Excellent option for a Frankfurt Hahn hotel. Gladly return.

With late night arrival the option of a free shuttle to hotel was welcome. Also the bar and restaurant were open after 22:30. There was staff at the reception desk which beat the other option of self check in at a competing hotel

Convenient and Clean

Conveniently located near the airport. Free shuttle if needed.

When booking it should be more clean that check in is actually at the sister hotel around the block.

people at reception were so helpful and friendly location so beautiful close to airport

bed and pillows were so uncomfortable i got neck pain from the pillows bed was devided into two pieces which was small and uncomfortable

The place is warm.

The reception and the the "hotel" it's not in the same place we were outside looking for and we took a long time to figure out.

Nice place to stay at an extremely competitive price.

Amazing shuttle to and from the airport 24 hours per day (included in the price of your room). Fantastic price for the room itself. All staff were very friendly. Check-out at 1pm. I was able to borrow an adaptor (forgot to bring one from home).

Restaurant at the main hotel is a bit expensive - maybe introduce some cheaper offers for guests who don't want a 'full experience' :).

Very close to the airport, managed together with "My Place" hotel, which is 400 meters away: check in, breakfast or other services can be done there. I let our car at the parking of "My place" hotel for the duration of my stay abroad and they made a very good offer (2€/day aprox.) because I had a room with them. Shuttle service to the airport fast, easy and for free.

Our room was in the second floor and it was quite small. In the bathroom the pipes had some bad smell and the shower had little pressure.

Quiet and nice place to stay the night before the flight.

The place is in a town 20 minutes walk from the airport. We stayed in MyPlace hotel, because they had available rooms there, where we had to check in anyway. Both double and triple rooms were clean and cozy. We used the shuttle bus to airport, which is convenient.

We arrived in the evening and had to go around the corner to another hotel (MyPlace) for check in. We cannot comment on the hotel itself, because we stayed in MyPlace.

The hotel was quiet and convenient.

The actual hotel location was different than the one advertised, about a 5 minute walk from the actual spot. The clerk said he would go back there to pick up my luggage, didn't find it and didn't let me know that he hadn't, so I had to check much later to see what was wrong.

the room has a bunkbed and does not look at all like the pictures on their website. bed is very uncomfortable and room has absolutely no ambiance. it is not clear the reception is and had to go to another location. I would not use this hotel ever again
