The property was amazing! Check-in was simple and all of the house information was easily accessible. The home itself is gorgeously decorated and fully equipped. Loved that every room was en suite and the hot tub was perfect. Looking forward to returning again…and again…and again…

This was the second year in a row we have stayed at this house - it was perfect again! It is our favorite rental in Mammoth Lakes. Our family of 9 had plenty of room and parking. Both the home and the location are awesome - no problems whatsoever. We will definitely be staying here again!

The property was even better than advertised. It was a great location that was very nicely appointed. We enjoyed the evening hot tub sessions after long days of hiking and exploring the natural beauty in the area. We used the kitchen every night and found it to be really well stocked with all items you would need to cook a variety of meals. Access to the property and communication from management was easy and excellent. We will definitely be back.

This rental property was perfect for a family getaway. All of the bedrooms have attached bathrooms. This was great for privacy. The king sized beds were super comfy. I loved all the little extras provided. The living space was open and conducive for gathering comfortably. The views from the deck were stunning. We traveled on an unusually hot weekend. Although there was no air conditioning, the host had multiple fans brought to location within minutes. I will definitely go back!

Exceptional
Much better than advertised. Clean, beautiful location, and all the appointments that you could hope for. The kitchen is well stocked with all a hobby cook could need. The audio visual system is a bit touchy, but with a location this great, it's not a priority. But could be made easier to use and a better satellite system. We will definitely stay again.

Buyer Beware....more like “Glamping”
Great location. Pretty home. However; ONE hanger in the home for four bedrooms, we ended up purchasing some. NO dressers or drawers for clothing in any of the bedrooms. We had to live out of our suitcases on the floor for 5 days. No garage door openers. So disappointing. We stayed at another Gray Bear property just down the street last Thanksgiving and across the golf course at Stonegate for several consecutive Thanksgivings. Those properties were far and above this one. What hotel or rental property doesn’t provide a place to put your clothing? Cannot recommend this property

Great stay in Mammoth Lakes!
We had a great stay in Mammoth for a week. The house was as advertised, clean and all 4 bedrooms had its own en suite bathroom which was great! The only issues we had was upon check in the jacuzzi and cable was not working. However, after contacting Natural Retreats they quickly sent out a team within 24 hours and they were able to fix the problems.

Excellent Experience
It is a beautiful home across the street from a golf course and close to the village. This newer home has updated features and every bedroom has a full bathroom.

Great location, beautiful house
Just got done staying here last weekend and we were all very impressed with the house and location. We were able to walk to the brewery for dinner and really enjoyed being so close to everything we needed in town. Our only complaint was that the outside speakers are blown out and the plastic chairs outside on the deck need to be replaced (they are frail and cracking).

Spring Break in Mammoth
House was as described in the listing. Overall clean and organized and all systems/appliances were found functional. Kitchen had all tools and cookware needed. We had to dig the BBQ out of a large pile of snow/ice before we could use it, which took a while. The couch area had ants (on the couch and on the couch table - likely due to food remnants that where between couch pillows). The stereo system was elaborate with speakers all around, however challenging to use if you are not tech savvy. Internet worked well throughout the house. Overall we had a fun time all week and enjoyed the spacious house.

Great Mammoth Home
Overall a great place to stay. Everything was available, garage space is a big plus. We had some issues with the refrigerator, and although the issues couldn't be resolved while we were there, the communication and service was good. Would recommend to friends.

Mountain Paradise!
My wife and I traveled with our 3 daughters and son-in-laws -- after assuring our safety by testing 'negative' to the Covid-19 virus the day before we departed -- to Mammoth Mountain and had a great time. The cabin was well-appointed and the floorplan was terrific -- each of the four bedrooms had ensuite bathrooms. Kitchen was spacious and met all of our needs since most local restaurants were closed and we needed to prepare most of our meals. Neighborhood was very new and upscale, and we enjoyed our afternoon walks. Golf course was just a short walk away, as well. Cabin was close to everything -- exploring Mammoth resort area, viisiting the Marketplace, renting bikes for our Lake Mary ebike ride, chartering a pontoon boat on Lake Mary, and taking the hike to Devil Postpile and Rainbow Falls! Has a great time and the cabin worked out perfectly!

Lovey House Close to Everything
I booked this property for a family get together on a weekend in late September. As it was off season, the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything. With three master suites, everyone was comfortable and happy. We did all our eating at home, so the well equipped kitchen came in handy. The large dining table was able to accomodate all 10 of us. The view off the front deck of the golf course and mountains beyond was lovely. The spa felt great! There were a few small maintenance items needing attention, but nothing serious. There was a slight musty odor downstairs, but we aired the place out upon arrival and everything was fine. We all loved this house and would book it again in a heartbeat.

Awesome House - Close to the Village
I stayed here for my birthday with family and friends. The house was clean, big and close to the village. Our whole group walked to and from dinner at the village multiple nights. I would highly recommend friends and family to stay here. Our whole group was talking about planning another trip for some late spring/early summer skiing, fishing and golfing. 10 out of 10.

Beautiful place in a great location!!
I came up here with some family to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday with a weekend ski getaway and this place blew us away!! This beautiful house made for an amazing time! Having each bedroom have it's own bathroom is a huge bonus, especially for the girls! I would highly recommend this place to anyone thinking about it. It's a brisk 10-15 minute walk to the bars in the village, but slightly more than I'd like to do in full ski/ snowboard gear, although it's certainly possible. From garage parking to a huge kitchen for group cooking, it had everything we needed.
Looking for my next reason to go to Mammoth and stay here!

Amazing property!
Amazing cabin and very modern. A bit of a walk to the village gondola since theres no bus stops nearby but doable. The place is amazing though and would definitely stay again. Also uf you are using google maps it routes you to the wrong address so use apple maps
