want to recognize CJ and the maintenance team. We stay 3-5 months at a time, and sometimes encounter appliance breakdowns. CJ engages the right resources needed to fix the problem quickly! Very very great service and effort!!

We had everything we needed and the layout with the bunk beds was great. Quiet unit. The bathroom smelled like pee so we bought enzyme to clean around base of toilet. Wished it had newer pillows but we brought ours. Decor and kitchen were nice. Just wish it was overall cleaner.

We’ve stayed at this complex before and loved the amenities and location. I absolutely love the spacious floor plan. The bedroom is big, the bunks are so nice to have and they are out of the way, the livingroom is huge! The kitchen and dining is great space as well. That’s mainly why we come back with the combination of everything you need in one! All of that is hard to find anywhere else. And it’s a beautiful condo! So clean, has everything you need along with dishwasher and washer dryer! We loved our stay once again!

The stay was good and the location was good. The only issue I had was with the sight cleanliness. The grounds were not picked up and had a lot of litter and the dumpsters were full the day we got there so trash was piled in front of the two dumpsters for 4 days and it stank and there were flies and gulls everywhere and trash strewn about the lot. Location was ideal for walking and parking to the beach. For the kids, having the pool was great break from the gulf waters. The size of the condo was perfect for 5, any more would be too crowded. The furniture can be updated. Little creaks here and there when sitting down was worrisome. The sleeper sofa was a challenge to deal with due to its age. It doesn’t just easily pop open.
When planning to prepare foods, everything you may want is available to use from oven pans to frying pans. Be sure to bring salt and pepper..
We really enjoyed our stay overall on this property. Cleanliness is key and the prompt response for linens was greatly appreciated.

The only difficult part of our trip was transporting our squirmy little boys to the little kids pool/splash pad, when there was no sidewalk to walk on. There were only pavers spaced far apart with LOTS of gravel. I know Padre Escapes doesn't own the entire property but adding more pavers or a sidewalk would be HUGE. Also, I hope the playground will reopen soon- it did not appear damaged in anyway so I am not sure what "renovations" are being done on it.

I had a great two-month stay at this property. My husband was there for part of the time, parents for another part. Amber from Padre Escapes was extremely helpful as I had to keep extending my stay (was moving at the time). She made it easy and I didn't have to stress too much about the place.
It's like two blocks from the beach, so I'd walk down there with my dog a couple times a day and check things out. Nice and quiet by the condo, even when the beach was busy.
One thing I would want to know is that there aren't really a bunch of restaurants or bars in walking distance. It's basically all just condos. Which was fine for me! But just something I thought was notable.
Also, the place needed a little bit of new stuff. Towel racks fell off, sink didn't drain well, stove top was kind of a pain because it was induction and all the pots and pans were bent up and didn't really cook evenly.
Overall, though, it was a great stay.

Loved this unit. Will definitely consider renting again next time I visit. New with modern appliances/amenities. Perfect size for myself and my big dog. Five minute stroll to the nearest beach, which was also dog-friendly. Parking right outside the front door.

Hi - This is a horrible place to stay. I was supposed to come Thursday (July 23) and stay through Sunday (July 26). But I called on Wednesday (July 22) to cancel because of this bad hurricane/storm that was coming. I know it wasn’t 72 hours in advance but I wasn’t sure how bad the storm was going to be until the last minute and I cancelled for me and my daughter’s safety. What disappoints me is that you won’t give me a full refund or even half of a refund back for these types of circumstances. I will never stay at your location or recommend this to anyone again. Shame on you for “punishing” me when I was thinking of our safety.

Extremely Satisfied
My wife found this property rental on Monday and by Tuesday we were there. Everything was done through the app and it couldn't have been easier. Check in was through texts and the front door has a smart lock. The place was extremely clean and stocked with all the supplies we needed to cook. From the decor to the beds, everything was clean and we'll cared for. The location was one block from the beach and it felt like a semi private beach at that. The pool area was also very well cared for. Can't wait to book again
