Location! Location! Location! Walk out the door and stroll onto one of the most beautiful beaches in America! This luxurious villa sleeps up to 6 people. The villa has beautiful granite counter tops, fresh bathrooms and bedrooms and screened in lanai with chairs and cocktail tables. There are a total of 4 HD flat screen televisions and high speed wireless internet access for those who prefer web-surfing to wave surfing. A wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops are within easy reach as are rental facilities for jet skis, boats, bicycles and more. Linens and towels provided with beds made! Children friendly, pets considered (please inquire). YMCA is 10 min away with beautiful outdoor pool, whirlpool and sauna at very reasonable rates. Available for rent by the day, week or month. Minimum renter age 25 yrs. old.

Location was not right on beach but a couple blocks away…clearly walkable, plus carts are available for use. Beach supplies also available. Walls are pretty thin so can hear a lot. Enough seating in living room. Bed in master bedroom was firm and so comfortable. Place about a mile from basketball courts, restaurants and shops. Overall, place met our needs and we had a wonderful vacation

I recently spent four days and three nights at a property in Venice Beach, FL, and overall, it was a memorable experience with my family celebrating my dad's 73rd birthday. The location was fantastic, with just a five-minute walk to the beach, making it convenient for us to soak up the sun and enjoy the ocean breeze. Unfortunately my dad was not able to make this short walk. However, there was a public parking available right at the beach entrance. We would just drive him over to enjoy the beach. The accommodation was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate six people, and the fact that it was pet-friendly was a huge plus for us. One of the highlights was the inclusion of beach supplies, which made our time on the shore even more enjoyable. Additionally, the kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare some meals and save on dining expenses. The proximity to the lifeguard station made us feel safe, and the atmosphere was definitely family-friendly, perfect for quality time with loved ones. However, there were a few downsides to our stay. The beds were uncomfortably firm for both myself and my guests, which affected our sleep quality a little bit. It was disappointing to find that towels were not provided, as this is a basic amenity that we expected to be included. Additionally, the loft area was quite narrow, making it a bit cramped and uncomfortable for adults. Despite these minor issues, we were still able to make some great memories together as a family.

Pleased with design-openess, light, full kitchen. Good air conditionng and dehumidification system. Very adequate grill and beach accessories.. Negative-thin walls, unfiltered water. Stairway and balcony could be cleaner. Bathroom window needs sun shade.

The property was very nice. Plenty of room, great kitchen. My only negative thing I would say would be the stairs were very steep, dangerous for small children, and older adults. Other than the stairs, I would recommend this rental.

Awesome location, about 1 block to beach and .5 miles from town. You truly don’t need a car if you don’t want to drive. Frank and Kelsey were friendly and helpful. Place was well accommodated and stocked with everything you may need. We enjoyed our stay!

Everything about this property was fantastic. Beyond clean and very comfortable. All of the amenities were great. Walking distance to the beach. Frank, the host is a very nice and accomodating host. We will definitely be staying there again when we visit.

Overall a fantastic stay! Location of the villa was perfect for us, walked to the beach everyday, volleyball courts off path, excellent beaches!! Basketball courts, just a few steps away, along with some nice shops. Quaint place to stay!

Loved the location and the property. The only thing I would suggest is to light up the property more at night. Or, if lights are on a timer, set them for earlier in the evening. Other than the outdoor lighting, it was fabulous and found it to be as advertised. with easy communication with owner and property manager.

Would for sure stay again. I didn’t realize we would need to buy paper towels and toilet paper for the week. If there would have been a vacuum for hard floors, I would recommend vacuuming under beds / and in all corners.

Check in was good. There are too many decorative items around if you're staying any length of time. Multiple kitchen pans need to be tossed as the finish is flaking off. If you plan on cooking, there isn't enough cabinet space for your groceries. No view. You are looking at the back of the building in front of you. Adequate, but overall, a 3.

We went to the area because daughter-in-love wanted to visit her old home town. Venice is a very peaceful community and all the folks are so pleasant. This VRBO was just the ticket! The accommodations were just as advertised, with the exception that living room furniture has been updated. The place was very comfortable. The only disappointment, if one could call it that, the shower water pressure is dismal. One probably can’t blame property management for that though, I’m sure that is normal for the area. So take a soak bath instead! 😜. We never had cause to communicate with property management…so we really can’t rate that one.

Very dirty and old outdated. Left early because of the shower. It wouldn’t turn off. Had to wait a few hours for manager to come and turn water off to the whole unit. He couldn’t fix the problem. He had to call someone else and wouldn’t be repaired for a day or more. We’d had enough at that point and just checked out. Never was reimbursed or anything. Don’t stay here. Go elsewhere

Location was perfect, roomy especially with a loft for the teens to sleep in. We would stay there again. Only issue we had was the place was not ready for us. There was some sort of mixup on their part and the place was not cleaned. But they cleaned it while we waited. Otherwise I would have given them a higher rating.

The place was ok, but was not cleaned properly, the closet on the second floor was full of old couches and it smells. There's no privacy, you can hear the people next door like they are on your room. On the good side, you are a walk away from the beach. Everything else was good..I had a great time with the family.

Furniture has been updated since pictures were posted. Lots of space and great bonus area for our teenagers! Huge bathroom for my new husband and I to both get ready at the same time! We come to this area a few times a year.

Came to Venice for a week to visit with family and enjoyed the location of this property. Property manager Richard was outstanding and the location was very nice. It is about a block away from Venice beach.

Great location less than a block from the gulf and an easy walk to downtown. Well equipped with spices and beach supplies. We liked the bonus loft with two twin beds. It was a great place for the family to recharge.

We stayed here for July 4 and had an amazing time. Close to the beach and dining and playgrounds. Would definitely recommend and we found lots of sharks teeth. It’s also a great beach to watch fireworks on July 4!
