Bad stay

Location and amenities like pool and kid’s playground

Had to call the number from booking.com multiple times and they won’t just answer until you send them a text. Very lame way to greet someone who’s renting a condo unit, the person didn’t even bother introduce themselves and only told us that garbage needs to be thrown at the basement and that’s it. The room has a bad smell, the exhaust fan in the bathroom wasn’t working, no hot water, rusty washing machine base, the room looks too old, with cockroaches and mosquitoes. This will be my 1st and last time to stay at a condo. Had I book a hotel room that costs 2,500php to 3,500php it guarantees a parking space and hassle free check in, use of swimming pool won’t be an additional payment, might come with bfast for 2 or not. The room is 2,300+php, parking fee of 800+php for overnight, swimming pool 150php per head. Next time I’ll make sure to book a room with parking.

Sea Effect

Good Spot on Balcony seeing pool range it feels relaxing effect. Best on AC and Smart TV recommended for Netflix plus the microwave.

Kitchen Utensils are to much rusted and Unlevel pots that makes uncomfortable for guest that wants to cook for their meal. Furnitures not re-clean for the next guest.

Good location but the unit needs a lot of proper cleaning and repairs.

Met a person which I assume was the person who leaned the unit because she apologised for the wait.

The bed sheets and towels wasn’t clean and it smells . It hasn’t been washed. I need to washed them myself. Upon arrival, I’ve seen long hair on the floor. The bathroom needs cleaning and need to be updated. The lobby looks so classy but the unit is rubbish. The sofa bed doesn’t function as a bed. There is a smell of bleach upon entering the unit giving you the impression that the property has clean but it wasn’t. Microwave was so dirty.

Overall, we had a comfortable stay. I hope the owner can be more responsive when clients ask thru text message questions

It's near the mall, church, convenience store, transportation access. overall, it is really convenient.

when we arrived at the place and used a few kitchen utensils, the cupboard for the utensils was not clean (some slimy remnants were present in the cupboard for cups and plates). The toilet and washing machine in the bathroom weren't thoroughly clean either.

Disappointing

The price of the unit was different from the actual amount they asked upon moving in, they were asking for an extra charge (service charge) which amounted into 800 pesos/ night, and the unit that we booked was altered and we were transferred into another unit.

Review on stay in Room 838.

The location is good.

The internet was not working until the second night. There were a lot of cocroches in the rooms. The table in the balcony is broken. The landlord was not helpful when i asked to extend my stay till 6.00 pm which i offered to pay extra.

i like the calmness and relaxing place from the room and pool facility although have or need to pay but still worth it bec of its not crowded

maybe its just situational, the host/agent didnt give more attention to the guest arrival. we arrived late 2:20PM already but we wait for almost an hour before can enter to our room. no proper coordination and follow up from agent to guest

Pleasant

I like how there is a balcony and it's near MOA. The wifi is good but the signal is weak when we go to the balcony. I think my favorite here is the working heater, bidet, and washing machine. The aircon's cool as well.

There are several little cockroaches roaming around. It's good that we are not that afraid of them but it's uncomfortable and unhygienic. The staffs are always on the rush (can't blame them but hopefully they will be more ready to accommodate the guests). We entered the unit but the smell is not that good (kindly used freshener next time), the aircon is still not open, the dishwashing soap is barely minimum. Please make sure to provide new things for the guests.

Room B837 was not a pleasant experience.

The location and ease of check in and check out were amazing.

The bathroom floor was dirty. Mold stains on the bathroom ceiling. The washer drained onto the bathroom floor and I had to insert the drain hose into the floor drain. The grease trap under the sink overflowed and the resulting backup of water flooded onto the kitchen floor resulting in us eventually having to pack up and move rooms for the remaining two days stay, although we requested a possible change of rooms earlier in our stay. The decorative tiling on the kitchen wall was peeling off. Small cockroaches were prominent prompting the maintenance person to spray during the 2nd day of stay. At the beginning of our stay, we reported a large hole in the shower awhich created a safety hazard, which was simply covered up by a rubber mat. For the eight days of stay t the only saving grace was that we were eventually offered that change of rooms near the end of our stay.
