Suites en localización inmejorable

La localización es inmejorable. A 1/2 minutos caminando de las catedrales/universidad y a 4/5 min de la plaza mayor. Los comercios alrededor son tiendas, no bares ni restaurantes por lo que por la tarde noche se queda muy tranquila la calle. El apartamento es muy amplio, la cocina tiene de todo y la decoración es preciosa. Las camas cómodas. El aire acondicionado funciona genial y es totalmente necesario en verano. Aunque son 20€ la noche, se puede contratar aparcamiento justo al lado del apartamento lo cual es necesario si quieres aparcar cerca.

Si bien no afectó mucho a mi estancia, hubo un par de cosas que creo que serían mejorables. Se nota que el piso donde están las suites eran antes todas una casa La puerta de la entrada al apartamento parece que estaba hecha para separar una habitación dentro de una casa y no aislaba bien del pasillo. Entraba luz por los bordes de la puerta y cada vez que alguien pasaba por el pasillo se oía como si caminaran en la habitación. Una vez solo fue de madrugada y nos despertó, no pasó más por suerte. A todo esto se une que los suelos son de madera y crujen mucho al pisar. También la habitación cuenta con muchas puertas que están bloqueadas y dan al pasillo e incluso a otras suites. Dos veces durante nuestra estancia, otros huéspedes intentaron abrir una de las puertas que conectaban las suites con su llave, seguramente solo por curiosidad. No pudo, pero el ruido de la llave nos despertó por la noche y nos dejo un poco asustados. Como esa, había otras 3 puertas bloqueadas que daban al pasillo a lo largo de nuestra suite. Estaría genial que aislaran mejor la que aislaran mejor la puerta de entrada para que no se oiga tanto el paso por el pasillo. Por último, el día que llegamos, sobre las 20h, nos encontramos con la habitación sin limpiar. Tras comunicarlo tuvimos que esperar a que vinieran a limpiar, obligándonos a salir cuando estábamos bastante cansados. Aún así, no fue nada importante porque nos lo solucionaron en menos de una hora.

Perfecta ubicación. Suite decorada con gusto. Cómodo para cuatro personas.

Si he de decir algo , que nuestra habitación estaba al lado de la puerta de entrada y se oían todos los movimientos de los demás huéspedes. Pero no supone ningún problema.

Great to stay a couple of days in Salamanca downtown.

Location was perfect. Decoration was stylish. Bed was comfortable.

Room was really small. Sofa-bed was very uncomfortable. There was no kitchen nor sink.

Excellent location, beautifully presented

Fabulous location and nicely appointed with very good air conditioning. Our hosts were easily reached when needed. Would recommend using their garage as it’s just around the corner from the apartment. Nice to be able to get up and into the scenic part of the city before the main rush of tourists arrive. Although it was busy outside the sound proofing was effective enough. Note that there’s no lift in this historic building so you’ll have a couple of levels to bring your luggage up.

Kitchenette could do with a couple more items such as bowls and a kettle, but otherwise very smartly presented and equipped. Floorboards were a bit creaky which made us worry about the noise we might be inflicting on those below but didn’t receive any complaints. Our neighbour had three (3!!) alarms firing off early in the morning which they didn’t turn off and woke us. Our hosts dealt with this well.

We had an ideal stay at Rua Suites Boutique!

The location was 10/10! Could not have been more central. The space is clean and comfortable in a lovely historical building. The hosts were very attentive, kind and helpful for whatever we needed. Highly recommend for a stay in Salamanca!

Very poor, cramped and uncomfortable even if close to centre not worth it.

Not told that have to climb 4 flights of stairs with no lift elevator. Do not bring luggage or you will regret it. I was given wrong security code so initially could not enter apartment as telephone ran out of battery. Bedroom Windows faced an inside wall 1 meter away, and only other window faced a spiral narrow staircase inside the building so no privacy and no natural light if privacy wanted. Sound from upstairs were very loud even with upstairs neighbour just walking around. Table was narrow, and over 1.5 meters high so could not eat in relaxed way and you had to look at TV nearly 3 meters up on wall over the high table. Incredibly cramped. Do not recommend.

Good times in Salamanca!

Location is amazing. Right on the main street! Modern apartment, very comfortable beds. Excellent communication with the host.

There was a slight issue with the shower, but not a big problem.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of cold Salamanca.

A beautiful apartment in the heart of the University district of old Salamanca. excellent facilities & accommodations.

Only small thing perhaps to be aware of is that there is no elevator. so be prepared to carry luggage up four flights of stairs. But other than that small thing, the Rua Suites Boutique is a fantastic accommodation.

Great host, great location and very clean !

The location, the efficiency of the staff who told us everything on WhatsApp. It was very clean, fresh towels, great coffee provided, hairdryer, great beds but the pillows could be better ! Parking 3 minutes away walking 20€ for the night.

No elevator but that was not a problem for us ! And also, the sound isolation from the corridor is not great but it was not full and people were quiet so not a problem for us :) pillows could be better
