Overall, it was great. We got upgraded to Sky Tower.. it so nice. We also enjoyed quick dip in the pool.
It’s a casino resort hotel… not exactly a kid friendly and the smell of smoke lingers at the lobby.

room was good and comfortable especially the bed. staff were friendly and accommodating. ambiance is very cozy.
Air conditioning is cold but not quite. The toiletries are good only for a day and needs to request for a refill. the breakfast buffet was not worthy of its price because the food is not good some tasted like it's taken out of a can.

We had a suite and it was beautiful, the view of Manila bay was pretty nice and everything during our stay was wonderful. I can’t wait to be back again
The breakfast was nothing special

The staff are all great, very good customer service. This is the only category I would rate high. The staff are trained well and professional.
The smell of smoke at the ground floor is too much, and the crowd/guests seems "sketchy". It's not a hotel for family especially for kids.

I especially liked and appreciated the very accommodating staff/personnel who made sure that we had a most pleasant and memorable experience. I have to make special mention of Ms. Keycel and Ms. Grace who exerted all efforts to make our 25th wedding anniversary a most delightful and charming occasion. My most heartfelt and sincerest gratitude to both of them and to the rest of the staff of course.

They upgrade our room for free. But that does not make the whole experience a pleasant one.
The security did not allow us to bring any outside food into the establishment. there are no rubbish bin around and the security simply told us it's not their problem. We have to settle it on our own. When we tell them our son and the old folks is waiting for the food. They simply repeat the same story, cannot bring it. When we demand to see the manager, they just repeat cannot bring in. They left us standing holding the bag of jollibee without knowing what to do. In the end we just throw it on the floor and walk in.
The next day when we try to eat breakfast at their food court But it's not.open until 10.30, again the security told us we can only eat at their "designated" buffet restaurant which we tried it the day before. The food taste awful. When we try to go to the noodle restaurant they say kids not allowed to go into the casino. But dxxb thing is kids can go into the foodcourt where it is in the middle.of the casino.
Never ever coming back to this so call "resort". The rules are simply not family friendly. Lousy food, lousy rules, lousy services , lousy layout, simply lousy.

Well, what can i say..
This was by FAR the beat hotel experience I ever got so far. I stayed in the Sky Tower, the rooms are luxurious not only by the looks but also in comfortability. The bed was the best bed i ever slept in. Theit staff is super friendly, warm welcoming, polite and helpful. And their foods, be it for room dining service or at one of their several restaurants is top notch, and even though they are quite expensive, staying at Solaire is worth every single penny.
Nothing. It was simply perfect.

I like the swimming pool
having to pay extra 10k for 3hrs for using hot spa

We enjoyed our breakfast. Our room was in excellent location. Since we’re in the Bayview room. That sunset could be properly seen.
