Great stay close to the train station and the cruise terminal

Perfect location, clean and comfortable stay. We appreciated very much coffee and basic breakfast possibility. That was unexpectedly lovely. The host is very responsive, friendly, and gave us the recommendations for food and travel. Definitely recommend!

Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber,. Tips und Infos, sowie Hilfe bei der Abreise. Wohnung sehr groß, 2 Schlafzimmer, Küche, Flur, Dusche/WC. Wohnung war sauber und ansprechend. Top Lage. Strand, Bahnhof und City in unmittelbarer Nähe. Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte problemlos in einer Schlüsselbox. Sehr empfehlenswert.

The apartment was charming and perfect for our 2 night stay before our cruise,

Location was great. We enjoyed the restaurant La Strada just across the street and My Lord Ristorante Bivio nearby, The owner, Orazi ? was so kind when our luggage did not arrive with us, The following day he drove me back to the Rome airport to pick up. He was provided a satisfactory tip for his efforts. Our cruise was much better for the effort, He arranged for our cab to the cruise terminal and came to assist with luggage on final day,

I could not manage luggage without assistance due to the steps to apt which weren't originally mentioned. They have now included a picture on the website. My husband has some mobility issues but managed the steps ok, I enjoyed the open windows and local street noise as part of the experience but I did get some bites.

Fabulous apartment with everything you need!

The location is excellent, right in the middle of everything and moments from the sea. Our host was very helpful and made our stay very easy and comfortable. Very homely apartment, I would love to stay again.

A real central location; very well equipped accommodation. Still a quiet place, spacious rooms.

The street is quite dirty, the entrance and stairs are far from comfortable.

Excellent self contained apartment. Had everything we needed for a small family. We only stayed one night prior to a cruise but would definitely love to come back again and stay for longer. Lovely little basket of goodies to eat and snack on when we arrived. Super friendly host who was very helpful answering any questions we had. We loved our stay!

The place was great, beds were awesome, the host left some snacks, water, coffee and tea. It was very comfortable.

Just be sure to have a connection with the host via internet as you travel, or be sure to let him know that you do not have mobile service. He relies on that to know that you have arrived and to let you in. There is a McDonalds near the place, by the ocean that you can probably get wifi at to message him. Or the closest restaurant near it knows him (beware there are actually 3) we thought it was one place.

Hope the A/C get ready soon

Good location Nice staff

The A/C not ready yet, had to open the windows, because some restaurants around that location, so a lot of noise until 1 AM and also some mosquitoes came in, couldn't sleep well.

Great location with friendly host

Host met us to give us keys and get us into apartment, he was very helpful Rooms were clean and bright with beautiful windows Great complimentary breakfast snacks and coffee was very nice Washing Machine in the kitchen was great to freshen up some traveling clothes

Better advertising on outside of building and the apartment door to show your location. Would have been hard to find without host meeting us. Pull out couch should be switched to an actual queen bed and the value of the place would be much higher with 4 beds rather that just 2 + couch.

I check in late, almost after check in times, i was in touch with the property ower that was cool about it and told me to just call when im there, and then he arrived a minute after I did, welcoming us kindly. Location is super central, near the beach and the port, plenty of parking around. Apartment was big, uplifting design, very well equipped with anything you might need during your stay - including a washing machine, coffee machine, basic kitchen supplies and many more.

very nice and close to the sea

La casetta colorata was clean, the host even provided some breakfast for us! The apartment was very pretty and is located in a street full of good restaurants and a wonderful nightlife. Also it is a few metres away from the sea. We enjoyed our stay very much!
