We had a great stay!
A super nicely furnished and clean apartment with a bathroom, kitchen and balcony. From the balcony we had a view of the street with many restaurants and the water. When the door was closed we didn't hear anything from the street - perfect!
There was a huge selection of restaurants out the door and the ferry to Lisbon was also less than a 5 minute walk away. There was also a guarded parking garage across the street from the apartment (2 minute walk), where everything worked great.
The service from the reception was very friendly and perfect all around!
Next trip to Lisbon we would love to choose this apartment in Almada again.

Quiet area within good reach of Lissabon with a rental car. Less touristic area of Portugal with beautiful nature, winhouses, castles, ...
Spacious and two bathrooms. Ideal when travelling with older kids.

Apartment was very spacious with 3 balconies!
Super clean and very comfortable.
Location is the best! Quiet but lively main road (no cars). Restaurants everywhere, short walk to the harbour for ferry to Lisbon.
Kitchen could have had a bit more utilities

Great location on a pedestrian only street.
Good variety of restaurants and shops within a few meters of front door!
Five minute walk to bus/tram station and pedestrian ferry to Lisbon.

Perfect apartment , very spacious! Air conditioner in each room what makes your stay very confortable. But choice of restaurants down on the street , close to the port ( easy access to Lisbon with a boat ) , 6€ underground parking provided.
If stay for many nights, kettle was missing and well as the oven. Could be noisy on weekend, but with closed windows sleep well

We lucked out with finding this guest house! Actually, it's like an independent stay as the office is across the street in another building. The accommodations were wonderful, comfortable beds and pillows, comfy seating in the living room and a private patio which was enclosed by the walls of co-joined buildings. The office staff will bring an electric kettle over if you need one and the kitchenware was very adequate. This was a lovely older building with updated rooms. Located on a pedestrian-only street with several eating establishments. We were a delightful and quick ferry ride away from Lisbon.

Very nice location: outside of Lissbon center, but easily accessable and close to. The need to take a boat adds some charme and fealing of the city of ocean cost.
The reception and assistance of the staff is perfect.
There is no fan in the buthroom.

Great location close to the ferry that takes about 6 min to get to Lisbon city!
Nice small kitchen with all amenities provided. (kettle not standard but you can get one at reception).
Shower was tight, there is a rain shower but the head is broken so water just gushes out.

Excellent accommodation in Cacilhas, 10 minutes by ferry from Lisbon's central transport hub Cais de Sodre. Cacilhas has a charm of a small fishing village and the accommodation is located on a street filled with many excellent seafood restaurants and cafes, as well as places to grab a quick breakfast and pastry shops. Is was a welcome respite from the hustle bustle of Lisbon's city centre and a great departure point for going to Almada city centre, making day trips (for example, to Sintra) or going to the beach (Praia da Costa da Caparica is only some 15 mins by bus, and the wonderful Praia da Fonte da Telha, which is even better, located near a nature reserve, 50 mins by bus). Rita was a kind and attentive host who made us feel really welcome.
This is not at all the fault of the accommodation but watch out for announcements of strikes of ferry employees at https://ttsl.pt/. They cause disruptions of ferry services to and from Lisbon. For example, during our stay there was one such strike, which meant—for four days—no ferries from Lisbon to Cacilhas between 16.30 and 20.50 and no ferries from Cacilhas to Lisbon between 5.20 and 11.15am. It is possible to take a tram from Cacilhas to Pragal instead from where you can get on the Lisbon-Setubal commuter train which goes through the 25 de Abril Bridge but this takes more time.

All went well

It was a quiet apartment, not facing the street so there was no noise but at the same time it was located very central in Cacilhas.
Perfect size for 2 people for a few of days.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The bed was a bit uncomfortable

I highly recommend to stay at Cacilhas Guest Apartments because of the staff and the location. Sure, it's on the other side of Tejo River far from Lisbon's main sights, but the ferry is very fast and goes every 10-15 minutes earliest from 5AM and latest until 1am so for us it wasn't a problem at all. Staff is very friendly, helpful and warm, especially Rita and Daniela. Our flight was little bit late on our arrival day, well actually, the night of our arrival and we were very hungry. Reception and our apartment was located on the Cacilhas "restaurant street" but most of the restaurants were already closed or starting to close. Daniela the receptionist, was very kind and she asked one of the restaurants to prepare meals for us (even though they were already starting to close the kitchen) so we didn't have to go to bed with empty stomachs :)<3. In the apartment, everything was very clean and we also had air-conditiniong in bedroom and living room, which was really nice during the summer heat. We also liked the bathroom, it was stylish and spacious. We had a balcony facing the street, it was fun to sit at the balcony in the night and enjoy some wine while watching people come and go at the street :). As two female travellers, we felt very safe and taken care of staying at Cacilhas. We will never forget true Portuguese hospitality we experienced already on our first day, and if we ever come back we will definitely stay here again!
If I have to mention something, me and my friend thought the bed on the mattress was a little bit hard for our liking and the pillows were a little uncomfortable. Also, I think a microwave would be an important addition to the kitchen. Besides that, we have nothing else to point out and our stay was overall very enjoyable.
