Spazi ampi e arredati con gusto e attenzione ai particolari, sia la camera che la sala colazione. Bagno con cabina doccia filo pavimento molto ampia. Possibilità di parcheggio.

100% recommend, good value for money

The room was so spacious and lovely, the pasties at breakfast were very good and Dominique was very accommodating. Was usually easy enough to find parking on the road outside and easy walking distance to the old town.

Very nice stay at Dimi House

The room we had was excellent - big and spacious. It really was an exceptionally beautiful room. The lady on site too was excellent and very nice and very helpful. The room was 10/10!!! I would go back for sure. Great location!!

I would have given Dimi House 10/10 - if the breakfast had been better. Breakfast was more on the ‘OK’ side than being ‘very good’. The coffee was very good, but the room it was served in was far too hot in my opinion. The Air Con could have been switched on. If the breakfast had been excellent Dimi House would be 10/10 all day long.

Lovely B&B

This was our second time staying here. Really lovely owner, really clean rooms, very comfy memory foam mattress. Just a few mins walk from the historical centre and right beside Piazza Mazzini. Great breakfast with lots of choice; sweet, savoury, yoghurts, fruit, juices. We'll definitely be back!

The rooms get very bright in the morning so maybe a blackout blind or heavier curtains would be good.

Marvelous room, perfect service, close to center location

The splendid room was very clean, with very big bed and extremely comfortable, bathroom almost as big as the room and has everything you might need for short or long stay. The host was more than only polite, but exceeded our expectations with his readiness to fulfil all our requests. The breakfast was amazing, offering a variety of home made sweet and salty snacks. And not at the last place - perfect location, close to the city center, and private parking place (not for free, but very precious in that part of the town and compared with the paid parking zones in the city). Highly recommend!

Fabulous BnB with excellent facilities and wonderful staff.

Dimi House is fabulous and I would highly recommend staying at this property. The property is in an excellent location, is clean and very comfortable and the staff are welcoming and very helpful.

It is hard to find any negatives about Dimi House and my only piece of feedback is that the breakfast is a little limited.

Wonderful breakfast and beautiful rooms

The breakfast room was beautiful and cosy. The hotel is within walking distance of central Lecce. The room was huge and with a wonderful bathroom and an extremely comfy bed. The staff were so lovely and helpful.

Excellent stay at the Dimi House

While the Dimi House is a simple apartment on the outside, the inside common areas and the rooms were beautiful, modern and tastefully designed. The bedrooms were spacious and the bathroom was surprisingly large by any standards, fully tiled and well appointed. Breakfast of pastries, yogurts, meats, cheeses and fruit was excellent and the owner was very friendly and patient as we co-mingled Italian and English to communicate. His friend, the lovely Christina, was so helpful to us as well (though I am not sure she is there all the time). We were traveling with another couple and we know they shared our views. The location is an easy 10-minute walk to the historic center as well. Lecce is a wonderful city. We highly recommend the Dimi House without hesitation.

Beautiful huge rooms and spacious bathroom in central location

Beautiful huge rooms and spacious bathroom located in a historic building with lift access. really friendly and helpful manager who was constantly willing to help and provide assistance for taxi booking. Unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy the breakfast due to an early morning flight but the spread looked delicious and plenty. overall a good stay with central location.

if it wasn’t for the WiFi and television it would have been a comfortable stay

television offered no streaming services-no international Chanel’s only Italian-Wi Fi was unreliable in the bedroom and very slow-

Very good

A cosy little bed and breakfast with a very friendly and helpful host. The location is great and easy to access by car and just a few minutes walk from the busy old town. The room was nice and modern and the bathroom was also great.

It was very hot in Lecce and when we returned to the room after dinner the AC was somehow turned off, meaning we needed to cool the room for more than an hour before we could go to sleep. The breakfast had plenty of sweet options but many of them where very dry and not fresh, maybe fewer but fresher options would be better.

Amazing!

Everything was perfect in this accommodation and Domenico was a perfect host! Breakfast was absolutely fantastic. If you have a car, expect to pay and park in the street.
