We loved everything about this property! Comfortable beds and extra pillows. We so appreciated the amenities that were offered since we were traveling from out of state (coffee, shampoo, body wash, dish soap, laundry detergent, towels, beach chairs, cooler, wagon, floaters, etc.) The home had plenty of space for hanging out-inside and outside. Some extra blankets would have been nice but aside from that it was perfect! We will definitely stay here again. Thank you! wagon,irsfloat

The house had everything we needed. There is loads of space to hang out, 2 living areas and a great back yard. Brett was a breeze to work with. The beach is just 2 blocks away, there are plenty places to walk to for enjoying a meal out. We all had a great time I would definitely recommend this house to anyone.

We really enjoyed our 10 day stay. Great location!!! Beach a block and a half away. Having all the beach supplies really was helpful. Just loaded up the cart and off you go. Plenty of room inside, loved the cement floor. The best is the back yard. Great pool and plenty of outdoor sitting. Our host was very easy to contact and he keeps the place in tip top shape. We would definitely stay there again!!!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the beach cottage. It was very comfortable and clean, the backyard setting and pool were a big treat, the beach was very convenient to walk to and it was well stocked with all sorts of niceties to make a coastal vacation most enjoyable. Brett was easy to work with and a very attentive host. We are very grateful for a most wonderful IRB stay had at this most lovely property.

This is our 4th year staying at this property and we have already reserved it for next year. It is wonderfully maintained, equipped…perfect for us and our two kids with spouses and grandchild to chill for a week. The beautiful backyard and large pool provide all the entertainment we need- and then there’s the perfect beach 2 blocks away! If I could give this home 10 stars I would

Look no further, this place is a 10/10! The host was very responsive. The house is clean, comfortable, well appointed and stocked with amenities, as well as all the pool & beach gear needed for a very enjoyable stay.

This house is in the perfect location! Short walk to beach and a number of restaurants. House was clean, well-maintained, and stocked with all the essentials an out of town traveler might need. Backyard is gorgeous with plenty of chairs, a grill, pool with sun shelf, and horseshoe pit. Owner was prompt with communication. The only thing to note is there is currently construction behind the home. The crew starts very early in the morning and can hinder the privacy and relaxation in the backyard. Of course this is beyond owner’s control and we still had a great vacation!

We stayed at this home for the second time and are going back. It is beautiful inside and out. The pool area in the back yard is resort like. It is 2 blocks walk to beach and trolly stop. Great kitchen and living areas. Laundry. 3 BR and two baths. Very Clean. A must stay!!

Definitely a great family getaway. We loved the backyard setting and beautiful pool. Home was clean and well equipped with all amenities needed. It was an easy walk to the beach and to several local bars/restaurants. We will be back!

The house and yard are a fantastic example of a Florida beach bungalow. It is exactly how it reads. Brett’s communication was excellent and timely. I will be back as often as I can. Proximity to the beach is excellent. Lots of options for eating out. Lots of amenities at the house for kids. Everyone in our group absolutely loved the experience.

My family loves IRB, and this was our first stay at this house. It was exactly as described, and we really enjoyed every minute of it. The only downside is that the nearest beach access point is currently our, due to a recent hurricane, making the walk to the beach a bit longer (obviously no fault of the home, but can be an issue if mobility is a concern). I would 100% stay in this home again.

This property made for the perfect week long family vacation to the beach! All of the beach equipment: chairs, umbrella, toys, floats, wagon and cooler were so nice to have available. The house was well stocked with spices, coffee pods, soaps and towels. My only recommendation for future guests would be to bring your own toilet paper and storage containers for leftovers if you like to cook at home instead of eating out like my family does; otherwise, this property has everything and more to make your stay perfect!!!

This was the perfect home for Husband/Dad's 60th Birthday Celebration. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach, but the highlight was definitely the backyard. Lots of room to spread out and enjoy the beautiful pool and Florida weather. Home is nicely spread out with 2 separate areas to hang out. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great house to spend their vacation. Hope to be back soon...

We looked at SOOO many places and we really wanted a PRIVATE pool, but also EASY access to the beach and this place checked those boxes and then some! We absolutely loved this place! The grill worked great and functional kitchen got the job done for us to cook almost every meal! I enjoyed using 1 of the 3 adult bikes for a daily ride to check out the area. We loaded the trolly with 4 beach chairs,2 boogie boards,umbrella, and a cooler for a SHORT walk to the beach (about 2 blocks). It was GREAT to have all of that available to us to use. The shed is also loaded with floaties and toys to keep the saltwater pool life fun! If I HAD to improve anything at all it would be: 1. Single Ply toilet paper - C'mon, our butts are on vacation too, let's treat em accordingly # ; ) 2. Pillow cases for all the extra pillows (finding the perfect height with a mix of pillows is always a challenge so that would be helpful.) 3. No "blackout" curtains so it is bright, early, so not easy to sleep in.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beach house. The pool and backyard were beautiful and we rarely used our car since the beach is right across the street and there are several walkable restaurants. We also loved riding the bikes around the beautiful neighborhood. Would definitely stay again!

Awesome location, only takes 3 minutes to walk to the beach, public access at 21st Avenue. Great pool, very clean, comfortable beds. Walking distance to restaurants (be forewarned many places are closed Mondays or Mon & Tue). We’ve stayed in the area many times, always in a condo. This was our favorite place. Only one complaint and that’s that a previous guest stained and scratched a lot of the pans. There were four of us staying here, and both my teenage kids had their own room. We also had family members visit us and there was ample room for us to have dinner and hang out together. The grill worked great. Overall I would definitely stay here again and recommend it!

This property had the perfect location! The decor is fun and beachy and the backyard/pool was spacious. The perfect spot to hang with friends and family. They supply everything we needed for pool/ beach. We were very comfortable and will plan on returning in the future! Brett was very responsive when we contacted him. Very pleased with our stay!
