The Space
Spacious 3-brm 2 bath condo on two floors, in-condo sauna where a 12 min walk takes you to the vibrant pedestrian village resort and first chair lift if you are skiing, restaurants and shopping. It's a welcoming sanctuary at the end of day yet close to all of the action. Take in the mountain and nature view with the large windows. Your stay includes free access to Scandinavian-style pool complex with year-round hot tubs, saunas, swimming pools (summer only), 2 woodburning fireplaces, extensively equipped kitchen, patio & BBQ, secure storage for skis/bicycle, free skating rentals, free shuttle. You are only:

* 12 min walk to the pedestrian village to access ski hills, restaurants, shopping.

* 5 min free shuttle ride if you don’t want to walk.

* 5 min walk to the free Scandinavian-style Pool Complex featuring hot tubs, sauna and steam room all open year-round, and summer-only heated pools such lap pool, children's pool area.

* 2 steps away from hiking and biking

* 15 min walk to free skate rentals for the rink in the pedestrian village (weather permitting)

* 20 min walk for free access to the Lac Tremblant beach located near the Fairmont hotel (There is a pass in the condo which you need to bring with you.)

After a day of activities, you have a welcoming sanctuary to return to, away from the noise and crowds. So you can either:

* Relax in the two-person in-condo sauna.
* Have a BBQ and on the patio overlooking the mountain.
* Spend the evening in front of the woodburning fireplace

Sure, eating at some of the finest restaurants in the region is fun! But sometimes we all need a good home cooked meal, right? This is why, as foodies, we have stocked our kitchen with the essentials to enable you to a night in for you and your group.

While the condo is equipped to host 8 people, we feel the maximum size is 5 to 6 adults plus children. We are happy to host 8 adults, but it will be a bit cozier. There is a memory foam for the pull-out couch so no need to draw straws to see who sleeps there. Note that the 3rd bedroom with the Queen size bed is a Den converted to a bedroom so there is no window.

We have a Keurig coffee maker with some pods to get you going. It also works with ground coffee for the traditionalists so please bring your favorite coffee. Please bring your own beach towels, firewood (preferably eco-logs). A spare propane tank is in the storage room should the BBQ run out.

No parties, and smoking is strictly forbidden inside and on the balcony.

ADDITIONAL CONDO INFORMATION

Access - An access code will be provided to enable self-check in. There is a security camera at the front door.

Parking & EV Details - A reserved parking spot directly in front of condo and ample additional visitors parking should you need more. EV charging on-site.

AC - The air conditioner is in the living room and cools the main floor and the other rooms are nestled in the rock, so they are naturally cooled.

Bicycle/Ski storage – there is a private, secure locker beside the condo’s main entrance where you can store you bicycles or skis. No bicycles or skis in the condo please.

Multi-media – Wifi of course; Each bedroom has its own TV, and the TV in the living room and master bedroom are 4K, Smart TVs. Stream music from the Sonos beam speaker in the living room.

Bike repair/washing station. Iron Man was held at Tremblant for many years and so you'll find high quality bicycle paths and hiking trails as well as a variety of other outdoor activities in the region.

While it’s walkable, the Shuttle bus comes right to your door step. It’s more convenient than driving and finding parking. The two stories unit gives privacy to the sub groups. The unit is well-layout.

The property was very clean and had all we needed. Shuttle service, hot tub. In unit sauna was terrific. The only concern was the door frame on the master bath was loose and the door didnt close well. Otherwise a great place.

We had a lovely time staying at Helene and Claude’s home. On top of being in a perfect location (a 15 minute walk to the slopes or 5 minute or less drive to be dropped off) we were cozy and comfortable our entire stay. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the common area was perfect for lounging at the end of the day. The master closet was equipped perfectly for nights for our baby with a pack and play as well! Finally, Helene and Claude were incredibly helpful hosts that answered questions promptly and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable

Thanks Claude and Helene for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home! This place was even better than we expected. It’s very close to the ski area of Mont Tremblant (easily walkable), and had everything you need for an enjoyable stay. We visited in wintertime, but I imagine it’s equally as good in the summertime. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again next time we’re in Mont Tremblant.

We had six adult friends stay at the condo. The place worked out great for us. The location was good for access to the mountain and to the neighboring communities and restaurants. The condo was clean and everything worked well. It had all the things we need for basic food preparation, enjoyment of the fireplace, etc. The owner was incredibly helpful anwering questions and providing information about the area and the property manager was attentive to a couple of questions.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Any questions I had were answered very quickly. Location was wonderful. There’s a shuttle available but we always drove. Just a short drive down the hill to multiple parking lots at the pedestrian village. Wonderful pool area just a short distance away. Condo was comfortable for our group of 5 and was very clean. Appreciated the array of spices available in the kitchen.

This was a brief trip to ski at Tremblant. Everything about our stay was top-notch. The place was clean and tidy and beautifully appointed. Proximity to the shuttle was very helpful, and my daughter appreciated use of the hot tub int he evenings. When we arrived we weren't aware we had been sent the code for the door. We reached out to the owners and they helped us in minutes, and then called to make sure everything was settled. Would stay there again.

Mont-Tremblant it's a unique place and getaway where you can make plenty of activities, find a quiet place for yourself and enjoy the Mont-Tremblant village especially in the evening. It was the first time we had stayed at this property, but for sure it won't be the last: very clean, nice interior, very well equipped, so everything is there to feel like home. Close to the village and all other amenities. We had unforgettable moments and we are eager to return. Thanks for everything!!!

We were two families (4 adults and 4 kids ranging in age from 3 to 11) who had an amazing time in Mont Tremblant! The condo was perfect for our needs. So clean and well equipped!! The kids loved the swimming complex and we loved the option of the free shuttle or option to walk to the village. We will definitely be returning again in the future. My husband and I stayed here for Ironman and the condo was perfect! We both competed, and It was an ideal location for walking into town and accessing race sites (expo, transition, swim area, bike course, run course) and not stressing out about using our vehicle. Additionally, it was far enough away from the craziness of the event to feel like a retreat. The condo itself was clean, spacious, and nicely done. We also used the shared pool/spa area and it was nice for soaking sore muscles. Helene was very friendly and quick in her responses. We had a lovely stay and I would definitely stay here again if I were to visit Mont-Tremblant in the future.

We visited with a group of 6 for a girls' weekend. We arrived to a beautifully maintained condo within walking distance of the village. Helene was extremely responsive and attentive throughout the booking process, sent very clear instructions, and even took the time to answer some of our questions late on the evening of our arrival! Helene condo was awesome. Our group had amazing time. Pool and hot tub was a big hit with everyone. Golf courses we played were only 10 min drive, and village was less than 10 min walk for food and night life. I would highly recommend Helene place to any group. Thanks for everything. We were really pleased with our stay at this condo. It was extremely well maintained, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Very good layout. The owner was very responsive. Tremblant-les-Eaux was a great location. Great access to the pedestrian village, and easy drive to St Jovite (groceries, restaurants) and to Old Mont Tremblant (restaurants, Petit Train du Nord cycling path). We love the running and cycling routes. Pool and hot tub are lovely and relaxing. Would definitely stay again.

We've stayed in many condos but especially enjoyed our stay here. The condo was very clean and has a warm feeling to it. There was everything we needed..space for my husband and I, room for the kids but also common areas that are well equipped and designed. Also, the landlords were very easy to deal with and accommodating. I'd recommend this place to anyone

This well-appointed Mont Tremblant condo with lovely ambience is in an area that reinforces the notion that we live in one of the most beautiful countries on the planet. It's close to many activities and great restaurants, although buying your own groceries in what used to be called St Jovite (nearby, and is now called Tremblant), is convenient with huge selection. The shopping there is good too! The condo's kitchen works well if you choose to do your own cooking.The layout is spacious and very comfortable. A terrific place to stay - highly recommended.

We stayed at this condo for the full Ironman and it was the perfect location. It was in close proximity to the village so we could enjoy the village amenities. The location was perfect to easily access the bike course to cheer on our family. The condo itself was well equipped and beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub a close walk away. Highly recommend this condo for anyone travelling with children or to Tremblant for the Ironman races.
