This place is magical! One of the best hotel where I have ever stay! All staffs, meals are really exceptional! 100 % recommend!
Its very hard to say, nothing :) maybe one thing: if you are coming with your backpack it is hard to climb up from the visitor center. Be ready!

good location
no response to my message and no one to take the call. I know it’s deep in the mountains but they should invest on the basic communication. the fee is not cheap tho.

No WI-FI

Had high expectations for this location inside of Torres Del Paine National Park. Failed at every turn!!!!
No directions to dome # at night. Yes, you could get lost1
Dinner was horrible...supplied with your own Guide, pushing expeditions!
Over run with tours!!!

Location, vibe, restaurant service and food. We wanted to stay another night but they did not have availability.
Until next time.
Customer service was ok. Not all instructions were provided and we felt like they were overwhelmed and a bit tired from having a camp at full capacity.

Incredible experience and best location if you want to start your hike early! Staff are very friendly, and the amenities are beyond expectations. The dinner was wonderful as well. They also provide hiking poles to use at no cost, so no need to pack your own.

One of the most memorable stays. The fact that everything they do is sustainable is extremely impressive and they do it in a luxurious way as well. The views are stunning, the bartender makes AMAZING drinks, the chef was extremely accommodating to my diet restrictions of vegan and gluten free. We even got to pack a to-go lunch. Wine was included in our dinner and they were not shy about serving it which made for an amazing and fun night. Everything about this place was magical. Apparently yoga classes in their yoga dome are included unless you opt for private lessons and they also do a tour of how they run the facility sustainably. We would love to stay here again and will most definitely recommend to anyone we know heading to this area.
Our room got extremely hot at night since they start a fire for you in your room while you're at dinner and the windows are fragile so you're not supposed to have them open if the wind is intense which is pretty common for our experience in Patagonia. Rather small complaint to have and I suppose you can simply put out the fire if needed. We decided to have our door open for a bit and enjoy star gazing while letting our room air out for a few minutes. It was a comfortable temperature after that. Really hard to complain about this place at all. Hot water didn't last long for the shower but still long enough to get clean/ wash hair.

concept and execution of eco-dome accommodations
Although they aspire to be a luxury stay, food preparation, attentive service and property layout doesn’t quite get there.

great location with comfortable beds and excellent food and service

just gorgeous, exceptional and best stay
nothing, everything was perfect
4.5
- quality of the venue/installation: comfortable and cosy
- all food inclusive and great food
- location
- very nice and competent guides (for activities)
- was not really aware that 95% of the other guests were in a full inclusive program including all activities
- would be good if the hotel could communicate about activities and prices ahead of the stay
- not easy to reach. could offer transfer from entrance of the park or at leat from visitor center

It was inside Torres del Paine Park and the view. Also the dinner and breakfast included
I love everything

place was clean. the room was big and comfy
compared to the very high price we expected more. the dinner was very small and didn’t include any protein (pasta), it left us hungry. the shuttle service to the hotel is with extra charge. we paid a lot of money and we expected it to be included. didn’t meet our expectations

Breakfast and other meals were excellent. Beautiful location allowing sightseeing trips around the area. I took a tour of the hotel's environmental infrastructure which demonstrates why the word "eco" had a meaning. Very innovative with small impact on the environment. I would highly recommend the short tour for visitors.

Good location.Staff was very accommodating.
Need better guidance on how to find the property.

The camp itself is wonderful, especially the people like Raul, Christian and the front desk staff. They have great facilities and a amazing design and concept. It’s difficult without internet but they do have a connected computer for emergency. The best thing about the stay was the therapeutic massage therapist named MESI, she is amazing, we tried both therapists and ONLY see her!
Corporate office has terrible communication in Santiago

The ethos of the hotel is the main reason many people will have heard of Ecocamp. They live and breathe this ethos - it is a worthy mission - and it feels great to be a part of it. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating; the food is delicious; the location in Torres del Paine is very good (the morning view of the Torres does not get old); and the accommodation is remarkable - super cosy, warm, aesthetic, and definitely something to write home about. Yes, there is no wi-fi anywhere, and yes, this is a massive positive - connecting with the staff and other guests is a major reason to stay at the camp.
Be careful booking late through external providers - it seems that it would be better to book direct in order to have easier dialogue with the hotel. As I booked fairly last minute, my request for a semi-private transfer was not communicated and I was very nearly left without a means to reach Ecocamp. Though the staff were very helpful in the end, this was a stressful start to my trip (essentially being told I may have to wait a day to take a public bus and then hitch-hike or walk 7km to the camp!). A small note of caution though - the hotel was eventually excellent in assisting me - and this was an issue of mis-communication and not any wider problem.

One of the most remarkable places I've ever stayed

The domes are super nice and the views are spectacular. The food is very nicely prepared every day and you have options to chose from.
If you book through booking.com you don't get any of the perks people get from booking directly. Getting there becomes a nightmare unless you are driving your own car and they don't really help much or give you reasonable options. Private transfers are really expensive and public ones take forever. For the cost of the dome, they should include at least the transfers from Puerto Natales.
Also, you won't be involved in the activities unless you booked a package. If you need information about hikes you'll have to keep asking, but no one will come and give you a nice talk about the park and the hikes. In the summer you can do everything autonomously, but it would have been nice to know that the guides are available if you want to join them on a hike.

Amazing location right at the base of base towers trek
Amazing food - very delicious and amazing spread, including vegetarian options
Lunch packs to pack lunches for your day trips
Beautiful views and beautiful space all around
No wifi (office machine wifi is also slow) but not a big deal considering the remote location you are in

Staff were incredibly friendly
Advertised that full room and board came with multiple activities - but that was not actually the case (other than yoga). For a property 2-4x the price of others around, that was a huge letdown. The setting was beautiful and the tent was very very comfortable, but we woke up to our room's view of a few bushes and a pile of broken down trees. Not unreasonable in general, but it felt crazy given the price and the fact we booked the "most luxurious" dome. Property would benefit from sorting and pricing rooms by view type. Place only has wifi for emergencies - which is clearly more a gimmick than the actual unavailability of wifi (all the other places around have it). Staff were nice and helped me get connected for an emergency. But I wish they had advertised no wifi more prominently as I didn't even think to check for wifi on a property that was $350+ per night. Food was absolutely beautifully presented and plentiful - but only mediocre tasting. Many of the dishes were overcooked or felt like they been produced en masse. Staff were incredibly kind and helpful - but there was no proactive help. For a place with no wifi and as expensive as this was, we expected they would have printed trail guides, daily weather reports, etc. The staff were more than happy to answer our questions (and were very helpful). But after question 5, we felt kinda annoying, which kinda stunk because without wifi we couldn't figure out things on our own. Most importantly - about 75% of the guests were staying with multiday ecocamp tours and it felt like much of the amenities were geared towards them. The community spaces were set up to be very cozy, but they were dominated by these tour groups. As a guest not on a multi-day tour we didn't feel really welcome in these spaces and it kinda felt like most of the staff were semi-confused as to why we were there to begin with.

We prebooked suite dome for three nights before coming to Chile. Although it did not exceed my expectations, I still enjoyed the mountain views here. Luckily I got a chance to see puma walking around. most staff were friendly especially the ladies that can speak good English working at the restaurant. They made me feel welcomed to the property. Dinner was well presented and tasted pretty good compared to other hotels I have stayed in the park. If you have never tried dome before or need a place to clean and rest after your hike, I would recommend.
I understand this is in the middle of nowhere but no data signal and no wifi was a killer for us. The dome assigned to us was pretty dusty (floor and counter surface not clean). Housekeeping didn’t do much about cleanliness. No service unless I requested something. No staff asked about how our stay went. Late response from Booking chat app. No lunch provided at the restaurant but you can pack whatever you need for lunch at the breakfast buffet.

Everything at Ecocamp exceeded my expectations. Based on reviews, I knew this place would be excellent, but experiencing it firsthand proved it to be even better. The accommodations were so unique and ultra cozy, the views were absolutely stunning, the food was gourmet and beautifully presented, the staff were charismatic, and the overall atmosphere was warm and authentic. Hiking to Torres de Paine was incredible, and the path starts right at Ecocamp. Yoga class was lead by a wonderful instructor in a large vibey dome, and the bar dome had keen bartenders and plentiful adult beverages.
Ecocamp is a bit of trek to get to since it’s located deep in Patagonia. It’s what makes it so stunning, but creates a small challenge to arrange transportation. I booked just room and board, and transport was not included, so a spot on their website that states shuttle prices and availability, or alternate options, would be helpful.
