Great location, clean and tidy but is a work in progress

It’s in a central location and is wonderful historic building.

The place was clearly undergoing some renovations which it needs.

Location wins overall

The location was awesome so central and easy to get around and enjoy shopping, Dining out etc Also the size of the property we had 4 girls for a girls trip and it was a good set up for us all Was fair value for money. Communication was great with management of the property they were very prompt and helpful

The building itself had a very pungent odour The accommodation needs new furniture mostly beds! At the very least bed bases, we had to move the mattress onto the floor as the mattress fell through the slats Stair cases are very steep so might be something to bare in mind if movement is tricky

We loved the apartment. location was amazing apartment was great set up was excellent … was too hot and difficult to get relief.

apartment needed air conditioning as it was stifling hot. There was one fan that we used constantly to get relief from heat.

Great weekend away with girlfriends. Great location

Great location and excellent price for 2 bedrooms and in the middle of town.

A few things we had to go and buy as there was no dishcloth, no coathangers and no soap or handsoap in the bathroom.

Where it was is great.Right in the middle of the shops.Great for graduation stay. Very quiet too though.

The bed was too hard for me an I didn't like the stairs much. One toilet roll isn't enough either.

great location, but the state of the place was a let down for the price paid

beds were terrible. it was a quite rundown and not very clean shower door didn’t close plaster falling off the walls

Quite good but a few improvements are needed for the price we paid.

We didn't have a dish cloth. The shower door didn't close properly, thus water went over the bathroom floor. Needed extra blankets and pillows.

The apartments were very central.

The 2 flights of stairs that you had to walk up after a night on the town 😂 and the dryer in one of the apartments didn’t work.

Excellent location, and size but expensive

Loved the space, the location, the fact that I could do laundry and cook my own meals

It was really expensive and when my business plans changed and finished 5 days earlier than expected I could get a refund, I understand, but was really hoping they would be accommodating. There was no broom or vacuum to clean for the 10 nights that I had booked for, or extra bin bags. For a lengthy stay like that extra loo paper, bin bags, dishwasher cubes and a vacuum would make the stay really awesome

Passable

The apartment was run down with plaster coming off the ceiling in the lounge and kitchen was not very clean. Could not see through the dirty windows. The couch in the living room was not comfortable to sit on at all (could be made into a bed). Bathroom had doors in front of the washing machine taken off and a floor fitting was left which resulted in being stepped on several times with bare feet. Price was way to high for what we got.

Amazing Central Stay

Beautiful apartments with a good amount of space. Beds are so comfortable and nice bedding. The bathroom was cozy but had everything you need for a short stay. Location is just unmatched being right in the centre of town, therefore saving money on Ubers.

Unfortunately there was a lot of complications on which room we were in and some payment processing issues but the staff were easy to get ahold of and dealt with the mishap promptly.

Not worth the money.

The photos online are a bit catfish like - it's tiny. There is no lift to go up 3 flights of stairs so if you've got heavy luggage like we did - you need to lug it all the way.

The property (building and room), wasn’t very clean or tidy. Stairs, walls, balcony and entryway were discoloured, carpet was ripped up from the ground in areas, elevator had a gross smell

Pleasantly surprised

After reading mixed reviews I was feeling a bit worried of what I would find when turning up but was really pleased to walk into a lovely, big, bright and very clean apartment. It did have a stale small when first opened the door but went straight away after opening the large windows and doors to deck. Very comfortable beds and pillows, large kitchen and lounge dinning, can't rate it enough. Fabulous location right smack in the middle of the city.

The small lift, but I have always hated lifts! Stair were perfect

The location is great

There was mould all over the curtains and the roof of the bathroom. The windows rattled in the wind and are so thin we could hear every conversation on the street as people walked past. Big stains on the carpet in the bedrooms. I can’t believe how much we paid for disgusting accomodation.

location is good if you enjoy partying and Loud noises

for a family the location sucks, the property is unsafe as there are power points hanging off the wall, the lights flicker and the neighbours seem to be drilling/power sanding into the night.
