Disappointing

Nice location

Hard beds, overgrown so much our room had almost no sunlight, we got badly bitten by mosquitos, our Bali Beds view was a large bush, we moved rooms and next day all afternoons peace was shattered by a large smelly digger roaring up and down right next to our room and on the beach, this continued the next morning so we decided to leave early, just not acceptable, food also was not great

We had an amazing time that we will remember for the rest of our lives.

From the time we arrived, we were greeted with the kindest and most caring staff. The location was outstanding! Our cottage was perfect! They cleaned our room every day, gave us fresh flowers, and restocked our mini bar each day as well. The food was absolutely outstanding!! I can't say enough how beautiful the dishes were, and the flavors...out of this world! The chef overdid himself for every meal. The grill chef was fantastic, and the service was exceptional! I would highly recommend Keyonna Beach for a wonderful romantic vacation!

My only complaint, which is not about the resort at all, is their local frogs at night. They sound like car alarms that don't stop until the sun comes up.

Wonderful honeymoon vacation.

Location and hotel are beautiful, highly recommend the plunge pool cottage. Food, drinks very good and staff are amazing - really going the extra mile to make your stay exceptional. Looking forward to returning.

Wonderful vacation!

Room was bigger than expected. Plenty of space for guests and our own cabana was awesome. Food was great - we ate from the grill often. Beach is beautiful and water perfect.

It was hard to navigate the walkways to the main area after dark. Very few signs - definitely need more. The pool was temporarily closed and that was a big let down.

I had a wonderful stay at your property, thanks to the incredibly kind staff, the stunning resort, and the fantastic massages. The highlight of my visit was experiencing the carnival, which was truly unforgettable. The service throughout my stay was excellent. However, I did notice a couple of areas for improvement. The minibar wasn't restocked during my stay, and there was a persistent sewage smell that lingered throughout the week. Addressing these issues would make an already great experience even better.

Far from town, however, that’s exactly what we needed.

From the beginning to end was great! Parking was great! Rooms and beach access were fantastic! The amount of staffing and the frequency in which they checked on us was perfect.

Luxury, authentic, relaxing.

This place is undoubtedly the best hotel I have ever been at, the staff are amazing.. Every employee in this hotel I cannot thank enough, from how friendly they are to greet u morning noon or night, always there to see that you are looked after.. My wife is Celiac/ gluten free &there was nothing that the chefs & staff couldn’t accommodate on the menu for her..

Wonderful haven of tranquility and perfect beach. You are very much made to feel at home as soon as you arrive.

It is on one of the most beautiful and peaceful beaches. Helpful & friendly staff. Delicious food. Rooms are tastefully furnished in local style, cool & wonderful with private plunge pools & sea views. Fresh filtered water provided everywhere with refillable bottles to minimise plastic waste.

Nothing but if I was being picky the only criticism would be to replace plastic beach beds with wooden ones & to remove the odd piece of rubbish / plastic occasionally seen in and around the rooms entrance / gardens.

The best vacation ever. The culture of the island and the people makes this the perfect vacation

Breakfast was our favorite meal. Staff was excellent. Fresh baked breads and pastries served personally at the table the view was absolutely beautiful.

Paradise found!

The warm welcome from the staff paired with the spectacular location made Keyonna feel like a true paradise. The Beachfront Sanctuary Cottage was a dream, the food was incredible, and every day was heaven. Can't wait to return.

It would've been great if the plunge pool was heated. A wider variety of afternoon snacks would also have been enjoyed.

The reception staff and most of the restaurant/bar were wonderful, and nothing was too much trouble. Meals were great, but perhaps a little more variety to the menus would have been nice.

A quiet getaway

Authentic huts in a lush tropical garden right next to one of the best beaches on the island. Loved the private patio, the private canopy bed on the beach and the outdoor shower. The staff is exeptionally nice and caters to every wish.

Overall great stay and amazing staff!

We came here to celebrate our 5 yr anniversary. The staff was simply amazing! We had a slight inconvenience that was not the fault of the staff but they fixed it beyond our expectations! If we ever had a problem at other resorts, we would have to hassle them, but they were the ones consistently following up, which I truly appreciated. Inger is honestly the best! The staff felt like family. They would know your drink of choice as well as your name. Oh and I can't forget Javaughn, the grill master/chef! He was amazing/welcoming and in his words cooked everything "with seasoning and love". And the great smile/service from Attesha & Ti-shawn daily was the perfect touch. There was another AMAZING gentleman with braids, but I didnt catch his name, he even offer to help us take our anniversary pics. The resort also provided nice entertainment every night, live bands, singers, etc. It was very nice/romantic while you enjoy your dinner. The menu changed daily along with the specials (always get the soup of the day, trust me). I also loved that they provided OFF cause I didnt really get bit my entire stay. Housekeeping does an exceptional job too! And Oh yes, the beach is absolutely beautiful and spacious!!! You are able to do jet-skiing, boat rides, and hikes as well. Overall, we had a nice experience.

Exceptional

The hotel was beautiful with an exceptional beach. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. You are also directly on the beach which is amazing for accessing both your cabana and the beach easily. The staff was also very courteous and provides exceptional service.

Perfect stay

Beautiful location and offered ultimate relaxation and offered opportunities to explore the island further if you wished. We particularly loved the guided hikes and steel pan lessons - all included within the all inclusive package. Staff are the heart and soul of the resort and couldn’t have been more helpful and hospitable if they had tried. The menu offerings were varied and all the food delicious.

Perfect honeymoon

Amazing amazing amazing. Just a perfect honeymoon resort. We had a room that was direct on the beach so we literally stepped off of our porch onto the beach and did swimming and sunbathing every day. The resort staff really looked after you and made sure your cocktails were topped up and you were enjoying yourself. We didn't leave the resort, but there was plenty of things you could do and arrange it all with the front desk if you wanted to be adventurous. The room itself was wonderful too - I was worried that it might be bare on facilities or the outside shower might be weird but it was absolutely fine! Loved that the minibar got topped up every day too!

It's hard to criticize perfection but the only thing I didn't massively enjoy was the dinners. I absolutely ate it down but if I was there for longer than a week I think I'd consider having a few meals off-resort. My main issue is that the dinners were often very very dry and overcooked, and they repeated meals (under different names though!) so it got a bit samey after a while.

Special Keyonna Beach Resort 25th May 2022 Please except my Apologies on the slow response in reviewing Keyonna Beach Resort. Both Heidi, and myself enjoyed our stay at the Resort, it was a brilliant vacation which had been looking forward too. We would love to mention some of the management, and staff who now bring a beaming smile to our faces at the thought of their ability to enhance the enjoyment of our stay. Sendian…… Deputy manager Natanya…… Reception very, very special wonderful people Clifford……. Restaurant Manager Restaurant, The following named staff, Amongst the many who were friendly, and we became very attached to them, all were a very happy bunch many of the staff we thought were brilliant. Shawn, Gerrylee, Odel, Atisha, Nikita Also, Merlyn who we have named the beach after her. Beach Boy, Amari who kept us refreshed during the hot sunny days. One major complaint # Music in the evening was quite poor, in fact it was so boring that guests retired before 9.30pm disappointed, Four of the 10 nights we all managed to dance to the Music which we all agreed was a great fun including some of the staff, who taught us some local dancing. # The BBQ, Unfortunately, when the wind was in our direction the smell of the BBQ’s was overpowering the strong fumes drifted along the beach towards us. Room improvements. (Suggestions} Long length mirror, although there was a good size long mirror Better lighting in bathroom area for ladies to put on makeup Information on prebooking to warn guests of electricity Voltage of 110 watts Keyonna Beach Resort, Antigua A place to disconnect, No Television, No radio, No news. Superb

The accommodations is perfect: comfy bed, amazing individual pool and awesome Bali bed for each room/bungalow. Turner beach is gorgeous! I loved my stay here and I will come back.

There was no snorkelling equipment available in any of the days I stayed there. I also asked the hotel about snorkelling trips and it took them 2 days to respond. The food is O.K. and service, pretty slow.

Peace and quiet, a place to unwind.

Quiet relaxing rustic place with really fantastic staff. Effortless all inclusive, just ask. Wonderful breakfasts, cooked to order and splendid cocktails.
