Fresh Rooms are in a great location, our room (no. 9) was massive - church-like inside with a beamed ceiling. The bathroom was huge. I went with my 16 year old daughter and we shared a "large" double which is 2 very big singles attached and they are very comfortable. The balcony is perfect - as we were at the end, it overlooked the port and a hotel sign but I like this it feels very authentic Greece, and you can see the port and the sea which is lovely. You can walk to the town in a few minutes and there are steps or you can take more of a scenic route. Michael is the best host - he collected us and took us back to the airport - saves all the hassle of the bus. I will definitely stay here again, thank you Michael.
Not much really - perfect for the price.

The owner was extremely helpful and the room was spacious and clean
There was too much water after finishing a bath due to the short shower curtains

The host picked us up from the airport , the room was getting cleaned daily with new bed sheets and face and body towels . We also got a complimentary water bottle upon arrival .The air conditioning and mini fridge were working on point and the view was spectacular from the balcony . Totally value for money.

The location was excellent and the room was kept spotlessly clean. Michael the host was really helpful, friendly and fun. We felt very much at home. This was our fourth time in Skiathos but our first time staying at Fresh Rooms. We would most definitely go back.
Next time we would pay more and stay in a more spacious room. We felt that the room was a little bit on the small side but that is what we paid for so not a problem.

Wonderful stay we got a free of charge pick up from the airport, lovely host, very accommodating. The room was as advertised, quite big for two people, we adored the balcony and the view to the sea. The air conditioning in both downstairs and bedroom was ideal for the hot mornings.
The kitchen is very small so don't expect making any big food there, but more than enough for a nice breakfast. Besides a small soap there were no other bathroom items such as shower gel and shampoo.

Lovely owner who picks you up from the port or airport and drops you back which is very useful as there are steps up to the apartments and they are not clearly signed so would be difficult to find! The room we booked was room 9 which was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view of the port. The location is great with the town only minutes walk away.
There was a mix up with our booking and we had to stay in a much smaller room for the 1st 3 nights. We were given no discount for this despite the owner saying he would give us one. There is no hot water in the mornings in either room, only in the evening. The self catering facilities are extremely limited.

Оne of the best places to stay on the island. For this price you get a unique view from the top floor.
Clean small room and bathroom,Very kind hosts.I strongly recommend.
The hotel is located high up, but this is not a minus, because there is no way to have such a nice view.

Terrible experience. On the first day that we arrived we went to wash our hands but there was something wrong with the sink and it was leaking all over!!!! We called the owner to explain the problem and he told us excuses like these things happen. When you are the owner you have to check beforehand if everything is working properly in the room before your guests arrive! He also told us that if we cant wait for the plumber to come that we could leave the room!!!! How?? We didn't have another reservation on another hotel.!! So unprofessional of him.
The room service was awful. They didn't provide the room daily with new sheets and towels!! Every 2 days they brought towels and sheets only if there was something visibly dirty.
There was no kettle or anything like a kitchen.
The owner was unprofessional and absent and there was no reception if you want to ask for anything or if you have a problem. You had to call him on the phone and try to find him!
On the second day while we were inside the room someone tried to force open our door!!! We then unlocked it to see what's going on and there were other costumers telling us that they were sent from the owner because he told them that the room was empty!!!!! Oh my God !! We were stunned! We were still there and we already had paid for the room!!
Never again.

good views of harbour and airport runway- good central location to tavernas , bars , buses .
Lots of steep steps to climb to get to apartment .

I was staying at a nearby hotel before I moved here, and Michael met me close by on my check-in day. He kindly helped me up the steps with my bag.
There were lovely views from the balcony, if you ignored the wires and San Remo hotel sign.
The bathroom was very large and the shower curtain was actually long enough to fit in the shower tray, so no flooding, and there was a constant supply of hot water.
I requested an iron and had it for my entire stay.
The Wifi was very poor, I had to sit out on the balcony at a specific angle to get any signal at all, and this wasn't possible for long in the morning because of the hot sun. This may not be a problem for a short stay as most tavernas and bars have excellent WiFi, but I was there for 23 nights.
The noise from the school playground, although a fair distance away, was very loud.
The cost of the views was the climb to the room, which was harder in the evening after a meal and drinks ;)

Balcony view, central location and near to bus stop. Friendly pick up from Michael and helpful on sorting WiFi
It’s located up lots of steps so you need to be quite fit, the beds are quite hard/ needs a mattress topper. Not very good soundproofing for other guests.

Very light rooms have a lovely view over the port and a mill with few steps to restaurants, beach bus stop and supermarket. Very clean with fresh towels and bed covers daily. Also very quiet position so you’ll sleep like a baby. Friendly and very kind owner Michael helps with everything needed, from beach advices, hairdryer, clothes washing emergencies to airport transfers. I was given a bigger room with better sea view upon arrival :) And I definitely recommend this place for girls travelling solo, you’ll feel like family!

Simple space in great location. great value for money.
Do have a few steps to climb & but once you factor that in it’s fine.

We enjoyed the location so near the port, the room was clean with fresh towels and shampoo and soap. We appreciated getting a bottle of water at our arrival. It was relatively well priced for the island.
We might have liked a heating spot to cook our food.

Literally 4 minutes walk from the port and center. Has mini market, and 2 coffee/bakery stores 1 min away from the place, perfect for supplies. Very friendly stuff, excellent customer service will defo prefer it again. The view from the room was nice as well.
The fridge was a little small but besides that everything was perfect value for money wise
