Everything- the staff primarily, food, amenities and quality quality quality. Italian, Middle Eastern, buffet if you preferred a wide choice or the Canadian restaurant with its absolutely superb dinner ensemble.
My favourite is the Reserve Pool bar and the wonderful staff there who made terrific cocktails and great lunches too with flair and good humour- thank you!
Our friendly ambassador Anica was very helpful as was Veronica whom we saw previously in May (our second time in a year).
Are you kidding? Ok the lack of English tv stations is ridiculous- come on, I can get multiple channels on my computer so please sort this out Meliá hotels! There’s this thing called the internet…….
4.5
Very friendly staff, nice evening activities, large pools, plenty of choices for meals, a good variety of drinks, close proximity to the beach, and well planned excursions to keep visitors entertained.
The foods were not properly labeled. In case of allergies and intolerances, you have to pay attention.

La diversidad de ambientes.
Muy difícil conseguir reservar en los restaurantes, el desayuno pone que termina a las 11 pero si vas a las 10:15 ya solo quedan las sobras y no reponen.

Such a beautiful hotel. Rooms were amazing. And the personnel very friendly and helpful.
The only disappointing aspect was that a majority of the food at the buffet wasn't labelled. My pregnant wife took a slice of cake only to discover that there was alcohol in it. A basic thing which can definitely be improved.

Architecture is stunning, creating an incredibly natural and relaxed atmosphere coupled with the calm and quiet approach of the ever friendly and helpful staff. Literally on the beach boasting impressive sea views.
Nothing - truly fantastic

Very clean, beautiful views, great food.
Some staff were a little inexperienced

We really enjoyed the food, it was delicious and fresh and a wonderfully variety every day. Staff was amazing, helpful and welcoming. The location is great, close to the beach, the beach is very nice too. It is also very conveniently close to the bus stop, so you can go and explore the island straight away. Rooms are spacious, clean and the interior of the hotel is beautiful, all the plants and the decorations. The pool area is fabulous, a lot of space and great for pictures.
So we travelled in December, maybe that is the reason, but there wasn't much entertainment happening in the hotel. I just once visited the pool aerobics but that was it. Was hoping there would be something happening in the evening as it was pretty boring. Also considering that there TV channels are limited and you cannot mirror the phone on the TV also.

The Level Suite and facilities were really good.
Information about what is included for All Inclusive is all App based and is not suitable for all customers. Also means you have to carry your phone with you at all times and you need a QR code reader. Lack of labelling on the food in the buffet and not enough variation or choice for Vegetarians.

Good condition and great location
We paid for a “sea view”. Which was a partial view it was all palm trees and swimming pool which was disappointing.

Pool area, bar, restaurant setting and decor, location, room decor
Buffet - very limited options for vegetarians and vegans. A lack of labelling.

The staff were exceptional. The pool area was stunning and there was always enough beds for everyone. Had really good fun playing tennis. They also had a great massage options as well as other activities such as meditation, fitness etc.
The all-inclusive package was excellent. There was a large variety of drinks available on it, including some great cocktails. The food varied a lot from day-to-day which kept it exciting.
Although the food was delicious, it tended to be slightly cold at times. However this is expected in a buffet and it was still warm enough to eat. The pool was also quite cold. This was refreshing when it was very hot outside however it was quite off putting when it was overcast.

First of all, I'd like to mention the stuff that was very engaged to satisfy their customers. The hotel was modernized, so the rooms were renovated before and covered all the basics, though the elevators and stairs as well as some other parts still look very abused and not clean at all.
The cocktails they make are at high standart, but sometimes you may miss the alcohol in it. The food was always hot, very nice themed evenings and they even customized your food in case of allergies or personal preferences.
The fitness was excellent and on my behalf the most impressive detail about the hotel.
From there, but also from the pool, you could directly access the beach.
In general I think the Hotel deserves a solid 8, but I have seen a lot better and would not consult it again.
The staff, as friendly and motivated as they were, they couldn't help themselves cleaning up the tables in time. Half of the tables were covered in dirty plates or used glasses and the staff was so occupied to get drinks for the new guests that they just didn't have time to clean. They were overwhelmed and if this hotel would like to guarantee good service it would be worth hiring 2 to 3 more people.
Second of all their staff speaks german (at the reception) more or less fluently vut understandable. However English seems way more complicated for most of their employees. We've had often misunderstandings and we had to repeat ourselves very often.
Also forget about getting a space in the shadow by the pool. At 7AM in the morning chairs are covered with towels and the hotels employees stand next to it ignoring people who won't find a place. They should also consider offering more umbrellas at the pool area.
In the bar you had the same problem that after 8PM in the evening you won't find a place to sit anymore.
The Hotel is okay but there are a lot of ways that they could improve their offer to guarantee satisfied customers. It was an OK stay but we will not consider it again.

Friendly and helpful staff.
Good food at the buffet.
And a even better dessert buffet.
Beautiful pool area.
Good room with a comfortable bathroom.
No children or teenagers.
Expensive drink prices (but at least the cocktails were very good).
No waited beverage service around the pool area.
Few good restaurants around the hotel.
4.5
Amazing interior of the hotel with a real garden inside.
Great pool area with comfortable sunbeds. 2 sets of pool towels.
Pretty chill vibe. No parties, no drunk people. The audience is mostly 50+ or 25-35 couples. Nice live music in the evening.
3 tennis courts. We also had a free one hour intro tennis course.
Yoga, meditation, wine tasting.
Big room, Rituals toiletries.
Amazing selection of cheeses and cold cuts. We actually fell in love with Lanzarote cheeses.
Lots of fruits and cakes. Very tasty.
Thematic dinners (seafood, asian food etc.).
Quality drinks and alcohol. They are using branded alcohol (Jack Daniels, Bombay Sapphire, Tanqueray, Disaronno, Captain Morgan, Campari, Smirnoff etc.). Good selection of free cocktails with all-inclusive (Mojito, Amaretto Sour, Appletini, Negroni, Caipirinha, Bloody Mary, French 75, Pina Colada, Gin Fizz and many others).
Easily accessible from Arrecife by bus 03 (bus stop is near the hotel). Nice promenade nearby.
It seems that hotel had more amenities at some point in its history (one more restaurant, mini-golf).
During the low tide (which in our case was from ~12:00 to evening), it's not really possible to enter the see at the nearby beaches because of stones (see photos), you need to walk 400-500 meters to Playa de las Cucharas. Also keep in mind all beaches are municipal, hotel doesn't have umbrellas and sunbeds at the beach.
Roasted meat in the restaurant was always super dry, i don't know why.
Very noisy A/C in the room, we tried not to use until it became very hot.
A bit choppy and slow wifi, though with good coverage at pool area.
It would be nice to have more umbrellas at the pool area.
Half of waiters speak zero English and are not very attentive, quite often messed up our drink orders.
TV in the room is from mid-2010, so no internet there, therefor no Netflix, YouTube etc.

Excellent location, great food, very clean room, very nice and helpful staffs
some facilities are not well updated, the gym studio is open to the publics, and the facilities are quite old as well
3.5
Swimming pool is a very nice place to chill. Quiet and clean rooms with good beds.
Waiters and bar personell didn't seem too happy or interested. Cocktails were served in plastic cups. Although dinner and breakfast have a lot of different options, the quality of the food itself was pretty basic.

Exceptional stay. Booked for all-inclusive, the stand out for me was the food and service in buffet breakfast/lunch/dinner & bar, its far better than any all-inclusive than I have had before, fantastic food and drinks! Great staff. Room with sea view was very quiet and relaxing. Fantastic building. All round great!
Pool is a little too cold for my taste, but thats just me being picky.
