Incredible

I love the Spa that was included in the price, Right in the middle of Krupowki which is amazing, close to everything you need. The whole shower design was incredible.

There was two mattresses on a large double bed which kept moving and creating hole in the middle though out the night

Doskonały pobyt!

Miejsce zasługuje na uwagę... nietuzinkowy wystrój, przepięknie zaprojektowane wnętrza - wejście, recepcja, klatka schodowa, pokój.... Kamienica w samym centrum miasta, pokój na 1 piętrze - okno od podwórza (bez spektakularnego widoku ale za to bez hałasu z Krupówek). Kontakt z obsługą bardzo dobry. Bardzo wygodne łóżko. W łazience wszystko czego potrzeba. śniadanie do wyboru : na słodko, klasyczne i vege. Nie skorzystaliśmy ze strefy spa - żałujemy, bo na zdjęciach wyglądała doskonale. Pobyt w takim miejscu to sama przyjemność.

Problem pokoju który jest jako pierwszy na klatce schodowej - od ok 6 rano ruch na klatce schodowej słyszalny w pokoju. Nie spodziewaliśmy się śniadania w takiej formie - nie było to napisane podczas rezerwacji (albo nie zauważyłam) śniadanie w formie cateringu dostarczane pod drzwi ok 8... - śniadanie ogólnie dobre ( było wszystko czego potrzeba) ale jedzenie w pokoju bez stolika i krzeseł logistycznie nie zagrało... Chyba jednak lepiej zjeść w pobliskiej knajpie. No i brak klimatyzacji - w maju już było dosyć ciepło w pokoju na szczęście mogliśmy otworzyć okno i nie było hałasu Uwaga do obsługi - wyrzucić uszkodzone ręczniki bo kłują w oczy w takich luksusowych wnętrzach.

Było bardzo ok. Gdy pojawi się klimatyzacja - napewno będę częściej korzystać z tego obiektu.

Bliskość centrum, piękny dizajn na korytarzu i w pokoju , wyposażenie w niezbędne akcesoria i sprzęty.

Brak klimatyzacji- bardzo duszno i gorąco . W związku z powyższym trzeba było otwierać okna, a to zaś sprawiało problem , bo nocne okrzyki dochodzące z Krupówek nie pozwalały na sen i wypoczynek po górskich wędrówkach.

We enjoy our stay in Zakopane and would love to return again during the warmer months.

Very chic decoration, love the painting and definitely the location. We love the street facing window with partial view of the mountain.

Understand that it’s a town house so with no elevator. It can be quite strenuous for us with heavy luggages.

Las toallas bastante viejas, incluso nos pusieron una rota. (Quizás por error) La habitación estaba en un tercero pero no hay ascensor.

Comfortable and Budget-Friendly!

The location is amazing. right in the centrum. Walkable distance from lot of attractions. Room was very Comfortable. 3 of us shared one room with much ease and comfort. The Spa and wellness area was an additional plus point if you are travelling during winters.

Breakfast did not have many options. For 35zl one would expect a better meal or options to select from.

The staff was great. The decor looked great. Everything was nice and clean. Right in the city center of Krupówki. Everything is a walking distance. The SPA was a nice bonus as we got to extra relax and unwind on a rainy day. 1 tip, keep the counter door open if you want the fridge to stay cool

Great, clean and tidy hotel in the heart of Zakopane. Very friendly and helpful staff. Perfect for a sauna after a walk in the mountains. The room is very neat and comfortable.

No trash was taken out of the room during the four days of our stay.

location is excellent and the lady on the reception was very humble and helped us in parking spot and explore many places.

i understand this is like an old building without elevators, and no support staff, we had to carry our 20 kg luggage to 3rd floor on our own.

The property is very nice, great location, and AMAZING front desk personel (Marta).

The room had everything we needed and it was very nice and had a great view of the street in a good location. We absolutely want to say that Marta at the front desk was such a huge help. She had fantastic local suggestions for what was the best way to go about our plans, whether it be food, hiking, public transit, etc. She also went out of her own way to help us with any questions or any needs. Very nice and approachable she made our stay a five stars experience.
