Probably the best hotel I’ve have been at.
The staff is phenomenal, attentiveness and welcoming.
The room we got was spectacular, and they made sure to keep us happy.
We were traveling with a 4.5 year old boy and he didn’t want to leave the place.
Thank you for this wonderful stay
Nothing. Too good

It was a lovely way to round off our holiday in Greece and give us a couple of days of luxury. Everything was very thoughtfully done, from the welcome we received during check in to the time we left, we felt very well looked after by the entire team. The room was stunning; very comfortable and well equipped with a lovely view and a great shower. We were there very early in the season, so it was still fairly quiet (I think), but the way it was set up, it didn't seem like you would ever feel crowded; there was plenty of seating in the restaurants and bars, at the pool and on the beach and it was well spaced, likewise the way the rooms are laid out and the grounds landscaped meant that you didn't really feel like you were in the middle of a big resort, but instead were one of 4 or 5 accommodations. The food was very good, with the buffet meals offering a good variety to cover all tastes and the al a carte restaurant serving up an exceptional dinner with a lovely view out over the temple of Poseidon.

Practically everything was superb. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. The resort is beautiful and well maintained. The range of facilities and choice of places to eat is good. Service was exemplary. There is a private beach with hold & cold running service on tap - what more could you want?
Very few problems. As some others have commented, the rooms could do with some updates/maintenance in places but nothing that detracted from our stay.
We had a specific problem which surely many travellers face: our daughter has a severe nut allergy. Sadly there was no labelling on menus so we had to enquire with every meal, as which point we realised that the staff don't understand much about allergies either. They don't understand what is in their food, where it's come from or the difference between contains / may contain / trace etc. This made each meal time far more stressful than it needed to be. If only the menus (or dishes on the buffet) were labelled properly we would have saved a lot of staff time and a lot of stress. Come on guys - this has got to be easy to fix!!

We had a lovely week, the staff were all really lovely and helpful, the beach was lovely and relaxing with good service. The views were really lovey.
The rooms were quite dated and need renovating, the food needs a bit more quality and variety with more Greek dishes.
4.5
The compound is amazing, very well planned and designed. the facilities and service are great, food, activites and guest services are all wonderful. The beach is amazing, the kids activities are nice and all together we have a lovely week.
The room interior is a bit dated and could use renovation. Not suited for a 5 star hotel, the internet is a bit weak, the condition of the bathroom is not great and overall feeling of an old room.

A perfect place for a quality and quiet family vacation. The hotel and the staff think of all the small details, everything is of high quality, the beach is amazing, the pool is fun with water from the sea. Many good taverns around, the food in the hotel is high quality and not very very expensive and the staff is simply charming and helpful. highly recommended
nothing - everything was super!

The staff was very friendly and attentive.
The hotel was VERY run down. It needs an immediate renovation of the rooms. Although they were cleaning the room daily, it still looked dirty because it was so old. Definitely NOT a value for money property.

Nothing a side the view. All restaurants are ridiculous especially tali on the beach… no words can describe…
Really uncomfortable starting from parking, passing by the beach and ending with the restaurants that are managed by young guys look like just passing by. The Asian maybe is the only one with professional staff but very far away from an Asia restaurant

Some room facilities were not included for a 5 stars hotels like tooth brush and daily mini bar
4.5
Location, facilities, welcome gift / hospitality when checking in and at restaurant, mini club, availability of chairs poolside and at beach, views, ambience inside and outside.
The salt in the pool was too high with many guests leaving with sore eyes and unpleasant taste in mouth. Being from Australia and living with salt pools I can tell you this was extreme and unpleasant.

The position is great and the resort per se has the potential to be really great.
The whole complex is run down and not well maintained. The bathroom was dirty, everything is old and the best one can say it may have been great once upon a time. The grounds are not well maintained at all and everywhere the flair of apologetic views, garnished with workers trying to do something about the mess are your compnions walking in the resort. We were there at opening day and the gym was not ready (empty), the kidsclub a mess, the indoor pool not open, the beach area in disarray. As regards the kidsclub be aware it is not up to standard and your kid will be anything but likely to want to spend time there. Looks abandoned and not in a state where you feel comfortable to leave your kid there for having an enjoyable time. The restaurants they claim to have are basically different areas in the lobby and the Asian one does not exist as far as I am aware. At least management was waiving the cost of one night for all what was not working. They claim it is not the standard they normally offer, but not sure I am tempted to give it a second chance. There is too mich choice in Greece where you can be sure it works. A real pitty in my view as for the location it is truely beautiful.

quiet, relaxing, lovely beach and pool area
4.5
Fabulous location. Common area facilities are great with beautiful views all around. The pool area and the private beaches are wonderful. The food is excellent with lots of healthy choices. The rooms are comfortable and spacious and have private patios. Get a room with ocean view and you will not be disappointed.
The only reason this does not get 5 stars is that the guest room bathrooms are awkward and in need of renovation. We heard from staff members that there is going to be some renovation done in the off-season this year which will bring this beautiful resort up to its highest potential.

Location, facilities, ideal for a romantic getaway
Due to the fact this was the last weekend the resort was open, dining wasn’t up to resorts high standards
4.5
Great facilities, private pool and private beach. Staff very attentive. Breakfast was good.
Room a bit tired in places.
4.0
location to temple , staff , layout of property
the food buffet was average and cold , the aka carte restaurant was closed but the menu lacked seafood and variety of fish to be grilled . when checking out the management were unfriendly they didn’t offer a thank you refreshments. it was like ok you paid now go !! we paid extra for Kate check out €92 and felt once checked out they focused only on check ins arrivals which was two people .
3.5
beautiful architectural appointments and location
a new premium facility should have better bathrooms, modern plumbing so that you can flush toilet paper, and wider service roads
2.5
location is fabulous. Beautiful views once you are out. Employees are excellent. very good and friendly service.
the rooms are outdated and uncomfortable. they need a complete overhaul. Same with the bathrooms, they need modernising. the water pressure was very good but nothing else.
