Aceptable

la ubicación es muy buena y el personal de lujo. Quizás nos hicimos a la idea de que el spa era mucho mejor y sinceramente dejaba mucho que desear. Aunque destaco el buen trato y el personal excepcional , el hotel podía reformar un poco sus instalaciones. Vamos que destaco que lo mejor del hotel son las personas que trabajan allí.

El spa me pareció viejo y descuidado. Al ver las foto imagine otra cosa.

Bon emplacement

L' emplacement, à distance de marche du vieux Ronda, bel accueuil, stationnement privé et déjeuner disponibles (à autres coûts). Stationnement dans la rue disponible gratuit mais difficile à trouver.

Lit trop mou, pas de frigo dans la chambre. Stationnement très étroit comme partout en Espagne.

Muy buena ubicación, sin necesidad de mover el coche para visitar toda Ronda. El desayuno es muy completo y el personal muy agradable y profesional.

Podría tener una pequeña piscina en la terraza superior.

OK for an overnight srop

Location, comfortable bed.

The shower door allowed water to flood the bathroom and on three bed pillows when 4 was needed. We had to ask for a kettle to make tea our friends already had one in their room when they arrived. We got a kettle and two tea bags but no cups. Ended up using a bathroom glass.

Very enjoyable, would definitely return to both the the location and the hotel.

Good location, staff were friendly and helpful, plenty of hot water and beds were comfy. Breakfast was basic but plentiful and fresh and as it was an all you could eat buffet good value and there was lactose free milk available if you asked.

The towels were thin and didn’t really dry well, need upgraded.

La situación y la amabilidad del personal. El parking en el mismo hotel.

Las camas. Una hundida en el centro y la otra en el borde, muy blanda. El sistema de calentar el baño, que estaba helado. Una lámpara roja en el techo, que para ducharte caliente tenías que tener encendida varias horas.

Our stay was short and sweet with no complaints. Great location, and a comfortable, clean stay.

We only stayed for 1 night, but the location was excellent, the beds very comfortable, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the wifi was good. I had absolutely no complaints about our short stay.

The advert says parking has to be booked! we chose this hotel specifically for the parking but they didn’t answer my request for parking and when I phoned I was told that parking wasn’t available for 2 months!

More or less everything from the staff, to the bed, the breakfast to the location.

The damp smell in my room every time I left despite leaving the window open.

Very good, hotel, but was not there long enough to make use of all the facilities

Very good location near the bus station and the town centre. Check-in was good, able to check-in early. Helpful staff with local information. Room was fine.

lovely sun terrace and spa, perfect location and a carpark on site which helped tremendously

Central but that's all

Location central, no space in the car park but only a couple of minutes walk to a public car park and only €7.00 for the day.

Rude, miserable reception. They also wanted my card details in case I "damaged anything or smoked in the room". The room was dingey, smelled strange and the safe didn't work. Not that clean either as we found things like toe nails on the carpet.

Not really recommendable, Hotel with central location but really worn down rooms

Central location and hotel owned garage attached (reservation needed and surcharge applies)

Mattrace was laid trough, smell of canalisation in the room, the single room was more a prison cell- tiny, dark, and in addition extremely noisy

Our 'Go To' Hotel in Ronda. A short walk through a pedestrianised shopping street down to the 'Gorge

Great location - only a short walk into the centre. Secure private parking on-site (charged extra). Friendly and helpful staff. Chilled drinks machine on ground floor. Good breakfast.

Don't get 'Superior' and 'Deluxe' mixed up. 'Deluxe' is the better room. Tea, coffee and kettle provided in 'Deluxe' Rooms - but no milk sachets supplied.
