Une chambre idéalement située

Emplacement idéal, juste à côté de la cathédrale et des restaurants

Au vu de la chaleur, il n'y avait pas assez d'équipement pour avoir moins chaud dans la chambre

Petit déjeuner extra. Tout était très bon, personnel au petit soin et cadre très agréable sur la terrasse extérieure. Chambre très mignonne, simple et de bon goût. Hôtel particulièrement bien situé, nous avons pu tout faire à pied.

Le weekend où nous nous sommes rendus à Strasbourg il a fait très chaud, malheureusement le ventilateur présent dans la chambre ne nous a pas permis un sommeil réparateur. Peut-être privilégier un système en plafonnier. C'est ce point qui justifie un émoticônes moins content pour la notion de confort. Hormis ce bémol, tout était très bien.

Séjour unique et cocooning avec salon de thé, à deux pas de la cathédrale

Emplacement unique et au tranquille derrière la cathédrale, avec un salon de thé. La chambre était complète avec tout ce dont vous aviez besoin, j'ai adoré les produits vegan de salle de bain, un plaisir pour l'âme et le corps. Gentillesse et serviabilité sont les maîtres mots de tout le personnel.

Ab zweitem Tag wie " nach Hause kommen"

Im (kleinen) Zimmer alles, was man braucht. Gute Matratzen. Sehr gutes Frühstück, z.B. mit frisch gepresstem Orangensaft, Käse, Wurst, Obst.... Die Lage ist prima. Wir erreichten alle Ziele zu Fuß. Überragend war die Freundlichkeit, Aufmerksamkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals.

Intensiv, interessant - einfach schön!

Die Lage ist einfach toll, im Zimmer Bad und WC getrennt finde ich ebenfalls gut, Betten sehr bequem, Kaffee und Tee zum Selberkochen im Zimmer! Verwinkeltes, uriges Hotel, sehr sauber. Frühstück nicht genutzt ( grundsätzlich kein Frühstückstyp, bis 9.30 Uhr ist mir persönlich auch zu früh)

Dass der Fahrstuhl defekt war kann natürlich passieren - dass ein junger Mann am Empfang das mitteilt ohne Hilfe beim Aufsteigen der schmalen steilen Stiege mit offensichtlich schwerem Koffer anzubieten, hat mich richtig geärgert. In den 1. Stock hätte er das Gepäckstück durchaus bringen können - zumal ich als ältere Reisende ja zu erkennen bin... Der Blick auf die Mauer zwei Meter gegenüber und runter zum Müllhof war semi - aber mitten in der verwinkelten Altstadt können halt nicht alle Zimmer Blick auf das Münster haben - wenn sich das im Zimmerpreis auch niederschlägt ist das völlig in Ordnung.

Süßes Hotel mit Geschick eingerichtet

Eine Toplage mit äußerst freundlichem Service und wunderbarem Bio-Frühstück. So stellt man sich vor in einer alten Stadt zu wohnen. Auf die Etage kommt man mit einem kleinen Fahrstuhl, aber Treppen zum Zimmer gibt’s dann auch noch. Also nichts für Rollatoren oder Rollstühle.

Es gab nichts. So wie es ist bitte weiter machen.

Good location, but rather pricey for the dated rooms.

The breakfast was good, not great. Overall we were satisfied with our stay.

Next time, I wouldn’t pay extra for the “cathedral view”. We were told by one staff member that no late check-out is possible. The next morning, a different staff member said it is possible, albeit at an extra charge.

A humble and quaint hotel in the heart of Strasbourg

There are so many things I loved about this hotel. First was the price--it was a great value for money considering that the hotel is located in the heart of Strasbourg. The location was perfect and literally within walking distance from the cathedral. Petit France is a bit further away but it only takes approximately 10 minutes to walk there. The hotel room I chose was tiny but quaint and had a great view of the cathedral. I heard that they serve a good breakfast but unfortunately I never had the chance to try. Overall I enjoyed my stay here. It was beautiful and peaceful, I might come back to this hotel when I visit Strasbourg again in the future.

Do not expect state of the art facilities since this is a tiny hotel, but I really don't have any complaints!

Hotel perfect for a short break in a beautiful city

Traditional style hotel. Breakfast was exceptional . Staff really friendly

Not a comfortable stay

Good location. Nice looking building.

Insufficient bench space in room. No space for suitcase. Hot and stuffy. Noisy from street. Poor security: room keys kept on hooks near open front door not always manned by staff.

A very well situated pleasant, small hotel.

Quiet, pleasant location but very near to the Cathedral in the old town. The room was great with a super and spacious bathroom. Lovely outside seating area to enjoy a glass of wine in a the evening.

Air conditioning would have been good, but we were provided with a large fan.

Quite a gem of a hotel and couldn't beat the location.

I stayed at Hotel Suisse for one night during my 18-day cycling trip along the Rhine. The hotel is wonderfully located in the center of town, close to restaurants and cafes. The staff were wonderful, helped me store my bike in the building and the lady at the desk was kind enough to reserve a table for me at a traditional French restaurant which turned out to be one of the best restaurants I ate at during my trip. The room was small but perfectly adequate and was an upgrade with a view over the tiled roofs near the cathedral. Breakfast served downstairs was very nice with a very pleasant ambience. I felt I'd found a bit of a gem in this hotel, I'd certainly come back and would be happy to recommend it to my friends and associates.

I wouldn't change a thing.

Quaint, charming hotel in the center of old town

Adorable hotel with a fantastic location right in the center of the old town and by the river. Staff were super helpful and cheerful.

Trying to follow the directions I ended up driving right through the old town (legally but there were unhappy pedestrians and cyclist everywhere). The parking deck was super close so in retrospect I should have walked!

Lovely out of the mainstream location wry close to the Eiffel Tower with exceptional customer service and absolutely perfect large rooms.

the view from my window is the building wall against me around 2 meter,pillow was very uncomfortable.It was very hard to sit the closet because of the very small sink.

Swiss hotel in the center of Strasbourg

Friendly staff ready to help you. Clean room with a beautiful view from the window. Сomfortable bed with extra pillows and a blanket. There were bathrobes in the room. It's very nice. Good breakfast.

There weren't bowls for the pet and a sleeping place in the room, although we warned about staying with an animal. There wasn't instruction in the room about connecting to the Internet.
