We do provide you with quilts, pillows, pillow and mattress protectors.

OPTIONAL LINEN FEES:
- Queen bed sheets, 2 pillowcases, two towels and two hand towels - $30 per stay.

Reverse cycle air conditioning, two person spa bath. Second shower and toilet outside. Large open plan living area and fully functioned kitchen.

Large secure rear yard. Plenty of room to keep the boat or bring your pets by negotiation. Willing to accommodate pets that are cleaned up after (inside and outside), are not going to be a risk to the property or a disturbance to the neighbours.

Ideally located in an extremely quiet street. Just a 10 Minute walk to shops, 1 minute walk to the beach.

Ideal for a romantic getaway or a family holiday.

Public holidays: Note 3 night minimum stay is required for long weekends, 4 night minimum over Easter.

A ‘rustic’ but a pleasant enough stay. An older style home in a fantastic location that suited our needs. But please don’t stay here if you are after something fancy and modern. We were able to take our little dog which was appreciated.

A lovely home very close to all of the town centre. Well equipped and fairly clean tidy. Exceptional communication from the owner. Highly recommend this place. Only issue is the shower with the spa - which the owner is attending to.

Perfect location for our long weekend away. The property was well situated - close to the beach and shops and suited us well. Our little dog was well contained in the back yard. The air conditioning worked very well in the 40 degree heat! A very pleasant stay.

Good location all basic needs does need some upgrades and painting. Good size backyard for your furry friend. Looks a bit tired but did enjoy my stay and lots of walks.

Lovely quaint house large bedrooms and insiide areas, fantastic outside entertainment with Weber bbq huge tv and plenty of appliances crockery glassware , everything you could want. Only issue, but not for us, would be getting in and out of shower /large spa if you are aged or unsteady on your feet, Great stay.

The location of the place was great, the property and facilities were okay with plenty of appliances available in the kitchen. Communication with the owner was good, as we were very unhappy with the state of the mattress covers, the washing machine was half full of water so we didn’t use it, but needed it and neither of the kitchen windows actually locked, so the fancy code access on the front door was irrelevant. The host help where he could and said that he will fix the windows and hopefully look at the washing machine.

The property looked good in system...but was dirty. Oven dirty, under bed filthy...stove stop needs scrub.. Everything needs a good wash down..and a paint thru wouldn't hurt. Bathroom.....shower over spa ...aged husband unable to shower....and wasn't going to send him outside to the laundry shower. Sorry. Only good thing about this property was location....couldn't wait to get back to my clean home .Sorry....won't be recommending property

More attention to cleaning would make this place a great stay. Outside is tied looking. Washing machine was dirty and smelly. Kitchen had plenty of dishes, pots and utensils. However I needed to clean a pot prior to using it. Supply of paper towels and a pot scrub would be great. Floors could do with a mop as well.

This property is located in a convenient area, close to facilities and the beach. The owner was accommodating of our 2 rottweilers and had good contact in the lead up. Would definitely visit again.

Loved the TV & Netflix. Great to see a Stayz property that has a tv larger than a postage stamp. Doggies loved the rear yard Lovely sized spa and the house was very clean. Very retro inside 😎

The communication with owner was excellent. All was well explained and instructions in the house were very clear and easy to follow. I needed to change my dates due to unfortunate happening and owner was very understanding and was willing to swap for another time. Location was great as it was very close to the beach. As we prefer taking showers, the huge spa bath was a bit of a slipping hazard. I would also suggest to invest in some oven trays as I could not find any in the cupboards.

Our family had a great stay in Victor at the property. The property is pet friendly with a big backyard for our 3 large dogs. And plenty of room for the kids. The spa was a big highlight and the location was brilliant. We’ll definitely be back.
