The room was very clean and tidy. Good ar condition. Staff in the kitchen are lovely.
Parking offered by the hotel is terrible. Very tiny space and very hard to manoeuvre and they charge you £5. Park on the street instead. No water in the room!!

the double family room was ok for one night before our return flight, it has enough space for 4 people, the fornitures are old and very simple, but clean, everything was working properly... tv, mini refrigerator, A/C and shower. beds were not so comfortable (a little too hard for our personal taste).. the breakfast is very limited. the hotel location is ok, pretty served with bars/restaurants, small shops and station nearby.

Good secure parking, Very helpful staff, Nice clean room, Very clean bathroom.
Ideal location for travelling to and from the airport. plus for future ref its next to a local railway station.
Like all Portuguese Hotels No facilities for making tea or coffee in the room.

staff were very good. It's a clean hotel. Breakfast is okay
far from the city center. It takes 20 minutes from Rosso by Sintra metro.

The staff during breakfast were very pleasant and welcoming which was lovely.
When i arrived and i did my check in i had to show my documentation so i showed the man my cartao de cidadao, the man then asks me where im from to which i responded im portuguese he then replies no no madam dont confuse nationality and where your originally from i replied and said no im portuguese because i was born here. Clearly because im a person of colour (black) he was trying to be clever. I found this very disgusting behaviour considering the hotel is in amadora the most diverse area in portugal of all ethnic minorities. when i questioned him as to why he asked this he said ohh because i want to put it in the system dont be offended. No im offended because your racist. I went to the Zurique hotel a day after and never got asked any kind of question like that. A word of advice if your from an ethnic minority dont stay here.

Bed was super comfy. Check in was easy- Eunice was great very polite, friendly and accommodating.
The breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice for a true portuguese breakfast.
So close to the train station but equally was easy to book an uber to and from. Felt secure. I had an excellent stay- the shower pressure was not the strongest but the water flow was amakzing so I had great showers
Room was a bit dark unless you opened the curtain. Very humble room but had everything you needed.
A bit of dust under the bed and the chandelier which triggered my allergies but overall clean.
The air con was a bit weak but I didn't mind that as it wasn't so hot
The safe wasn't very safe as anyone could put the same pin on

Modern hotel, pretty clean. Probably better value than more centrally located hotels. Close to railway station so it's easy to get to all parts of Lisbon as well as Sintra and the coast towards Cascais. E.g. about 15 minutes to Rossio square. The train's nicer than going on the metro anyway, and it's all covered by the same travel card. The local neighborhood has many shops and eateries.
It is on a fairly noisy street, but since it has air conditioning you can at least close the window which eliminates much of the noise. The soundproofing between rooms is not terrible but could be better.

BEDS ARE VERY comfortable!!!
A little far from the metro
