Excellent location and value for money!

Breakfast range and quality was excellent. The location couldn't be better. Each person in the hotel couldn't do more for you.

Très bon séjour.

L'accueil et la disponibilité de tout le personnel ainsi que la propreté. Le petit-déjeuner copieux et le restauration . L'emplacement idéal pour visiter le quartier historique. Nous avons pris le taxi pour retour vers l'aéroport. Le chauffeur faisait partie du personnel. Super driver prudent et efficace.

Tout était à notre convenance. Le seul petit bémol nous n'avons pas réussi la fenêtre ( sûrement pour la sécurité mais peut-être penser à mettre un dispositif afin de pouvoir l'ouvrir partiellement ).

Quiet a good stay

While check in room was small but later after talking on Booking.com they changed to bigger room as we were family of 3. Staff was very supportive.

Room needs an update.

An excellent play in a superb location.

The location cannot be beat! The beds are super comfortable and the breakfast is excellent. The AC works very well as does the wifi. This is a very well maintained sold 3-4 star hotel. I have stayed here at least 7 times and when return again without question. Staff so so friendly and helpful.

Small elevator that if you stay on the top floors, can take a long time to come and is often full. But this is a small thing that in no way would deter me from staying again.

I don't recommend it.

1- staff. 2- location.

1- i dont like cockroaches and there are a lot of them, i found more than 12 cockroaches on less than 30 hours. 2- noisy maintenance nean my room. 3- water kettle doesn't turn of automatically. 4- elevator door. 5- gusts are now allowed. 6- they dont have bottles opener. 7- no car parking.

Overall stay was pleasant.

Breakfast was good but not excellent. Staff behaviour was good. Hotel was clean.

The water supply management was very poor. On two days in the morning the water stopped in bathroom and when restored the pressure was not sufficient. This caused lot of incovenience and delay.

Superb

Excellent staff plus the buffet food was great too. Breakfast is free and very varied. The evening buffet was a bargain in comparison to some other places nearby.

Definitely not value for money despite central location, I would think twice before booking again.

The location of the hotel is excellent, within easy reach of major tourist attractions. The rooms were cleaned daily. The breakfast was good with an array of food options. The ground staff were friendly and helpful. But not so the desk staff who could definitely do with some pointers on friendliness and helpfulness.

The front desk staff were quite unhelpful and unfriendly. The rates quoted on booking.com are deceptive when the tax - a whopping 18% - was added, the fill nearly doubled. Visitors are not all treated equally. For example, courtesies such as bathroom slippers are not advertised and offered to selective guests only.

Perfect location, yet peaceful rooms. Overall service experience same as you would expect in five star hotels. Spacious rooms and wonderful masalas at breakfast. Would definitely book again!

A bar with cold beers would have made this the best stay ever. Rooms have mini fridges though.

Hotel is located perfectly.staff are very helpful and friendly.not worth the prices.breakfast is very good with a nice variety.rooms are small but ok.hotels in Mumbai are not worth the prices they are charging
