I loved the location and the room.
There was a strange smell from the bathroom that persisted throughout my stay.

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Salamanca. The terrace had a great view over the old city center and a stork family. Room was nice and clean. Nice bathroom. It was fine with the digital key-system once we found out, how it worked.
The bed seemed too small and too soft for 2 people. The bathroom could use better ventilation.
Be aware, that there is no parking at the hotel, so if you come by car, you'll have to find a private parking. The reception was very helpful with that.

Great localization
Terrible view from the window. Do not take room 104!

So again, this is a new type of hotel that does not have staff. I’m an international traveller and so could not check-in online as I do not have a Spanish identification card.
You need to walk to another hotel and check in there. Then return to your hotel. To access the front door and your room door you must use your phone. I enjoy exploring without my phone sometimes but because of this reliance on tech I could not do this.
Furthermore, if you phone battery dies you’re stuck. As the ‘reception’ desk is not always staffed. One evening I ridiculously had to alter my plans as my phone battery was dying and therefore I would not be able to access the hotel ‘key’ on my phone. I had to return to my room, wait for my phone to charge, then head out again. A little absurd I think. Our reliance on technology made this stay more difficult than it should have been.
No staff, no room key.

The location is ideal. Plaza Mayor is just a minute walk. It's very central in the tourist sights. Room was fairly big. WIFI was strong. Smart TV allowed me to put in my own details for Streaming apps so I could watch. Breakfast was decent - table service of coffee, juice, yogurt with fruit or fruit bowl and bread of choice.
It's a bit confusing when you first arrive as there is no reception. You receive an email with a code to enter the lobby. In the lobby, there is a machine where you pay etc, depending on what kind of option you've chosen at the time of reservation. I would still go for this hotel but would have appreciated a more step by step instruction on how to go about it.

The breakfast was quite poor and the language wasn’t helping

The location of this hotel is so central it was extremely easy to explore the amazing sites.
We paid 31€ for two nights to park our car in the private car park. On the day we left, we discovered that our dust caps from our tyres had been stolen. We contacted the hotel to inform them and ask if there were security cameras, but have not received a reply.
Also there was no face to face interaction with any staff there. It was only via a message or phonecalls.

Perfect location with balcony looking out onto cafes etc. and old church with Herons nest. Room nice size and clean.
Small issue gaining access but easily resolved visiting staffed sister hotel around the corner.

Located next to the main square with many bars and restaurants. I didn’t understand that this hotel has no staff. Check-in is best done online before arrival. The parking is not at the hotel, so don’t try to drive there.
My room was at the top at the back. If I opened the window, the noise of fans and extractors was too much. However, I am sure that street side would be fine.

the room, the location, (right in the heart of the city) the views and the comfy bed, shower was also good, hot water came almost immediately salamanca is a beautiful city, worth a visit, with lively bars and restaurants
The check in process you either check in in advance on line, or when you arrive, was a tablet on the wall and a process basically the same as the on line process, took me 3 attempts to scan my passport and sign the signature. eventually I discovered an option for english on the menu!, very confusing, there is NO STAFF in the building! parking was about a km away, but that meant that we walked across the huge beautiful square, just a mile or so away from the car park at "monte carlo garage" there was a lot of roadworks going on in town which made finding the hotel quite difficult as the street was coned off, and my sat nav gave me bad directions, eventually I asked a police and they pointed the way. the breakfast we finally met a member of staff, who couldnt operate anything in the kitchen, she managed for us muesli, coffee and not much else, she said everything was broken and burst into tears, which was my wife's fault unfortunately, but we did expect a proper breakfast.

Awesome location in Salamanca, a very short walk from the main sites. Rooms very comfortable, modern and very clean - at a really great price!
While I appreciated the keyless entry and easy check in process, I didn’t know until I arrived that the hotel didn’t have on-site staff. Luggage storage was also at a different property (a quick walk, but still unexpected)

Great room, balcony and view.

Location is perfect, the rooms are quiet, the digital key system allows you to arrive at any time.
The breakfast room wasn't open in the morning (8:15am, weekday ), and since there is no reception area or receptionist, we had to call and they sent someone to open it for us, which was fine, but is stressful when you have a deadline in the morning... / the mattress was a little hollow in the middle.

Room is clean ,there is a window where we can see the beautiful church 24hours.
Shower is warm and good.
The hotel is close to Major square, only 1min .
It's convenient to anywhere
Heating don't working entirely.we feel cold sometimes. the towels have been old, need to change them
Breakfast is not buffet, you need order, but we can't speak Spanish ,English meal words is also limited,so we like Buffet much more.

the location
our bed broke late at night and we needed to move a room. the new room also had a very cheap and unstable bed and it made the experience a bit of a let down. the location was great as well as the communication with the staff over WhatsApp. the shower stream was very low.

Central location, large room, very comfy bed, very clean
The room was a bit dark

I don't mind the idea of there being no staff but at least have a leaflet with breakfast time, wifi password, checkout protocol etc for people arriving and don't make us call for that stuff.
