Thankfully the air conditioning was good enough for how warm this time in Madrid was.
3.0
Access to the Madrid Metro was very good
The unit was compact and had most of what we needed on vacation
The airconditioning did not work very well
As a consequence we needed to leave the windows open at night, and there is considerable night noise.
The shower drain backed up.
The fridge needs servicing
The single long pillow is very uncomfortable
2.0
Very expensive, not so comfortable, very poor WiFi. Not that much cooking utilities for an apartment.

Every thing
Kitchen facilities very poor

The place was very clean. It was also equipped with good bed, cheap but good Xiaomi Smart TV, the lighting was good and all the air conditioners worked great.
The staff was excellent, also very attentive and constantly doing maintenance.
The shower was very good too, just every once in a while the device from which the shower water came out loosened, went up and splashed everywhere. I had to watch out if that happened to catch it early and avoid the mess.
The washing machine worked great and there was also a clothesline.
The kitchen didn't have many cookware. The kitchen knife was not sharp and some useful utensils where missing. Don't plan on doing elaborated meals, just stick with basic ones like noodles, cooking meat and doing salads.

Easy to locate. Near Mercadona and the Metro. Situated in a quiet neighborhood although thin walls you could hear your neighbors talking and stuff. They changed the towels on our 3rd day of stay. Dishes we’re clean. Washing machine was auch working and we made dinner and breakfast at the property as well.
The bedside lamp was too bright. Pillows are uncomfortable. Sometimes WiFi‘s unstable. No basic condiments like salt and oil.

It was very clean, well organized, it had everything you need to cook, live in an apt, etc the host was wonderful and always available and she accommodated any request with kindness. It felt like being at home for a few days
It’s in a very quiet area and street and there’s no noise that will keep you up all night long but you can hear the other apts through the walls a little (faintly or strongly depending on your tolerance) stomping, closing doors, etc but always at reasonable hours

I appreciate the communication from the property. i like the location. everything you need is in the apartment even iron and ironing board.
the bed is comfy but the pillow is very firm. I have not seen a very long pillow good for 2 people. It did not help for a good night sleep. it should just be a normal pillow.

had washer and drying rack. comfortable beds. close to metro lines and market.
wish they would have given us a third roll of TP and some of the dishes were dirty when we arrived

Nice apartment and nice location
I was traveling for work - found the apartment perfectly located, safe and great wifi connection
Supermarkets, market, metro nearby
Despite the other reviews I didnt have any issues at all with noise, slept perfectly all nights
as automatic mode cannot be selected on AC, it was too cold even if selecting 25/26 degrees as it keeps shooting cold air until you turn AC off…

Decoration was nice
Some people talking at the next room till vary late at night... basement floor is not the best...

It is a specious and clean apartment with a lot of facilities. Microwave, hot plate, washing machine, iron, everything what you need for a comfortable stay. Big terrace with a nostalgic view. The metro is also not far, 6-7 minutes by walk. The staff were helpful and polite. And yes, one of the best comfortable bed and pillows I have ever slept on. Really great value for money.
There is a washing machine but no liquid or powder to use with that. There was also no shower gel or shampoo. These things would not cost much for the hotel management but could take this place to a whole new level. The AC was extremely noisy.

The girl on the so called reception was nice. Towels were changed on the third day of our stay.
The apartment needed renovation and refurnishing, many things were broken, the coach was squeaking terribly from any lightest movement. The refrigerator smelled badly. There were no shower gel/shampoo, no washing gel. We could hear our neighbours as if they stayed in our apartment.

Nice and cosy apartment with big terrace, fully equiped kitchen and comfortable beds.
Noisy house, you can hear every word of your neighbours upstairs, downstairs or nextdoor.

Loccation is pretty good, quite close to the metro, and the area is mostly peaceful. The apartment is easy to find and it is clean. The bathroom is tidy, the shower works and the towels are changed every three days. The washing machine worked like a charm.
In wintertime the apartment is very cold. The air-conditioning machine didn't really produce warm air despite all our efforts. The refrigerator made so much noise that it was difficult to sleep, and for our last night a party started on the other side of our wall that lasted well into the night. There were people screaming on the patio for hours, but apparently nobody in the neighborhood was bothered by this.
Although they do change the sheets and towels every few days, all of the other cleaning is left for the visitors, which after ten days is taking a toll, especially considering the amount paid for the little apartment. The double bed has one pillow that even if it was two would not be the most comfortable. The television is really tiny (not uncommon when staying in Spain) and we could only get two buttons to work on the remote control which didn't seem to correspond with the television at all. There is a patio for some of the apartments, but there isn't really anything on it, not even one chair.
