This was a great rental for the family. I was a bit taken aback by the request to wash the linens at the end of vacation since we are required to pay a cleaning fee but that was the only negative thing I have to say about this place. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
Lots to do in the surrounding areas and Venice beach is bliss. Angelo’s has amazing authentic food, you must try!

Overall a great property for a family with kids. Pool was awesome (paid extra to have it heated). Some of the extra could be updated (pots and pans, linens, no grill tools) but we enjoyed our stay. Neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Easy drive to beach and grocery store.

It was a wonderful visit. The house was super clean and beautifully appointed. The pool was clear and heated very fun place to be. Location was wonderful. 7 minutes to the beach & downtown.

This is a delightful house that is inviting and relaxing. Check in was a breeze and the house was very clean. Pool is clean and there were even rafts and beach balls for our use! It is located in a lovely, quiet and safe neighborhood. Close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. Beatriz, the owner, is responsive and friendly. My family and i had a wonderful stay, and we hope to return!

Forida Family Trip
My family of 4 loved this home. It is situated in an established family neighborhood and I felt safe. Description and pictures of the property are accurate. Clean and well appointed home and pool. We loved the pool, kitchen, lanai and outdoor shower. Centrally located for many beaches and entertainment. Take my advice, book this vacation rental. No issues or problems at all. Beatriz is available and responsive + takes pride in providing this lovely home for all of us to enjoy.

The house was in walking distance to my parents. The pool was wonderful and filled down time for us all. The house was exceptionally clean. Communication was excellent with the owner. We will be back.

Check-in was very easy, and it was so nice to not have to keep up with a key!
The house was so nice and clean, and nicely updated! The living room furniture was comfortable, and we spent many an evening in front of the fabulous big screen TV! The king-sized master bed was VERY comfortable, and it sure was nice having a TV in there as well! The bed in the 2nd bedroom is very firm, so I couldn't use it as I have back issues. But those who like a firm mattress will love it. No TV in this room. The 3rd bedroom does have a TV, but not a closet. The twin bed was comfortable, and the futon was a nice addition!
The kitchen is very small, but nicely updated with the biggest sink I've ever seen- so nice for those bigger items! It's also pretty well stocked, but the lack of a pantry made storing anything very difficult.
The dining room table is one of those high ones, and as I have back issues and my mother had a hard time getting onto them, we didn't use that table much except for extra counter space. There is a beautiful table and chairs on the lanai, but there were several nights when it was either too warm or too cool to be out there, so it would have been nice to use the table in the house.
The pool is beautiful! A nice size, and the outdoor shower was great! Even though we paid to have it heated, there were still many days we couldn't use it. Darn Florida weather!
The best part of this house was the owner, Beatriz. What a sweet lady! We had several issues while staying at the home, and Beatriz was amazing about communicating and getting them resolved as soon as possible! She even sent us towels when we mentioned there weren't enough! All she wanted was for us to be happy, and she did all she could to achieve that!
The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood, only a few minutes drive from restaurants, shopping, and groceries! And less than 5 mi from the beach!
Renters will be impressed with the beachy decor- it's obvious a lot of thought and care has gone into it!
Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much! And extra thanks to Beatriz for everything!

This location was perfect for our young family. My girls loved waking up early to swim and end each day with another dip in the pool. It couldn't have been more convenient! Having a master bath for the parents' room was ideal too. Everyone had enough space to relax, play and sleep comfortably. The home was close to the beaches and downtown Venice. There is plenty of seating indoor and outdoor. The neighborhood is quiet and felt safe and sets close to golf courses. I could go on and on about this home it was that great. I've rented several homes off of VRBO and this one is definitely one of the nicest and affordable ones I've rented. The property owner Mrs. Sanchez is wonderful and very easy to get ahold of, with quick response time. She has taken great care to make sure you feel at home in her families home while you are here. I would definitely rent this home again!

Can't go wrong!
Excellent house to rent for a weekend getaway!!! Updated appliances (ninja cooker was a nice surprise) and the pool is an oasis with almost total privacy. Definitely the location is a plus. Less than 15 minutes from anywhere you may want to visit in Venice. Would highly reccomend. I hope actually to stay here the next time I visit.

Great home accurate to listing
We really enjoyed our stay here. Home was clean and organized well throughout, including the pool, and the layout made the space seem bigger than square footing may suggest. Our group of six was comfortable and happy. The lanai area was a great addition, and nice place to relax in at night without disturbing those who may be sleeping in the bedrooms. Pool was a big plus, nicely maintained and clean, very nice size, and private as the property is surround by trees and plants. Bedrooms were all nice sizes, three TVs in the house, modern appliances throughout including a nice new grill. Friendly and responsive host. Would stay there again.
