We had never been to Indian Rocks Beach before and it great. 1st floor condo with beach items provided made our packing lighter! Would definitely come back!

The condo is great, and it’s on the first floor, and the beach and the ocean is beautiful , thank you for all you supplied, early in the mornings I would walk on the beach and enjoy before we all went to the beach, with kids , thank you for informing me of places to go eat for lunch and dinners , different store locations and how to arrive from the airport ,,,etc.

I was OK with the ground floor as my husband has trouble walking a distance. The unit was ok but updates wouldn't hurt.
The bedroom carpet's were filthy to me and I believe they've never been cleaned. They truly need to be cleaned. The ceilings are paper thin. Not that anyone can control this but the renters above us kept going in and out onto the balcony. The sliders, opening and closing sounded like 'rolling thunder' and it continued until all hours of the night. Thank goodness we had a noise maker in the bedroom to help drown out the scraping of the chairs and 'rolling thunder' of the sliders so we could sleep.
Unfortunately, unless the cleanliness of the carpets and 'rolling thunder' sliders are corrected, we will not be back and would not recommend.

The location and description of this vacation condo was spot on. After receiving had a hard time on a phone conversation about getting an extra packing spot, we were given one without hesitation when we arrived. The place was under construction, which made it very hard to maneuver around during the week. We could not do laundry on location, and had to go to a coin laundry, which was very pricy. Upon arrival, entering the condo, it smelled awful ( we think it possibly hadn’t been used in awhile ). We sprayed it down with Lysol and kept the doors open to air it out. Also, throughout the week there were numerous bugs in the condo. We have pictures of a few of them. There were bugs in the bedroom with 2 beds in the bed closet to the wall. Also, said bedroom had bugs on the carpet. In the kitchen there was garbage between the refrigerator and the counter, microwave popcorn pouches, and pop tarts, this brought numerous bugs, black tiny ones, in the kitchen until we figured out the problem. The food items had been there for quite some time, as they were soft and mushy. Once we cleaned it up the bugs seemed to lighten up some. We did not complain on site, as my husband was afraid of losing our extra parking spot. He said just let them know after. The overall condo was nice, and fully stocked. ( couldn’t believe the amount of paper products). It did lack being clean with a fresh smell. Also, we only had limited amount of bath towels and with no laundry on site, it was expensive to clean them off site.

This was a great place to stay, it was well maintained. It had very helpful and knowledgeable staff. It was a quieter area to vacation compared to the Clearwater area. Our property faced the inter-coastal water way, which made it much quieter. We would definitely stay there again. Our host gave us alot of useful tips for the area and used almost all of the ones he gave us. We especially liked using the trolley to go to the Clearwater beach area. It would have been difficult to drive there and find parking.

Place was great but couch was uncomfortable and outdated. It was inconvenient not having a washer and dryer un the unit. However location was excellent and owners were responsive and attentive to our needs.

Spring Break at 50 Gulfside!
We love 59 Gulfside and this year was. I different. Beautiful unit on the fist floor. Parked directly in front of it, which made for easy move in! Tons of beach gear in great shape.

This condo was super convenient to everything we wanted to do! The owner really was great at making suggestions. The unit was clean and well stocked. The furnished beach chairs and beach supplies really made our stay more enjoyable. Highly suggest you choose this place!!!

Great place to stay
The condo was exactly as stated in the description. The owner responded quickly to my questions prior to the trip and provided us with useful information for our stay. The condo was clean and the kitchen had plenty of provisions for us to cook. What I loved the most were the water and sand toys that the owner provided, along with chairs for us to use on the beach. My grandson used all of them and it saved us buying them after they arrived. The condo was close to lots of restaurants and convenience stores. Although the condo faced the intercoastal you just had to turn the corner at the side of the condo building to reach the beach. My only recommendation would be to provide beach towels, but we just picked some up at a local store. I would definitely stay here again. Loved the place!

Family trip
First time using VRBO and staying at 50Gulfside. The location was perfect! We loved going back and forth from the condo to the beach and pool without packing everything up! The property was exactly as described and my family of 5 had plenty of room. The property owner was easy to reach and the staff at the building was very friendly and helpful! We hope to get back there soon!!

Highly recommended for families
We loved our stay. Five kids ages 14 down to 4, all slept comfortably (two shared beds and we brought an air mattress that fit between the beds in the second bedroom. The proximity to the pool and beach were unbeatable. Beach was quiet and clean, pool area was always clean, pool was heated and clean. Tables to eat outside, lounging chairs, rinsing stations for after the beach. Condo stocked PERFECTLY with sand toys, beach cart, boogie boards, noodles, masks, everything. We didn't bring a thing for the beach and with five kids, didn't need one thing! Nice patio to enjoy in the evenings. Parking spot is directly in front of the unit, very convenient. We loved the area - so many restaurants, some even within easy walking distance, we found an LA fitness closeby so we could workout daily, laundry facilities were convenient ($4 total per load, bring quarters), kitchen was stocked better than any place I've ever stayed - every utensil, every small appliance (even a crockpot!), and new appliances, it was wonderful. The bar area in the kitchen was huge - seated all five kids. Condo was spacious and clean, honestly couldn't have asked for a better spot to stay.
ONLY con was the bed was hard.
And for anyone wanting to know our favorite spots while we visited here - VIP mexican american (we walked here, jalapeno margaritas were phenomenal)
Guppys on the beach (last night's fancy dinner, food was outstanding)
Grouper on the gulf ( best grouper sandwich we had all week)
Kooky Coconut (took all the kids here for a relaxing dinner and ice cream)
Mahuffers (incredible, one of a kid dive bar)
We had a great experience and would recommend this place to ANYONE!

Thankfully we were able to ask Tom (owner) questions because the property management were not available during New Year day. Stayed here for 5 nights, and the only issue we encountered is not finding extra pillowcases so my brother had to bring them. Again, no property management to ask.

The owner Tom, is great to work with. First thing, we noticed was the musty smell when entering into the condo, but the air freshers seem to do the trick, we didn’t notice the musty smell after the first walk though. The beach cart was the best! We could load everything up in it. I had one problem and that was with the living room TV/cable, I could not get it to work. Tom sent me the directions and still couldn’t get it. So I walked to the office the next day and the blonde older woman was very rude to me. She finally came down about a hour later and tried to fix it. When she couldn’t get it fixed she became sort of nice. She said she will contact the maintenance guy and get it fixed. I went on to the beach. I can back and the TV was on and only one channel would work (news 9) that’s what we had to watch during our trip. The bedroom TV was fine.

We are Happy, this made our trip. Peggy's Place was 1st floor, plenty of beach chairs, floats, umbrellas.... Good wifi for work.
Kitchen clean and loaded for cooking.
Beds are comfy , bedroom is quiet ,closet held our luggage, Tom sent us newsletters on the restaurants, grocery stores, how to see the dolphins, and fun for kids. The office ladies were helpful . The Beach is beautiful, water calm and warm, all sand no rocks . Sunsets are the best we have seen.

Wonderful Home Base for Beach Vacation
Peggy's Place did not disappoint! Condo is very clean, comes with plenty of kitchen utensils, pots, pans whatever you may get need. Beach supplies were amazing; having chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, snorkel, wagon all at our disposal made this one of the best beach vacations we've ever taken. There is public beach access right beside the unit, makes it super easy to wheel supplies down to the beach. The building also has a great patio with pool overlooking the beach, with plenty of seating. We didn't use the pool, but it looked clean and inviting. Shower /foot washing stations easily available at patio entrance to beach or public access so keeping sand outside was very easy. Cable TV was super, just choose subscribed channels from guide on remote to make channel surfing easy. WiFi was fast and reliable. AC is ice cold, so nice after a hot day in the sun. Neighborhood is quiet, located on fairly busy road lined with rental units. CVS, restaurants, surf shops, ice cream shop all within easy walking distance if you want to leave the car behind. Publix grocery is a quick 10 minutes from the condo.

Wonderful stay!
We had a wonderful stay at Pegs Place! The proximity to the beach and pool were perfect! We loved the outside patio and the amount of beach equipment available to use was wonderful! It saved lots of room in our vehicle from not having to bring all of that with us. (They had a beach cart, umbrellas, plenty of chairs, toys!). The beach was literally just steps away and it took less than a minute to walk back if we forgot something or needed anything from the room. The beach was beautiful and clean and was not crowded at all.
The condo was very comfortable and we were thankful for the supply of paper products. We arrived at night and were glad we didn’t have to stop. And we loved having the parking spot directly behind the condo!
This was our first time in the area. We found some great restaurants to eat at (Crabby Bills & Frenchys) and the ice cream shop just down the street had every kind of ice cream imaginable!! It was such a short drive into Clearwater. But definitely was not as crowded as C.W. We even took a day and drove to Orlando and took our son to Disney’s Magic Kingdom for the first time!! It was amazing! It was an hour and a half drive or less away. We left super early and enjoyed a full day at Disney. It was definitely worth it for our family. Then we still had several more days to rest and relax at the condo before heading home!
The condo complex was clean and welcoming. The pool was wonderful and we loved being able to just leave our things on the beach and go back and forth to the pool when we wanted to. We used the coin machines to wash our clothes before returning home so that was nice as well. Being able to take everything home clean and ready to put away was very helpful.
The only concern we had was the WiFi. It was difficult to get a good connection and we ended up having to turn it off a lot and just use our cellular data instead because our apps on our phones were just not working well/fast enough on the WiFi. Also, we had a lot of trouble finding anything to watch on the TV. It seemed as if most of the channels weren’t subscribed to (even cartoon channels) so we didn’t get to use the TV a lot.
Overall, this was a fabulous vacation for our family!!! We had the best time and can not wait to go back. We would definitely rent Pegs Place again. It had everything we needed and more!! You will not be disappointed! Thank you so much for allowing us to vacation in your home and make wonderful memories!

Peg’s Place was great! Tom was a wonderful host. My questions were answered promptly! Condo was super clean. We have stayed in a number of Indian Rocks condos and have never had access to super beach chairs, umbrellas and beach wagon! We have also never stayed in a place that paper products and laundry detergent was supplied, this was over the top helpful! We have already booked for next year!
