Soggiorno gradevole ma struttura con buoni margini di miglioramento con piccoli accorgimenti.

Appartamento molto spazioso con 3 camere grandi (eravamo 7), solo angolo cottura un po' piccolo (solo 2 fuochi funzionanti su 4). Piscina molto carina e anche adeguato numero di sdraio presenti. La signora che si occupava delle stanze molto gentile.

Assenza di qualsiasi tipo di oscurante nell'appartamento ad eccezione di una sola camera che aveva le tende oscuranti, frigorifero piccolo senza cella freezer, portasciugamani di un bagno vecchio e arrugginito, doccia della piscina non funzionante. Episodio spiacevole l'ultimo giorno: presenza di un topo a bordo piscina. La parte spiacevole non è stato l'ingresso di un topo nel giardino (può succedere) bensì che mio figlio l'abbia mostrato alla signora che serviva le colazioni ai tavoli vicino alla piscina e lei si sia dimostrata scocciata (borbottava nella sua sua lingua con un'altra persona facendo dei gesti che non abbiamo capito) e abbia fatto spallucce invece che avvisare qualcuno in modo che l'animale venisse allontanato.

No drinks / bar So our room did have a fridge so we could store drinks ourselves

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, jederzeit gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Ambiente. Sauberer beheizter Pool. Sehr freundliches einheimisches Personal. Gemütlich eingerichtete Zimmer, sauberes Badezimmer. Gemütlicher Balkon. Die derzeitige Erweiterung des Gebäudekomplexes ist sichtbar, jedoch keinesfalls störend zu nennen. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, jederzeit gerne wieder.

Pleasant but not exceptional.

The pool area was maintained well.

The rooms are quite old and could do with some renovations. We booked a family room which was quite small and the children had to sleep on a pull out sofa bed.

The pool area is lovely, breakfast was delicious and the beds were very comfortable.

Brilliant place, beautiful people

It was cheap cosy and very easy going with the staf and my late arrival. this is how it should be everywhere. The breakfast was kind of standard and nothing fancy but then again I didn't pay very mych. The pool was there but the summer was not in full swing yet

Just a bit far from the beach to walk but should be not problem with a bicycle or a scooter(1 h walk).

We had a short but nice stay in this pension.

Nice pool, friendly owner, space for bikes in the hall of the pension. Good breakfast. Large room wit Balcony. Airconditioning in the room. Internet in the room and in the pool area was ok.

Bad room a little bit out-dated.

We had a wonderful time here!!

The room was clean and spacious enough. The view and the garden with the pool were simply great. Good location and good value for money, definitely coming back for another holiday! The swimming places and supermarkets are close, if you want to reach old part of Porec it will be around 7 minutes by car but it is worth.

The room had no balcony to go out,but obviously not all have. Would have been great but it was fine enough like this.

Pleasant stay, nice place. Simple, no frills but comfortable.

The host was very friendly and accommodating. The pool area was a nice, quiet place to hang out. The staff were helpful.

The blanket on the bed. Also, we were without water for about 10 minutes, and no one warned us.

Distance from the sea is really big. Equipment in the apartment could be modernized (especially kitchen area).

Amazing, relaxed, nice and kind. Coudnt spend my vacay better. :)

Pool was amazing, so was the view. We enjoyed our stay very much. At the evening it was quiet so you can relax, near the center, host and his daughter were very kind and helpful!

Nice place and beautiful pool with garden

Nice reception by host. We got the demo room, with view to the pool. The house is beautiful, swimming pool is nice, good beds to lay by the pool. Breakfast outside in the shade.

Got this last minute on a motorcycle trip. Can't say anything bad about it. Got it during covid so rock bottom price I think. Around €30. Pool area is awesome, staff friendly. One of my top stays on my trip. You couldnt really walk to town, its a bike ride.
