The main thing for me was that the air conditioning worked excellent — with 38 C outside and no conditioner in the previous accommodation, you know… The room was small, just a bit bigger, than the bed, but it was clearly mentioned in the description. But the bed is comfortable, everything was clean, there are a safe in the room and tea-coffee facilities, good wifi, so for two nights stay it is very good for this price. The stuff is also very helpful and friendly.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The only criticism is that it is a bit noisy as it is nestled between two busy avenues and an intersection.

Clean, well equipped and friendly staff. short walk to sites of interest and restaurants.

clean compact room. perfect for an overnight stay and close to Arles town centre.

lovely manager at reception. polite, friendly and helpful. he gave us an umbrella when we went out as raining. clean room and bathroom. private secure parking. location to main centre was only 5 mins walk.

The hotel seemed geared for groups. The manager was not friendly, though the staff were better and helpful.

Nice small hotel with helpful staff but only two parking spaces in the garage.

The hotel was clean with a nice shower and plenty of water pressure. Elevator available for access to our rooms. The Saturday market starts right out front of the hotel.

Some dodgy looking people hanging around on the street at night.

Usually toiletries means shampoo etc You only supply soap which is misleading

Superb

The room was very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful! I especially enjoyed the whirlpool, it was really relaxing after the sightseeing! Very good stay!

The airconditioning was stopping and starting again during the night which was a bit inconvenient but not really a big issue.
