Beautiful hotel and fantastic staff

Could not fault this hotel or anything about it either, 12 of us stayed and everyone enjoyed and had a great weekend, staff are great, Especially (Becky) who worked in the bar and the next morning on breakfast, she was such a pleasure to meet and she is a diamond to have among staff

Fabulous hotel, excellent staff.

Everything. The hotel is in a great location. The staff go over and above to make the guests stay as enjoyable as possible. The rooms are very clean and comfortable.Nothing is a problem for the staff. They are pleasant and willing to help. I would be more than happy to highly recommend.

ive stayed in many hotels, for comfort, 10/10.. bar staff and cleaning staff are a credit to the hotel.

room was clean, bed was very comfortable, place looked very well kept, cleaning staff where very polite and no problem giving extra shower gels, towels and bottled water, the breakfast was enough to hit the spot. you’re central in the city so plenty of places yo visit & sample

shower in the bathroom wasnt great, not very powerful and not the hottest. oyster bar was very friendly and drinks where lovely (my wife and i sampled the cocktails), one flaw, the lighting was too bright, if these were turned down it would of been more ‘snug’ and relaxing.

The hotel is perfect for a get away night or weekend in Galway city. Clean , friendly

On arrival there was valet parking, brilliant as it was raining when we got there. Staff were so friendly and welcoming.

Pay more attention to guests during breakfast.

Service at breakfast was very disappointing. Staff neglected to take our order but served others who came later than us. Staff seemed more interested in spraying tables next to us while we were eating - a few times doubling up on spraying the same tables twice!

Staff should pay more attention to serving customers rather than clearing and cleaning tables. Were delighted to be upgraded to a Deluxe room only to discover a bad smell permeated the room from an uncleared drain in bathroom necessitating a change of room.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Galway.

The location on Eyre Square was perfect.

The parking was several blocks away, and the discount parking voucher they provided did not work so we paid the full rate.

Food in bar was good. Comfortable bed.

Poor wifi which they couldn't fix. Booster outside my room was not working. No on-site parking. Stair carpets badly worn. Dodgy shower.

location was good and the bedrooms were a nice size

I felt that the breakfast could have been a little better there could have been much more selections for the continental element and with the main breakfast the cooking of the bacon needs to reviewed as I was either presented with burnt one morning and the next morning barely cooked.
