It's a good place, but not clean

The staff is really nice, the hotel is also beautiful. I do think they deserve the 5 star rating, but I wouldn't go there again. You should definitely need a car, order a taxi or just stay at the resort. It's not nearby a lot of facilities and people drive fast, I don't know if walking is a good idea.

The rooms are not cleaned properly. The wine glasses are just held under the tap and placed back. Stains everywhere. I normally order a lot trough roomservice, but this time I didn't because I found it not comfortable, just not clean. The hotel, the area around is clean tho.

This beautiful hotel will give you the best experience when it comes to hospitality and service!

This was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at! Everything was exceptional, the staff, the facilities, the food. Upon arrival the reception was very friendly and helpful and made us feel more than welcome. Our room was wonderful and was kept very clean and perfect throughout our entire stay. We had dinner at all of the restaurants, and we could not have been more delighted. The food was exceptional (although it was a bit on the pricier side) and the staff was more than courteous. We also ordered room service a few times and the staff there were great as well!

Fabulous Place For Reasonable Price

The kitchen is very good. The cakes and desserts are exceptional. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The room and amenities are excellent. All rooms have sea views. It is a great place to relax in luxury. Happily, to keep in shape, there are 2 excellent pools, one inside and one outside, good for lap swimming. In addition to a fully equiped gym.

Some staff member should improve their English language skills.

Unforgettable stay

We had an incredible stay. Everything was perfect, the place, the decoration, the restaurants, the gastronomy... We thank again Anastasia and Piotre who took care of us very well at dinner and breakfast every day. We hope to come back one day, a great memory that we will not forget!

There is not much to say. Only the temperature of the outdoor pools can be very cold!

friendly staff , Buddha bar was great

you should indicate restaurant opening hours since we missed out on elements on a Sunday. we were checking out on Sunday noon and no one notified us. we should be told so we can plan ahead on what to do next. poor weather and raining and was in the hotel most of the time.

SPECTACULAR HOTEL, I'D RATE IT A 12 IF I COULD!!!

hotel is SPECTACULAR!!! it goes far and beyond your expectation. rooms were great, super clean and had all the amenities you need. worth every single penny. staff are amazing and helpful. breakfast was very good, loved the fact that you can still have a late dinner if you want to sleep in the morning.

the pool bar / food was overpriced for the food quality you get. the rooms with private pool: it can get annoying having some people in the next rooms as there is no seperation between the rooms

This resort is perfect in every way from the welcome we received when we arrived, to the idyllic setting, the amenities and the friendliness and professionalism of staff. This is the best resort I have ever visited. I was sad to leave and sincerely hope to return.

Perfect luxury stay

Everything about this hotel is extraordinary. Beautiful location, extremely friendly and helpful staff, very clean rooms, fantastic breakfast. The infrastructure is very spacious, wether you prefer to sit at the beach or at the pool, there’s always plenty of space. After checkout we could use the facilities for the rest of the day and there’s a shower room available on request to use before leaving. We will definitely come back!

Long waiting for coffee at breakfast. Especially for other coffee than standard such as cappuccino, late macchiato,…

Amazing relaxing part of our honeymoon. We definitely leaned into the "resort" life

The food! Amazing options from the buffet to the Cretan dinner restaurant. Wonderful staff who were exceedingly friendly and helpful. The drinks were also delicious and excellent. Amazing views and amazing weather.

Could not use the infinity pool very much because it cost 50 euro per degree to increase the heat. Was disappointed by this and all the pools were quite chilly so just stayed out in the sun primarily. Also, the staff felt a little slow at times for how busy it was but they were still wonderful and friendly.

WORST STAY EVER

WARNING!! Do not stay here!!, The worst place we have ever stayed. unfriendly unhelpful staff, you can not get sun-lounges, unclean, NOT FOR CHILDREN HIGH CLIFFS EVERYWHERE!, the area around is dirty,unsafe and horrible with nothing to do. The inside pool was empty the whole holiday, the gym was too dirty to be in! we left on day 2 and came home after fears of safety. they did not refund the stay!
