Everything. WiFi, comfortable bed, air con, spa, outdoor setting and privacy.
The spa took a while to fill, but all good. It was nice to soak in a warm bath.

The facilities were exceptionally clean. Communication with the owner was good throughout my stay, even over the weekend. The B&B is in a great location within walking distance to the main street and lakeside reserves. I had a very peaceful stay and the spa was so relaxing! I would definitely stay again.
I found the bed a bit uncomfortable.

It is a very small studio out the back of someone’s house. very overpriced for what it actually is.

The spa is amazing, and the host is very friendly as well.
Good location with surrounding water.

Blatant misrepresentation of a property is something Booking.com should never tolerate.
The “de-luxe bungalow” is in fact nothing more than a small shed at the far end of the back yard, hidden behind the garage. Yes, this place is a shed, of cheap ‘fibro’ construction, with a low flat roof. So low that its ceiling height of 2.1 metres (7 ft) is way below the Australian building codes minimum (2.4m / 8ft) for a ‘habitable room’. Is it even legal for this to be used commercially as guest accommodation?
It’s a shed.
They claim the area is 25 sq m, but it is only 20, a huge proportion of which is occupied by an enormous spa bath.
Shed with spa.
Everything was cramped and poky, and even though we are small people, we found ourselves bumping into one another, and also into all manner of other things within that tiny space.
Nowhere to put our luggage of just two backpacks, so we crammed them in behind the entrance door, and it could still be opened wide enough for us to squeeze in and out. But there was no provision for clothes storage, no wardrobe, not even a hanging rail. Simply not enough space, it is all so tiny. The owner suggested to hang things on the three hooks on the back of the door, but we pointed out that she had provided no clothes hangers, so as an afterthought she came out with a few. The only drawer was a deep one in a small ottoman chest, but it was full of the owner’s linen.
If this was an Airbnb at something under half the price, you might consider it embodied some slight measure of value, but at what we paid via Booking.com, the abysmal value for money was glaring, and verging on the ridiculous. The people who have posted such glowing reviews clearly do not get out very much, and in fact probably never get out of the spa.
In conclusion, we know that Booking.com very assiduously protects its reputation for reliability and this is one place it should never be offering its clients.
Blatant misrepresentation.

We booked this place after reading the wonderful reviews and it did not disappoint! The place was clean with good amenities (especially the spa). Kate was very friendly and informative before and during our stay which made the trip much more enjoyable. We would definitely consider to stay here again.

The little flat was very private, clean, tidy and the spa was magnificent.
it seem to heat up very quickly and stay quite warm inside, but the air-conditioner was lovely.

The host Kate and the family are extremely nice and kind. I mentioned to Kate that it is my dad’s birthday and they prepared a birthday card also sent me the nice photos. I am so moved and really appreciate everything. Thanks so much Kate and family!

Cosy. Nice continental breakfast condiments.
Maybe because it was raining and we had to negotiate gates etc it was not easy. Start running the spa about 1 hour before you use it - very slow to fill enough.

The little things, the small details are so lovely. The spa is excellent condition. The bed is very comfortable. We're repeat guests as we loved it last time. Stunning hospitality and welcoming warmth from the owners.
The new fridge was a it loud and woke us up a few times. Could do with 1 more floor mat as it gets pretty wet in bathroom.

It was a good location and very clean. There was a good selection for the included breakfast. It had everything you needed to make it a comfortable stay.
The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The two chairs could have had cushions or something as they were quite hard especially if you wanted to sit and read or watch tv.

everything was great
