Pyszna CAVA i dobre wina do posiłków.
Jedynie co mogła być lepiej przygotowana karta drinków dostępnych w all np. drink dnia. Także przy barze przydałaby się papierowa karta - nie zawsze chce się chodzić z telefonem i wczytywać QR code z menu.
Możliwość late check out.

The bed was comfy and the location was fantastic. The pool area was clean and attractive. The entertainment team was very enthusiastic and friendly and the dining room staff were all polite.
The food was exceptionally disappointing and unsatisfactory. This was very unfortunate as we upgraded to all-inclusive. Also, the free drinks plastic cups were not cleaned properly which made us reluctant to take advantage of the all-inclusive drink service. We also had an infestation of flying insects in our room which the reception denied as a problem. We obtained insect repellent from the cleaners and solved the problem ourselves. The shower also flooded.

I've travelled a lot but Grand Teguise Playa Hotel has one of the best services I've ever had! The stuff is excellent, the food is great, the location is very convenient with beach under your nose. Stuff does everything possible to make our vacation as comfortable as possible with great entertainment programme and care. I am extremely grateful for an amazing time I spent there.

Great staff at every place from reception trough bars and restaurants. from the evening shows the Polynesian night was really good. Also the surprise, the bottle of sparkling wine was very kind from you (although the sparkling wine served for breakfast tasted much better)
The bed could be a bit bigger and having separated blanket instead of one big blanket. The evening shows, question is if the quality of the performers is not the best or the audio system causes the bad sound experience. hard to say.
regarding dinners, would expect a bit bigger variation of foods, and to have cut fruits just like during breakfast.
if you would have similar meal choices just like at the neighboring hotel Barcelo you would be the best hotel

Breakfast was ok enough choices. location of the hotel was indeed very good overlooking the sea.
Adrain at the buffet restaurant was a very happy, smiling and helpful waiter.
The bed was the biggest let down. very uncomfortable. It slides and dips in the middle. Never had a good nights sleep during our holiday.
some staff at the buffet restaurant were unpleasant as if it the guests were a nuisance.

Fabulous reception, foyer, entertainment area.

The pool and bar were the stars of the hotel, the staff were great to deal with aswell
The food options could be a bit better, its difficult given the number of people staying but a buffet for lunch isnt our preferred option.
This is just a personal preference, the BBQ was a great addition

the cleanliness, room upgrade and the friendliness of staff. Location was excellent for access to a lovely beach, and also easy access to variety of bars and local restaurants , shops etc, nice choice of pools and during our stay, late Jan/early feb certainly no shortage of beds
The food , although plenty of it and a great choice was not great, good but not great. Although I can understand the difficulty of providing a huge choice buffet style to everyone. Except you are incredibly fussy you will find something suitable, Its just after a few days even on 1/2 board basis one longs to eat somewhere else. Unless you like lots of cheap alcohol and lots and lots and lots of food that after a while will all taste the same you are probably better with B&B or at most 1/2 board basis. An on 1/2 board basis you can exchange the dinner for lunch which is good depending on your plans

Great location, good facilities and direct access to the beach. Happy with room quality, cleanliness and balcony with sea-view. Breakfast options were good and staff for the most part were very helpful when dealing with queries.
1. Buffer dinner food quality and options not as good as I would have hoped.
2. For a superior room, I would expect a safety-deposit box to be included in the price, and not be an extra.
3. Rowing machine and running machines in the exercise room were not working
4. In-room Air Conditioning not as efficient as I would expect.
5. Room provided with a cracked glass which was binned to emphasise that it should not be re-used, but staff did not replace the glass during my stay.

The location was great and the bar area was fantastic.
The functioning of the hotel is disjointed, the staff are extremely unhelpful, unnecessarily rude, and aggressive. Simply asking for information from staff is met with eye rolls and anger. Also during our stay maintenance workers pounded on our door at 7am to replace our shower head. This was very strange to us as our shower was not broken nor did we complain about it. Very odd.

location
hotel is very old, mattresses caused back pain to both my mother and me. The hotel is dirty, the restaurant chairs are sticky and I just add the picture of the toilet when we arrived. It stayed the same and that's because the black mark is a stain of dirt depositing for so long that became part of it.
in general, unprofessional leadership and front desk. You can easily say it by reading at their aggressive and rude responses. On my google review they said that "...to use disrespectful qualifications doesn´t seem the right way to solve it, more useful is to change hotel when you are so unhappy as you said."
Of course, after paying 1400 euros for the week I should have changed hotel, not expect the service and the quality I paid for.
They also implied I wanted to trick them by booking a double room with single occupancy when I went with my mother to do the check in, when they made me notice I apologised and paid immediately the difference.
I just can't wait to see how they will respond to this....

- Great view from the room
- Access to the beach
- Very old worned out mattresses
- We felt that the room floor was always full of sand, not well cleaned

The inside bar was very good; the bar staff were really friendly and made me feel welcome; especially Martin and Tony. They gave great service with a smile. The other things I liked were the beds; very comfy, and the location which was very central.
In my experience, it was not of 4 star standard. No bathrobe or slippers in the room, not enough sunloungers around the pool; this was mainly due to people 'reserving' them early in the morning and then going off sometimes for the whole day. Finally, I found the food disappointing; especially the breakfast. The selection was limited and the quality not great. Dinner was slightly better; but again, there was a lack of selection.

Lovely location.
Superior room- fridge rusty and leaking. Did manage to move rooms after a few try’s.
First tim AI went in for lunch sat at the only table available and got shouted at and told to move as was set for 3 !!! Waited for a table for 2 . Food not particularly nice looking but had some anyway. Ate some mince with potato , choked on something- cling film in the mash. Complaining got me no where - so rude. Not a great start.
Pool staff there were amazingly friendly. Pool area clean, pools both lovely.
