Misleading advertised rate on Booking.com where a twin bedroom is only valid for one person.

Convenient location and close to the train station.

I booked a twin room but was asked to pay additional 2000 yen per night for me and my wife. I remembered booking the room for two persons at the rate advertised in Booking.com. In addition, the hotel advertised rate was 128,000 yen per night and this was displayed in front of the hotel for twin bed. When I checked in, I was told that the twin-bedroom was for one person occupancy only. I felt misled by Booking.com.

The property is nice they give you free bike rental and there is a onsen.

It’s a bit outdated and the rooms as simple.

部屋とバス＆トイレがもう少し広かったら最高だったのに。。。

スタッフの方々の気配りや対応がとても良かったですし、ロケーションもとても良かったです。食事は、夕食・朝食とも良かったです。

部屋が狭かったし、バス＆トイレも狭かったです。「同じ日に宿泊していた外国人学生達（北欧の人？）は大丈夫だったのかな？」と心配しました。

interesting old building. helpful staff. our first experience of an onsen. washing machine and dryer very useful.

the breakfast was almost the same. we stayed for 3 days.

very convenient location near the station. comfortable beds and staff who were as helpful as their lack of English permitted.

Bathrooms were ridiculously small., though everything worked.Very Japanese breakfast

A charming hotel in a great little town.

The gracious and helpful staff. Great location near the train station. The room was well designed and the old wood has character. Enjoyed the free bicycle, the onsen, the washer &=dryer, the big breakfast, the food in the neighborhood. Wonderful hotel.

No complaints.

Close to the train station. Very good value for money for a single traveller that does not what to sleep in a dorm Staff is helpful If you enjoy a Japanese breakfast. It is actually good Coin laundry available

Nothing The room was smallish (Japanese standard business hotel type) But with that kind of value for money it is hard to complain.

Near the station, good stay for hikers.

This hotel is located near Matsumoto station, a very good stay for hikers. They have baths on the 7th floor although I didn't really have the chance to use it.

The room was really small for what was paid for. For travelling couples, the room is just too small.

The best station for business and sightseeing in Matsumoto

Close to Matsumoto Station, only three minutes walk . Public spa on the top floor.

Location was good and accessible to bus and train.

Could be more happy if the rooms would have more space. Specifically washroom was too small. Seemed to be very compact than expected. Bed also very small for 2 persons.

Cant Reccomend Enough!

Staff were very professional and friendly. This hotel is a traveler's / mountain hiker's best friend for its facilities. The breakfast was also wonderful compared to most other buffet style ones at the same price.

You need to ask at reception for a key / leaver to open the room window. I would reccomend doing so for the fresh Matsumoto air.
