What a great property!

This property exceeded my expectations! From the welcoming to the end everything was perfect. The hosts were very helpful and polite. Very clean and comfortable. In the hart of the old city! Breakfast was outstanding!

Endroit à recommander pour un séjour à Gallipoli, très bien situé dans le centre historique

Je n’y ai pas pris le petit déjeuner, le coût était de 30$ de plus et je ne prend qu’un café et un croissant le matin

Le bruit du frigo…on l’entend beaucoup la nuit lorsqu’il redémarre. De plus, il gâche beaucoup l’atmosphère de cette chambre trè charmante à par ça.

Ficou me gravado na mente o pequeno Almoço excelente servido numa sala lindissima de janelas abertas para a varanda do primeiro andar,onde se respirava felicidade e a tranquilidade de Galipoli. Pessoal muito atento e simpatico. o nosso quarto tinha um terraço com vista para o mar e a cidade. Maravilhoso. Estes pequenos detalhes fazem as ferias enesqueciveis .De carro e muito facil estacionar no porto e em 5 minutos chegamos ao Palazzo. Adorei tudo .

A beautiful old building in the heart of the old city with very friendly and helpful staff and a lot of charm. We had private access to a roof with good views though it was was too hot to sit there during our stay. Breakfast was the best with a variety of delicious local traditional food (all cold) and great coffee in an elegant dining room

We knew it would be a long walk from the nearest public parking so were prepared for that. It was more uphill than we expected. Some older people might find the quite steep internal stairs off-putting. We found a free parking spot with some good luck and also guidance in messages from the property staff. But we might have faced several euros overnight parking payment otherwise

Beautiful building, well kept, very nice hosts, superb location

Location in the old town means that there is no parking - the closest is in the port, and this is normally full, hence no spaces guaranteed. Although this is not the fault of the hotel, it should have been explained very clearly at the time of booking - to avoid a 20min walk with luggage under scorching sun. Also, it could be a good idea to have a map with the various “shortcuts” to go to the different parts of the town.

Really clean and well appointed room. Breakfast was great, plenty of options.

It is a bit of a hike from the bus and train stations, which in the heat wave was very challenging with baggage. There's also a lot of stairs.

The palazzo was sublime, a real traditional classic style; the staff was extremely kind, all the hotel was extremely well maintained and the breakfast was amazing.

Spacious rooms very comfortable stay in the old city

Breakfast (and the lady that cooked it) was great. I had burrata and cherry tomatoes, croissants pastries and more

Really the only thing was the wifi wasn’t consistent in the room and would drop out It worked better in the reception lounge area

Beautiful, very large room. Clean and in very good condition. The bed was comfortable, drying rack for beach towels and cossies on the balcony (towels supplied). Tasty breakfast with excellent cappuccino. Easy walk from the port with luggage, but parking is challenging. Host very helpful.

Your best stay in Gallipoli ❤️

Palazzo Zacà is an amazing old style building in the heart of old Gallipoli. Exquisitely decorated. We enjoyed the suite on the top floor with private access to the top terrace. Breathtaking 360 degree view on Gallipoli and the sea. Staff was extremely helpful. Communication was so smooth and they arranged for an early check-in. Breakfast was beyond expectations, fresh, local and tasty. Highly recommended.

Large room, large bathroom.very clean and tidy. Very friendly and helpful staff.

No lift so it was difficult getting bags up the stairs, luckily staff helped me. For the size of the room the shower was small, and no storage in bathroom for toiletries. Also charging adapters didn’t fit all points so charging devices was an issue.

The building itself is worth the stay. Fantastic ceiling! The floor was butiful. The breakfast was very tasteful.

The place was quite, but any activty like opening a door echos. But it was worth it.

Quaint place in a great location

We only stayed in Gallipoli for one night, but it was very pleasant! This palazzo was in a great location, and our room was very spacious — we almost wished we stayed for longer because of the lovely private courtyard off the bedroom! The hosts were very kind and even allowed us to keep our luggage at their property after checkout so we could go out for lunch before catching a later train. It's very close to the sea and the vibrant, colorful center — but you can also find some wonderful side streets with a calmer vibe :)

The bed was a bit stiff and squeaky, and we had some initial trouble with keys, but nothing major. Of course, this has nothing to do with the property, but fair warning: Getting to Gallipoli's old town when arriving by train is a bit tougher than it looks :) This is a great property – highly recommended!

Such a beautiful place, extremely large rooms, high sculpted ceilings, friendly staff.

The sheets of the bed were a little bit uncomfortable. But the bed was beautiful.

Beautiful place in the old town

The location was excellent in the old town, the personnel very kind, and the hotel just as beautiful as in the photos.

The only thing missing was room to put soaps, face creams et cetera for two people in the bathroom.
