Beautiful trees and garden. Very accomodating to our different requests with hesitation (going the extra mile). Very friendly staff, lovely comfortable rooms.

My third time at Sandown Lodge and would definitely stay again, if the occasion arose.

Quiet, convenient location. Safe off-street parking. Beautiful home and garden. Large, clean, comfortable rooms. Spacious, spotless bathroom facilities. Excellent breakfasts. Vanessa is a very pleasant, helpful host.

Not aware of anything that could have been done better.

By far my best stay in the cape.

So quiet and tranquil and in the perfect spot. The hosts are so friendly and they make the most incredible breakfast. I will be back for sure.

It was so lovely to have the safe haven of Sandown Lodge to land at, while settling my two daughters into university. Thank you for a home away from home.

Everything was lovely, but aircons would be great. it was very hot!

Not very pleasant. Perhaps the owners need to be a little more accomodating and appreciative

The room was clean and otherwise comfortable

No AIRCONDITIONER. The breakfast was not up to standard. No beans, tomatoe, mushroom, butter, jam, milk or breakfast sausage

Lovely spot in the suburbs for a quiet evening in a flatlet. I got quite a bit of work done in the peaceful environment as well. Went for a lovely run too.

Lovely charming lodge !! Lots of white, a lovely feel to the place, looking onto a pretty courtyard under a magnificent old oak tree. Lovely hostess and staff. Breakfast served in a beautiful room.

It was such a pleasure staying at Sandown Lodge.

I can highly recommend Sandown Lodge. In addition to the property itself, the hosts and staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and at home. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again when visiting Cape Town.

The host and her husband provided an excellent breakfast and are personally involved in the B & B.

Wi-Fi was free. Breakfast was really good. The stay was peaceful. Secure parking was provided on site. Property was located very close to the Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens 6 kilometres away. The area is upmarket and neat.

I have nothing negative to add as the value for money proposition was met 100%.

Great stay in a very pleasant area.

Each morning had a brisk walk in suburb and enjoyed the scenery. The breakfast was excellent and the stay very pleasant. Also liked the 2 dogs, almost a complete family setting away from home.
