Now fully renovated - with beautiful high end bathrooms. Every shower and bath will feel like a spa experience; you'll especially love our jetted jacuzzi tub, and every shower has wall jets. With brand new floors throughout our home, you'll feel comfortable wherever you're walking - especially on the memory foam cushioned high end carpets in every bedroom. Our brand new dark stainless LG appliances make cooking a joy. The fridge even has two icemakers to make sure you'll have plenty of ice for some cold summer drinks on the two balconies, especially on the brand new wicker furniture on the upstairs deck, where you can relax while looking at Sanibel's peaceful pond. If you've stayed with us before, you have to see what we've changed since you've last been our guest. Washer/Dryer available for your use.

Four spacious bedrooms, 3 full baths, a large kitchen, dining room with seating for 8, bright living room, laundry room, and two decks give you plenty of space for the whole family. In a quiet but active private community, you have access to three separate swimming pools, walking paths, and two tennis courts. Two charcoal grills and picnic tables were installed in 2022, ready for you to grill your favorite meats and veggies (charcoal not included). Two new king beds, one comfortable queen bed, two memory foam twins, and a memory foam pullout sofa easily and spaciously sleep 9 people in sound and light separated spaces.

Five large LED TVs with cable (and streaming on all TVs), including a 75" in the living room, and 300+ Mbps WiFi (with a brand new WiFi-6 mesh router for high speed access in every bedroom) internet keep you connected, if you don't want to totally disconnect while at the beach. BluRay players, streaming apps, and comfortable couches make for a great movie night.

The modern kitchen is fully stocked with all the kitchen tools, pots, pans, and knives that you could want. Use premium Henckels Twin knives to prepare a delicious dinner for the whole crew. Utensils for twelve and dishes for sixteen allow you to eat gourmet meals together every day.

Encompassing two floors, this penthouse condo provides access by elevator to the main floor, with one of the four bedrooms on that level. Perfect for those with limited mobility or those who prefer not to use stairs. The downstairs bedroom has a 28" wide door frame with a 26" wide door to the bathroom.

Two decks provide an amazing outdoor space, both with clear views overlooking the beautiful Sanibel pond. The lower, main floor screened deck has a table and chairs to enjoy meals, drinks, and chats overlooking the pond. The upstairs deck has comfortable padded wicker furniture to relax in the sun.

To the beach or downtown Rehoboth: 8 minute bike ride, 20 minute walk or $8 uber. Right next to Jungle Gym's Water Park for a fun day in the sun.

Your summer rental comes with a free Rehoboth Beach parking pass to drive and park right by the beach.

No smoking. No pets. Sunday to Sunday rental from mid-June through Labor Day. Memorial Day weekend requires 7 night rental.

Place was spacious and as described. Made use of the pool. The parking pass works outside of downtown. We used it to park right near the boardwalk a few blocks south. Recommend eating a meal at "Somewhere" and "Sunnyday cafe" - had food for every one including kids, vegerarians, Gluten & dairy free, and "normal" food eaters. The condo had all of the gear needed for trip to beach with possible exception of cart to carry it.

Very nice place. I have no complaints, there is a lot of good updated things here. Room for all of us!. There is a Keurig there!. The amenities listed I believe said only a coffee pot and to bring own filters. (which we did) but would be easier to use Keurig. Greg's suggestions for pools and playgrounds, etc were spot on. The toddler people in my family had a wonderful time. I totally LOVED the ice maker. I never had to open a water bottle! There is a filter on the frigerator so always fresh water available! That was amazing.

The property was very clean. Everything was set to work with Alexa and was very easy to use. You could also opt not to use it. The appliances were all very new and in great working condition. The Fridge, Oven, Microwave, Washer/Dryer and Four Tvs. The property had a lot of space for family of 8. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms with a sofa bed as well. The bathrooms were very nice and the whole place was very clean. The location also was very nice, right near 1A and the main drag to Rehoboth Beach, about a 20 min bike, 40 min walk or 10 min drive. The property also had a nice pool and place to store your bikes and was fun to ride around on the bikes also throughout Eagles Landing. The included parking pass was also a great feature, that allowed you to park in Rehoboth Beach for free in parking permitted areas. The property owner was very quick to answer any questions as well. Overall a fantastic place to vacation in Rehoboth Beach.

Everything was as said on the listing. The rental had more than enough room for our family. The renovations to the unit were very nice. One little problem with the towels and the owner handle it immediately and he kept in touch to make sure everything was what we needed.

Had a great family experience . Place looked beautiful , and well kept. Did notice some mold in the main bathroom upstairs , but other then that the house looked great. The communication with the owners was amazing before and during our stay. Loved that the location was 4 minutes from the beach , and that we could walk to the nearby restaurant Big Fish Grill. Having the pools and the beach pass was a huge perk that we really enjoyed. Loved that my parents who are handicapped were able to stay on the main floor. Def. don’t see a bedroom on the main floor all the time. Would def. stay again!

This was a perfect getaway for our family. The house had everything we needed and more. We live in New York so this was a nice opportunity for us to spread out in comfortable and easy surroundings. The hosts also provided extra amenities like the beach parking pass. This made such a difference in terms of visiting the beach! And finally, Greg was a great host and responded quickly to all of our questions. A very memorable trip and we hope to come back soon!

My wife, my sister and brother in-law and I attended my eldest son’s wedding on Saturday. We stayed Friday night until Sunday morning the location of the condo is very conveniently located to all of the sites and sounds of the Rehoboth and Dewey Beach area. The condo is equipped with just about everything to make your stay an enjoyable one. Greg was easy to contact and was very helpful. We all enjoyed our stay very much.

We had a great family vacation in Rehoboth. The place was great, plenty of room and close to everything. The owners were terrific and very responsive.
