Interessanter Köln Besuch

Die zentrale Lage, alles um die Ecke, der Dom,die City, der Rhein - alles super

Bauarbeiten ser laut ab 6.30 ging das schon los - auch direkt unterhalb von unserem Zimmer war es bis spät in der Nacht sehr laut - eben Brauerei. War teils verständlich.

Übernachten direkt am Dom

Tolle Lage, direkt am Dom und der Innenstadt. Gutes Frühstück. Ordentliche Zimmer und noch halbwegs akzeptable Preise.

Kopfkissen für mich zu dick und unbequem. Man muss leider immer den Fahrstuhl benutzen, da das Treppenhaus nur für Notfälle vorgesehen ist.

We really enjoyed our stay, 2 niggles detracted from a perfect 10 out of 10

The location is excellent, staff very friendly, but no tea or coffee in the room was disappointing.

Lack of refreshments in the room & 2 single Duvets on a double bed was uncomfortable & unnecessary.

部屋が広い。バスタブが最高でした。窓から大聖堂が見えた。ハンザ同盟の歴史ある町。

fantastic stay, staff top notch and friendly, knowledgeable and real good English

location was outstanding, real easy to find close to everything including train station into town breakfast was stellar and the hotel restaurant was the best

didn't know the restaurant/brew pub had a open window etc to vent the noise which unfortunately goes up into the rooms very loud and there is a roof top events space fortunately for us the staff was able to move us to a quieter space, fortunate as the hotel gets fully booked often

Leider ein Naja

Die Größe des Zimmers und die zentrale Lage.Das Personal war sehr freundlich!

Keine Lade-oder Außladezone für Check In oder Check Out.Kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer.Beleuchtung im Bad zu "warm",unvorteilhaft beim schminken. Die Dusche war ziemlich klein. Der Kaffee beim Frühstück war leider nicht so gut. Was sehr ärgerlich war: bei unserem Check Out haben wir das Auto vorher aus der Tiefgarage geholt.Da wir unser Gepäck nicht unten bei der Rezeption stehen lassen wollten haben wir es im Zimmer gelassen. Um 11 Uhr ist im Hotel Check Out. Wir wollten mit unserer Zimmerkarte um 10.55 noch mal schnell ins Zimmer um das Gepäck zu holen. Da war aber zu unserer verwunderung schon die Zimmerkarte gesperrt und wir sind nicht mehr an unser Gepäck gekommen. Das hat uns sehr verärgert und sollte unserer Meinung nach nicht so sein.Bis 11 Uhr hätten wir nämlich Zeit gehabt!

Loved the location, close to the Dom, we could hear the bells. Lovely, friendly staff, clean and comfortable.

Muss man nicht unbedingt

Die Nähe zum Dom, Stadt.

Was die zimmer angeht eigentlich alles. Ziemlich lieblos eingerichtet. Erinnerte mich an eine günstige hotelkette. Leider riss es der Ventilator auch nicht raus. Ohne Klimaanlage nicht prickelnd. Die Baustelle vor dem Fenster ließen uns dann um 6 wach werden. Klar da können sie nix dafür. Man musste mit offenem Fenster schlafen da es sonst zu warm wurde. Die Arbeiter gegenüber konnten problemlos den schlafeneden Anblick genießen. Die Dusche nun ja wenn man etwas kräftiger ist jat man sicherlich Schwierigkeiten ein und aus zu steigen. Viel zu eng.. Der Boden nicht wirklich sauber. Schade ich hatte mir mehr erhofft für den Preis. Man zahlt halt einfach für die Lage.

Central location in the old town.

Ideal location in the traditional old town of Cologne. Easy walk from the railway station around the cathedral to the "Frūh" Hotel complex. Excellent traditional Beerkeller restaurant next door.

An Excellent Choice, Close By The Dom (Cathedral)

Everything was on a very high level. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful.

My only problem was Wi-Fi that couldn't reach my room (on two different devices). It worked fine in the lobby.

Perfect hotel for Kölsch and Köln fans!

Great location next to the Cathedral. Able to enjoy plenty of Kölsch after a day of touring. Very large rooms.

No air conditioning and be aware there is construction going on early in the morning right across from the hotel.

Excellent hotel, near transport links and attractions.

Proximity to the station and to the town centre restaurants, cafes and attractions. Great breakfast. Spotless room and excellent shower. Able to leave luggage securely on last day so we could continue sight seeing until we had to leave in the evening.

There is some building work going on near the hotel, which could bother some guests. However, we wanted to be up and out about 9am, so this wasn't an issue.

It was super near the Cologne Cathedral.

We booked a room with 2 single beds but received a room with a big bed instead. We arrived around midnight and had complained about it. The man at the reception told me to just inform the reception again in the morning as he can’t do anything about it at the moment. My friend and I were already lazy to change rooms as we have unpacked our things. It would also be better if there’s a hot water boiler in the room for coffee and tea.

The room is very clean and good location. near to the bar and train station. Wifi was easy to connect.

A good modern hotel convenient for main railway station.

Very good central location; helpful staff at reception and in breakfast room. Good size and well appointed standard rooms. Good buffet breakfast.

Noise level from building works quite high especially in breakfast room .. but this was just coincidence with our stay. However looks as if there will be works near the hotel for the forthcoming year.

Great stay in Köln

Great location right in the center of Köln, across from the Cathedral and within walking distance from the river and downtown. The hotel itself is well furnished and equipped. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Nothing the hotel can do about it, but there is a nearby construction site which can be loud at times.
