The staff went out of their way to help me whenever I needed help. ❤️ There is no question about cleanliness and comfort. Plus, the breakfast was great 👍

Отличный отель,понравилось обслуживание и гостеприимность.Завтраки хорошие,отзывчивость персонала ,расположение👍Хорошая шумоизоляция ,кондиционер ,телевизор ,холодильник ,чайник( по запросу ).

Можно бы обновить кое что с мебели .

Buona posizione camere grandi pulite e comode

La città non offre un granchè la posizione comunque è buona vicina al mar Caspio 10/15 minuti a piedi. Colazione soddisfacente e più orientata al salato come d'uso in quei Paesi. Per pranzo e cena sempre 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge un ristorante georgiano di buona qualità. Il taxi costa una inezia...

Il personale non parla inglese ma con il telefonino a mo' di traduttore le cose si risolvono con un po' di pazienza. Personale gentile e comunque disponibile. Per i taxi da/per aeroporto costa meglio chiamare l'apposito ufficio dell'aeroporto. Lo chiamalo anche loro.

Amazing hotel, best price!

Everything, breakfast is great, you can use the gym and swimming pool for free in the morning and there're water dispensers in every floor. Staff are amazingly nice

Located in a part of the city where you need to take transport to go anywhere but if you have a car or like to walk that's ok.

The ideal base the explore the city of Aqtau and the natural sights of Mangystau peninsula.

Very helpful and supportive staff at the reception. Good variety of breakfast and lunch in the affiliated restaurant. All the facilities were in good condition and very clean throughout the entire stay. Only few walking minutes away from bus station, city centre and the Caspian coastline.

everything you nerd is here and works: wifi, shower, very good breakfast, espresso, very friendly personal, english speaking. very clean, safe parking place. perfect!

24 hour reception with okay English skills! free drinking water in the hallways clean rooms

It was dripping in the restaurant, several times there was no water (hot or cold) in the rooms, no fresh things on the breakfast buffet, unfriendly staff..

Superb

A very friendly and helpful staff. Awesome cappuccino in the restaurant. A well-equipped gym. Not expensive services like laundry and cleaning. A good value for money.

Internet connection is so bad, so you can say there is no internet at all. The city.

reasonable accommodation for the price. I felt safe walking here to and from the downtown and beachfront.

The place that exceeded my expectations

Very clean, optimal and price effective: I felt more comfortable here than in other properties in Aktau that cost more. There is a new building and facilities, an elevator, a bath tube and a safe in the standard room — with all facilities. I also believe they provide the access to pool and gym to their guests free of charge (I haven't used it though). The breakfast is tasty, the location is quiet, and the staff is super friendly. They definitely deserve more than 3 stars.

The mattress was not as soft as I expected. But also not hard, and actually it's not an issue to me. The location: far from the center of the city, but if using taxi it doesn't matter anyway. Otherwise, there are advantages only.

Very good

Staff very friendly, rooms good for that price, quiet place. Also they have swimming pool (better to use in warm time of the year) and training room.

WI FI, room serivice and cleaning frequency. Citchen and cafe does not work after lunch so you have to go out of the Hotel or use food delivery services for dinner.
