Would look elsewhere another time. Would definitely return to Nîmes though.

Good location for getting around.

Terrible location for noise - quiet as a mouse during the day, horribly busy at night - despite no restaurants down the quiet back street. The pictures must show their absolute best room. Ours had little resemblance.

Good propert. Parking is free but takes time to go back and forth with the badge.

Parking was in the public lot. Which was better than nothing. We had assumed it would be nearby. We received a key but had to come Back to the hotel and return the key. The fact they provided free parking was great, just not easy and difficult to drive to. Otherwise hotel was good quality for price and location.

fabulous hotel. lovely friendly super helpful receptionist. I would highly recommend this hotel. good value for money

central location. excellent facilities. small friendly ambiance. comfortable room. beautifully designed. great shower. really comfortable bed. excellent lighting.

decent enough stay

Good size room which was clean. Breakfast was good. Central location.

Advertised as English speaking but reception staff did not speak English. (this is understandable of course but it is on the site that English is one of the languages). Tried to cancel breakfast for the last day as we had an early flight and they would not refund our €20 even though we paid in cash on arrival.

very good personel at the hotel. Also the geographic location of the hotel was simply great, walking distance to all great attractions and sights in the city

Parking in Nimes can be complicated but it is ofourse the same challenge for hotels close to city center

Disappointed

I was overcharged for the room by mistake. I am due a rebate of 140 Euro. They stated they could not refund without an IBAN number. I sent this onto them on my return and to date I have not received the refund and despite me emailing them have received no reply. I would be grateful for your help with this matter

Very poor

Do not to visit this terrible hotel, never!

The room was not clean when we check-in, very dangerous stairs in hotel, the baby cot was without even bedsheet, bed was 1,5 m its pretty small for two persons, furniture was broken, highly not recommend to book this hotel.

Exceptional

So friendly and helpful in every possible way. My room was lovely and the terrace was amazing. Situated in the town centre so was nice to be able to go out and see the lovely views and shops.

There was nothing I did not like.

Loved Nimes and Central Hotel was perfect for our needs.

Easy access to everything in the town able to walk everywhere, close to a secure underground carpark, compact room but met our needs

As is commonly the case, stairs only access to room, ugh!

The hotel represents good value for money.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and adequate for our short stay. It was very central with many key historical attractions within a short walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Tea/coffee facilities in the room would have been nice. There wasn't a lift which meant I had to carry a heavy suitcase up two flights of stairs.

One night stay, met all expectations. And Nimes is lovely.

Lovely small hotel, very attractive inside with old stonework etc. Very clean, and well put together. Manger was friendly & helpful.

The room was a bit small, but was what I expected. The only (very tiny) downside was that there was no water glass / cup in the room, and no toiletries (which doesn't bother me, but may be an issue for others).

Great base for central Nimes

Great location in centre of town. Large shower, nice breakfast, helpful and friendly staff.

I won't return

The location is fine and the neighborhood isn't too noisy.

Everything is very small and cramped. The woman at the desk when we arrived was too bored to be even polite. She could not explain where the (expensive!) parking was. They have a bar but they don't give you a glass to drink your own water... It's not really a bad hotel but it's not worth the price.

Hassan, who is property manager was amazingly helpful and kind. Well located Hotel for walking to all the important Roman sites and gardens. Also bed and pillow fantastic !

Passable

Good location in the Historical district, but noisy.

The AC was not adjustable, so it was too hot in the room. Keeping the window open was very noisy. I slept 3 hrs that night because of that. The staff is a bit rude and never in the lobby (I had to wait a while for them to check in and out).
