Stunning views.

Beautiful location with stunning views. Very friendly and helpful host. Comfy bed. Lots of wardrobe space.Well equipped kitchen.

Hmm... maybe the kitchen could be a tiny bit bigger if you want to cook every day.

Two incredible days in Bormio

The Chalet Heidi very awesome! High quality facilities and stylish interior! We find everything and even more fireplace, sun-beds, wash machine, perfect bed, garage, free tea and coffee. The staff is very friendly! Thanks a lot for your support and recommendations, the dinning was incredible! I highly recommend this property!

Место расположения языковой барьер Отсутствие завтрака, что в основной мере присутствует.

overall good, location is further from where you would want to be than it appeared on the map & in description

everything was good, warm & comfortable

could have had more kitchen equipment (toaster) also lighting was a little dim

Lovely

Lovely property, 2 large bedrooms b Could not ski in/out as there was no snow, but good conditions on the slopes and lovely weather. The washing machine has a dryer function which is not stated on the specification. Lovely and warm with underfloor heating. Would defiantly visit and stay again at Chalet Heidi. Very helpful host - Nicole.

Living space (kitchen / diner / lounge) was quite small and only had 1 small sofa 2 adults and 2 children could not fit on. Not english TV channels, which was annoying. Would have benefited from basic instructions on how to use the multi function oven.

Lovely apartment, tastefully done, immaculately clean would love to stay again! Nicole was great!

met by the owner and kept in touch via text during the stay with queries etc. On hand to help which was great. Parking available at the property which was good. little bit away from the lift, probably walkable down the hill but we used the car with having 3 young kids with us. 2/3 mins in the car would have been 25 minute walk to the gondola.

3 hours from the airport (Bergamo) not ideal, especially when we left a bag at the airport and had to go back the day after to collect (6 hour round trip for me). Italy By Car rental to avoid, friends odered car from sicily by car and was dealt with in 10 mins. We took an hour and 40 mins to be seen. The queue was the same the day after when I went to collect the bag. Pay the extra and use different company.

ABOVE AND BEYOND ANY OTHER PLACE WE HAVE BEEN TO. Very spacious apartment with outstanding view of the valley. The apartment was so clean and well maintained that we felt we were the first customers to ever use it. The hostess - Nicole - is so kind and helpful, thank you so much for the stay and we will be happy to be your guests again.

The view is spectacular, pricing as well.

The view is spectacular. The room is large and has everything you need (unless you aim to cook yourself as the stove is small)). The hostess is very friendly and helps you where needed.

The car park for our apartment was a bit inconvenient to park in. As the 1,5km walk into town is along a steep road without sidewalks or lights, you find yourself parking in and out a lot to go to town. The rooms are a bit dark. In general these are minor issues. So basically all good, but…..value for money was not particularly good in the high season.

Highly recommend. Helpful and friendly hosts, Great apartment.

Great place to stay when visiting Bormio. Hosts (Nicole and her sisters) were extremely helpful in anything from fixing a kitchen light, advice on where to eat (all excellent recommendations), which route to travel back, etc. Apartment was high quality, well equipped and very comfortable. Fireplace did the final trick!

Wifi is a bit intermittent and slow, so if you're out to watch movies, might be smart to download. Only thing we recommend is adding a teapot to the kitchen utensils. And egg-cups for the Dutch visitors ; ).

We had an absolutely fantastic time at the Chalet Heidi - the views are to die for!!

Chalet Heidi has to be one of the most beautiful properties we have stayed in and the view from the Chalet was spectacular! Just sitting in the lounge, in front of the fireplace, staring out at the beautiful view, either at sunrise, or at nightfall, was just incredible. The Chalet's 2 bedrooms were very spacious and had 2 bathrooms and it was an extremely cosy home. We loved it!!

Exceptional

The fireplace is wonderful, as is the view! Warm blankets, a great kitchen, a private garage. We were really happy - and the restaurant just down the hill is delicious.

If you want to be in the heart of town, it’s not the place for you. Also would be hard in winter if you don’t have 4wd.
