Pool was very clean with very comfortable loungers with umbrellas. Room was clean and spacious. Only negative was the heat. There was an a/c unit but it could not cope with such a big room. A fan would have helped. We had the simple breakfast of coffee, juice and pastry which was fine.
The only thing I didn’t like was the heat in the room. It was difficult to sleep because of it. A larger a/c unit or a fan would be helpful.

Big swimming pool, free available parking, flexibility during breakfast to just get a coffee
There is no lift. It's not possible to go by foot to Arles at night or during weekends.

Did not use the pool - wifi works fine - breakfast 7/10 with fresh croissant / bread and more -
Cable tv was not correctly synced but I was not there to watch TV - new owners are nice and are doing an amazing job to remodel / update the hotel - prices will go up!

Exceptional service from the young man at the desk. Made up for shortcomings.
This was once a charming hotel but is now sadly neglected. I hope it will soon be restored to its full potential.

The photos seen on Booking .com are not recent!
At best, the property is “shabby”!

We arrived late by car but staff welcomed us. We used two rooms for 5 people. Rooms were spacious enough and the hotel was in a quiet area. All of us had a very good sleep after a long travel. Thanks very much!
Nothing in particular.

The swimming pool was perfect for the whole family and babies to relax after a very long trip. The room very clean and the breakfast was ok.
The bathroom was very small. It wasn't an elevator to reach the first floor.

Friendly staff
Poor quality accomodation and decor.
Very small room and bed.
Paid extra for what I expected to be an upgrade to a garden view room. This room was musty, floor was "spongy" in one area where it seemed to be falling apart under the floor covering.
Overall it felt like a portacabin/prefab hut. There was no guttering and when it rained it was very noisy.
Doors were very poor quality and fit.
Pool area didn't match the photos on the website.

We were unable to stay for breakfast but it looked really good. Rely, the host, was so friendly, efficient, and accommodating, I can’t say more good about him!
Nothing, it was clean and well kept.

The breakfast was fine but quite expensive for help yourself. No one cooking or assisting you.
The swimming pool and surrounding area were very nice.
No drinking water easily accessible or kettle in your room..

Great welcome and super helpful staff; they couldn’t do enough to help. Hotel looks a bit tired upon arrival but very impressed with the bedroom and facilities. Very quiet. Lovely swimming pool, great breakfast too. Ample parking. I would recommend.

The room was very cute and clean with super air-co 👌We loved the owners and the 2 girls at the breakfast and reception desk are sooo sweat and helpful :) The hotel is very close to the centrum by car, so the location is great. We visited the Luberon and also Marseille from here, you can reach both in 1 hour. Pool at the back also five star and very peaceful. I definitely recommend it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
A small fridge would be nice in the room .

We arrived after a long drive on a hot afternoon - it was wonderful to have a swim in the pool before going out for dinner. The proprietors were helpful, friendly and welcoming and the room was comfortable - we appreciated the air conditioning.

This hotel is very nostalgic for me . I stayed in Arles 50 years ago and the Source brought it all back to me . Its very old fashioned (but with modern conveniences .) The very friendly service , the garden with its old trees, everything is charming in its unassuming authenticity. Great big breakfast and we got lots of tips in English of what to do and where to go in Arles , which also hasn’t changed they much in 50 years !

Great place to stay. We had to work all day, so we spent a day close to the pool and used short breaks to refresh our brains and cool off some of the heat from conf call :) Pool was nice, little bit cold, but refreshing. Breakfast was really good, with a lot of choices – first time I saw a pot for you to make your own boiled eggs :) Room was spacious and nice. Stuff nice and helpful.

Remi was the most welcoming host/owner/receptionist and we really appreciated how instantly accommodating he was to us and our nervous little dog. The hotel is classic old French style and Remi is continually working on making improvements - one day it will be absolutely fabulous. For now, it is a warm, comfortable stay close to the town of Arles with a lovely pool behind the property.
We loved our stay. With a little more time and work will see all rooms and facilities another notch up and we will be very glad to return again then and still before then.

Decent breakfast, friendly staff, clean room. Nice swimming pool.
A lot of road traffic noise. Dog poo in the green space in front of the hotel. Musty smell throughout.

The location was amazing. Rooms are big, clean and comfortable. The place is very silent and perfect for resting.
Breakfast is great. The owners are really nice and smiley. The pool has been a perfect add-on for a little time of break.
I enjoyed everything. Maybe the pillows are too soft for me, but I used two overlayed and I slept like a baby.

We stayed only one night. A good place very close to the sites in Arles. Quiet, very welcoming Stuff. Easy parking.

Large swimming pool, 5mn drive to Arles centre
Bungalows outside near the pool are small and amenities/furniture is old overall. Cleanliness could be better (we found a web on the nightstand)

Breakfast was great, and the pool area is cute
The rooms were too hot, and no mosquito screens on the window so no option for natural ventilation.
