About this house rental

A Fantastic Space! An in-town vacation destination with each of the 3 bedrooms having its own full bathroom and a very short walk to the Dogfish brewery/restaurant, Rise Up cafe, Egg, and all that Rehoboth Ave and the boardwalk have to offer. Major upgrades in 2022 include; a new common area powder bath, refinished hardwood floors, a new Viking dual-fuel cooktop/oven, 100% of the entire cottage freshly painted, a new roof, updated front porch, a new Speed Queen washer/dryer, all new quality mattresses, 5 smart TVs and more. Other standout features include a gourmet kitchen, individually climate-controlled rooms, high ceilings and a roomy 36' x 10' front porch.

The home includes 1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed and 6 twin beds amongst the three bedrooms. The East-facing sunroom has been modified to include 2 additional twin beds that are Murphy Beds, which fold down when necessary to accommodate more sleepers. In total, 10 mattresses.

Private parking for 2-3 vehicles off-street. Also included are Rehoboth Beach parking permits for on-street parking at the cottage and where permit parking is available throughout town plus a permit for in-town Dewey Beach street parking for easy access to the quiet beaches and the night life it is known for.

Linens (top sheet, fitted sheet, pillowcases, bath and kitchen towels) are provided and every bed comes with blankets, pillows, and mattress covers/pads. No pets and no smoking.

Note: A vacation rental accidental damage insurance policy of $1,500 is required and available to purchase when booking for $59.

Love love this house. Location was so convenient. Didn’t have to drive at all once we got there. House is stocked, beds are comfy, lots of room to hang out. Would definitely rent it again. It was the perfect place for a fun birthday celebration with the girls ❤️

Our group of college friends have been getting together every year for a weekend away. Our weekend here may have been my favorite! The house was very clean. It was the perfect location for us to walk to town, the boardwalk, shopping and restaurants. The group of seven us had plenty of space - and sleeping areas. The kitchen is amazing! Kevin was very responsive to my questions and offered assistance as needed. Great weekend!

Beautiful home. Kitchen was great with all things needed for cooking/ eating in. Screened in porch nice for sitting relaxing but perhaps a bit too much furniture. Two beds pull out of the wall and are not that comfortable. Location is far from beach. For us fine we biked / older kids but if younger children this could be an issue.

Kevin's property was perfect for our girls trip. The amount of sleeping options was wonderful for our group, no sharing beds which was great! The bedrooms were really beautiful. They were a very nice size. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom which the ladies were thrilled about. The kitchen and living room area was so impressive and much larger than appeared in photos. The location was perfect, very close to shops and restaurants, we walked the entire weekend. Only used the car once to run over to the outlets which was a very short 5 min drive from the house. Kevin was responsive and very helpful. We all were so impressed with the rental and would absolutely love to return again. Thank you Kevin for making our trip so special!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Rehoboth is the perfect beach town for a winter get away with amazing restaurants and shopping options all just a short walk from the house. The house is so unassuming from outside but was the perfect space for our two families of four to spend the New Years weekend. The space is far more well-appointed than expected and we had everything we needed at our fingertips. Kevin was easy to reach if we needed him (though we never did) and we are trying to figure out the next get away to spend at this wonderful space. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our long weekend away at Kevin's "Bubble" bungalow. The house is impeccably decorated and clean, with all of the cozy amenities (think: fireplace, nautical themed bed lamps, porch swing, etc.). The location of the home is unmatched and so close to wonderful coffee spots, restaurants, and the Main Street that leads straight to the beach. The weather wasn't the best during our stay, but we had this wonderful space as our retreat! Kevin was very responsive to texts and incredibly accommodating. 10/10 for families with kiddos (4 and 6). Hope to return in the future!

A summer cottage on the outside, but inside everything is new, clean, tasteful, beds galore, seating galore and our 2 boys and their 2 friends loved it. They loved spending their late nights in the room with the "cool" Murphy beds that pulled out of tall cabinets, the cool denim bean-like seats and smart tv. Fabulous amenities, parking for our XL/long SUV and another car or two in the driveway. The neighborhood is well-kept and family oriented. The local beach was clean, soft sand, a lifeguard and a little snack shack. A variety of restaurants, shops, boardwalk, waterpark, outlets and speedway to name a few, just a stone's throw away. Walking distance to beach and all else. Kevin was a pleasure to communicate with and answered all questions and quickly. We would return again without question. Cheer's to the Bruffey Bubble!

Kevin’s property is a hidden gem. We had a group of 8 of us for a lowkey girls beach weekend and this house was perfect. The main family room is even bigger than the photo makes it look, the bedrooms and bathrooms are all comfy and clean, the kitchen is well equipped, and the house is in the perfect location for those looking to have easy access to everything. The screened in porch was probably our favorite part. Would most definitely stay at the bubble again!

Had a wonderful weekend and stay! Kevin provided amazing hospitality and easy/ fast communication. The property is beautiful, homey, and clean! The home is updated and spacious and provides several amenities. We really enjoyed the porch and how walkable the home is to several restaurants and the downtown area of Rehoboth. We absolutely loved staying at this home. Close walk to boardwalk/beach, prime location! The house itself was beautiful, modern, beach/homey feel, high ceilings, en suite bathrooms which we loved. Kevin our host was super accommodating, flexible, helpful with recommendations, and quick to respond if needed! Only down side was there are no towels or linens in the home but nothing a quick Walmart trip didn’t solve and Kevin did let us know for future stays he would be providing linen service. Would highly recommend! Kevin even provided bikes for us and we enjoyed either walking or bike riding.

This rental property was lovely, easily accessible and well equipped. The owner Kevin was easy to get in touch with, and very friendly. Accessibility to the downtown area was simple, around the corner and down the main drag, to the shops, restaurants, and boardwalk. We went to the recommended beach that was a short drive, using the house provided parking pass. The beach was less crowded and easy to access. Overall, we had a great experience. Thank you.

Wonderful home in a convenient location. Very well appointed, comfortable beds and furniture, great porch. Cons…. It is very easy to lock yourself out, which we did w/i an hour of arriving. The host did not answer our multiple calls/messages, and we had to call a locksmith. Aside from that, bring your own books and games, there are none, and the beach chairs that are available have seen better days. Having said that, this a roomy, beautiful home that I would go back to and recommend.

The property looked newly renovated and was well done. There was plenty of space to accommodate every one in the house, from the number of beds to the open plan of the kitchen/living room. This house would be perfect for a weekend or a week at the beach. It is also a short walk into town which makes it ideal to park your car for your stay and walk everywhere you need to go.

Stayed for four days at Kevin's place and the house, location, and comfort could have not been better. The house is well equipped with all you need for a one week+ vacation. Location is perfect within 15 minutes to the beach. House size is great and easily fits 8 people. Kevin was also very responsive and accommodating of our needs. Would stay again for sure.

Kevin's house comfortably accommodated our party of 8 and was located within walking distance of everything in downtown Rehoboth. There's a large screened-in porch at the front of house, which was the perfect hang-out spot for our group. The interior of the house is very clean, has a spacious common/family room, and the kitchen was updated and well-stocked with cooking supplies. Kevin was helpful and responsive when we were booking the house, and we felt well taken care of. 100% recommend and would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the house to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday and Mother's Day. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. The location is perfect. Even though it rained most of the day on Saturday we enjoyed sitting on the porch. All of the rooms are perfect for guests. Kevin is so responsive and accommodating. I would love to stay again..

Love, Love, Love this property!! Every year my girlfriends and I come to Rehoboth for a weekend getaway. This was our 6th year and we absolutely loved staying at this property! This house was fantastic! It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a great vacation. The beds were super comfortable and it was wonderful having a bathroom in each of the bedrooms.The kitchen was fully equipped and the large icemaker was an extra bonus! We enjoyed the screened in porch in the evenings and for our morning coffee. The location was great; it was so close to the boardwalk, restaurants, and shops. We parked our cars and didn't have to drive the entire weekend! The host was very accommodating and responsive to our needs and questions. We will defintiely be coming back next year!

We had a wonderful stay at this place in Rehoboth Beach. It was walking distance to restaurants and activities. Lovely quiet neighborhood in the off season. There were only two of us so the house fit us well with everything on one floor, but our kids (when younger) would have loved the built in bunkbeds with stairs! We wish it had been warmer so that we could have used the porch. SmartTV was easy to use- a major plus!!!
