It is a nice place for kids to learn about farm animals, kids friendly and a great mountain view, friendly staff, very spacious, high sealing, we stayed in july no A/C but inside was not hot, really recommend

The breakfast was excellent and so were the hosts. Highly recommended.

the location is very nice, central and accessible and quite. Nice fresh bread and croissants(hot) for breakfast
Cleanliness of the apartment, broken bathroom sink, sofa visibly dirty(stained), cobwebs around the place. Also, plates and cups at breakfast were chipped. Also breakfast was not consistent, sometimes you are offered cheese and salami, sometimes no.

Nice experience to wake up in the morning on a farm

The location and scenery AMAZING. You can choose this location for a week and have a blast just looking around. The room is spacious. Breakfast.... needs improvement. Not worth to pay extra for breakfast. I suggest making your own.
I found hair in various places of room and even in my food plate. Not a great location if you travel without a car.

Beautiful farm in beautiful area, very kind staff

Beautiful location. Lots of parking. Very cute apartment.
Breakfast could have included more. A few more cutlery items would have been good. Owner didn’t know much English so it was a bit hard to correspond.

It was exceedingly hot during our stay, and no fan was provided to get the air moving in the upper level. I ended up purchasing a portable fan solely for our stay there.

The rustic design, the furniture and especially the bedrooms are quite nice. The owners are nice and serve you breakfast. The property has potential, if it weren't for some elementary things to be fixed that ruin the experience. Read below.
Rather bad conditions in the kitchen: rotten furniture, poorly equipped, dirty dishes. Buttons missing from the stove and exhaust. Old and dirty-looking couch in the living room.

The owners are super nice, helpful and understanding. And mamma Luisa is an exceptional cook. Missing it already! My kids loved Lorrie the dog and the animals on the farm.
Nothing really, the place is heaven on earth, so peaceful and safe.

The owner was more than gracious picking us up at the train station in Belluno and returning us there. This is a property best to reach with your own car.
Not speaking Italian, there was no one on location to explain our situation to regarding meals and transport.

We did not expect much from breakfast when visiting Italy. The bread, croissants and jam and chocholate spreads were tasty. The room was spacious and clean, we appreciated the farm surroundings and the view from shared terrace. Kitchen was fully equipped so we could make our own dinner.
Sadly the owner Louisa did not speak English at all, which made the check in difficult - we could not understand where to look for her as it was dark and nobody from staff was around. Luckily there was another Italian speaking guest who helped us.

Everyone at this place is so nice. You can have a nice stroll on their land and the view is amazing. Everything is clean and very cozy. Besides that, the food is amazing! I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Northern Italy!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Very nice menu in the evening with plenty of good wines.
Folding bed downstairs not comfortable. Hot (middle of August) upstairs

The place is like Italy's fairytale in countryside. Comfy if you reach it by car. We had a family apartment, which was huge, with 2 bathrooms and kitchen, outside terrace and great views around. Host doesn't speak much English, but we got everything we needed, and breakfast was really nice. Thank you again!
Maybe some options for dinner would be nice, we weren't sure if there is a chance to order something, since the restaurants aren't near by.

Authentic farm, delicious food, wonderful staff, large split-level accommodation, cooking facilities, great prices, traditional wood-burning stove/oven plus gas hob, beautiful buildings, pigs, goats and puppies!
Nothing to criticise - it was a fantastic place to stay, and well worth the short bus journey from Belluno.

Agriturismo Casa de Bertoldi is placed in a hilly scenery surrounded by high mountains and is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday. I was there with a group of friends and had the best of the experience, the owner was very kind and always available allowing for flexible checkin/ checkout timetable and prepared for us a superb breakfast.

The location of the farm is convenient for travellers with cars, otherwise not recommended. It's a nice setting of buildings with a central elongated courtyard, the hosts living in the facing building. The apartment building has a nice rural charm with its rough surfaces and old furnishing. The hosting family was very kind and hospitable, nevertheless the language skills hardly exceeded Italian.
The apartments are very badly sound insulated, you can clearly hear talking and noises from the neighbour. The beds were old and creaky, the mattress uncomfortable.
You could feel a kind of negligence for details and finished throughout the apartment - in the lights and switches, the furnishing, the run-down state of some appliances.
Although a farm-accommodation, the breakfast offered no local produce, and it has lacked variety, only bread, cheese, egg and marmelade...
