Hotel bien situé pour visiter le centre historique

Hotel au coeur de la vieille ville, idéal pour visiter Lecce. Nous avions pris l'option parking (18 euros), très pratique. PDJ très varié au dernier étage avec vue panoramique et personnel agréable et souriant.

Piacevole esperienza con vista panoramica

Posizione centralissima, davanti la chiesa di Santa Chiara la cui facciata è ben visibile dalla camere matrimoniali categoria superior con balcone. Gradito l'offerta di upgrade gratuito della camera anche se, ahimè, avevo già provveduto io tramite booking (purtroppo pagandola !). Camera spaziosa, con due comode poltrone. Bagno senza finestra.buona la pulizia. Colazione buona in terrazza con coperta con vista sulla facciata di Santa Chiara. Servizio veloce. Ottimo i pasticciotti. C'è un terrazzino con sedie e poltrone da cui si gode una stupenda vista a 360 gradi sulla città.

Check in eseguito da un dipendente non molto cortese. Dopo aver atteso quasi 5 minuti che il dipendente chiudesse la telefonata di lavoro, nemmeno una parola di scuse formali per l'attesa. Check in frettoloso, tanto che ho dovuto chiedere io l'orario della colazione. Phon molto debole, senza possibilità di aumentare la potenza. Kit da bagno migliorabile. Per essere un quattro stelle, non comprendo perché le ciabatte debbano essere a pagamento (5 euro) e nessuna bottiglietta di acqua in omaggio (2 euro). Per principio sono andata a comprarla al distributore vicino l'albergo al prezzo di 0.80 euro. Spa non disponibile. Camera silenziosa, solo la mattina presto si viene svegliati dal camioncino che raccoglie il vetro...non è colpa dell'albergo ma dalla posizione centralissima dello stesso.

Hotel in posizione strategica nel pieno centro della città ma dalla camera si sentivano tutti i rumori esterni ed anche quelli interni.Svegliati gia alle 7 dai rumori delle sedie al piano colazione che non era neanche soddisfacente.Per accendere le luci sul comodino bisognava scendere completamente dal letto,nel bagno la tavoletta del wc era lenta come anche il gancio del doccino e nessun appoggio nella doccia.Mi spiace ma da un 4 stelle mi aspetto di più

Magnifica posizione, hotel di livello

Hotel di livello, con tutti i comfort di un 4 stelle, servizio parking con car valet molto comodo. Posizione centralissima di fronte alla chiesa di santa chiara. Terrazza panoramica per le colazioni. Personale molto cordiale, disponibile e attento. Consigliatissimo

Le camere economy del piano terra, seppur molto grandi, non sono dotate di finestre, ma solo di velux.

Great location, breakfast and staff.

Location very central. breakfast was very good, good quality food and coffee. Terrace was nice. Beds were very comfortable and excellent shower. Cleaning staff very helpful and rooms cleaned every day.

No air-conditioning when we were there in april, if you leave window open you will hear street noise, but window did cool the room and street noise subsided later in the night and still got good night's sleep. Hot tub located in breakfast area terrace, so not really appealing for use.

Hotel historique avec des équipements hors service mais correct votr

Le palais historique est bien situé et la vue de la terrasse est assez agréable, la chambre était confortable avec un bel ecran. Le personnel est gentil et attentionné, le petit déjeuner est correct.

Attention, le jacuzzi au dernier etage n’est pas en fonction, et apparemment c’est le cas depuis longtemps. Dans la chambre ma baignoire était aussi inaccessible . En gros ca serait plus honnête de présenter l’hotel sans les photos des équipements qui ne sont pas disponibles.

Was told breakfast started at 8 but it -really- started earlier. Not an issue if you are staying but we had to drive to our next city so we lost an hour…. :(

A very good stay, only spoiled by the parking issue

Building, location

Location is great but being in the restricted traffic area makes it difficult if you are with a car. The hotel offers a valet parking only until 8pm (and not particularly cheap). The closest car park is the underground parkejoo, which is a 15min walk, and quite expensive. I strongly suggest a clear warning is shown in a prominent position in the website.

Would definitely recommend this hotel, amazing location, comfortable and especially lovely staff.

The breakfast was excellent with a good selection and a nice view. The location was excellent and the staff were especially kind and receptive.

The only thing which was negative was in the room ax the air conditioning was difficult to work and the windows were loft type ones so a little claustrophobic.

Good hotel in the town centre

Location: doesn't get any more central than this. Quiet hotel. Friendly staff. Nice decor.

The jacuzzi on the 4th floor wasn't working, the tumbler in the WC wasn't properly washed, the AC was too noisy, the blue light coming from the card slot on the wall was too bright during the night. The breakfast was unhealthy and not very high quality.

Gorgeous hotel situated in the best location. Breakfast, staff & roof top terrace are fabulous.

Besides the undeniably fabulous location….The 2 ladies who run the breakfast service were my highlight, so friendly and engaging - nothing was too much trouble.

As a seasoned traveler, I’m well aware that language can be a communication barrier but in general the front of house staff could take a tip from the 2 ladies on breakfast duty and give you a welcoming smile instead of a curt ‘you’re welcome’!

The hotel is very Beautiful. We stayed in a superior room with had a great view of the town square. We got engaged and the hotel left of prosecco and layer out somethings I left on the bed which was just so nice of them . The staff are very friendly and so accommodating. And the breakfast was just so cute with a jacuzzi and nice view of the town . Can't wait to return .

HORRIBLE

The room was as a Sauna. I alerted the desk reception clerks several times. They assured me it would be taken care of. It was not. At about 2AM I could no longer stay in the heat and left the room. The hotel refused to issue a credit or a refund or even acknowledge the problem. SHAMEFUL

The building looks beautiful from the outside and the location was perfect. Breakfast was ok with a special coffee selection.

I had a free upgrade and still the room wasn’t even close to a 4 star hotel room. Stuffy room with a mattress so old and soft that there was a pit where all the people have slept before. In the bathroom everything you touched fell apart. The spa is under maintenance. Jacuzzi in the rooftop was full of water and working but when i asked if i can use it they said that is not in use with no explanation.
