The staircase snd the entrance to the building needs little more maintenance done to it. The walls are chipping which looks little obscure.

Everything was excellent, the location, the room, the staff and especially the gift of a little Pulcinella that I received at the end of my stay . Thank you very much and have a lovely year!

I got bedbugs in this property. While the location and amenities were nice, this was a horrifying experience that left me covered in bites. I would not recommend to ANYONE to stay here.

I loved this charming little B&B! Very nice location close to the the promenade, cafés etc. and a short walk to the metro station.
The room was comfortable and had a little balcony with a little café table and chairs where you could sit and relax.
Very friendly staff, too!
All in all, I was more than satisfied and would have loved to stay here a few more days!

The cups are not super clean in the chamber.

The location is great, quiet street and very safe. The building is antique and a discovery for itself. Cute retro decoration within the B&b, functional elevator.
Cons-The bedding was incredibly hard.
A/C was disconnected by staff when we left the room to go explore Naples. So the room was particularly hot when we came back and took long before cooling down. On the second night our blanket/ bed cover was completely removed by staff… and we were left with sheets only.. we took it as of because the cover was gone we wouldn’t be using the A/C. Found it a bit rude.
Breakfast was a major disappointment! First day breakfast wasn’t offered before 8am and we had a trip scheduled and needed to leave before 8am. Second day, little food offered and poor quality. We ended up having breakfast in a local café.

Nothing, everything was perfect.
Everything! The staff was kind, the location excellent and safe, the room spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was a nice Italian breakfast with many choices. We will definitely come here again if we are in Naples.

Very cute, clean and well located. Easy to find, it is located in the highend shopping district. There are plenty of shops and restaurants around and the street is pleasantly quiet for Naples.

If you have a room near the reception can be a bit noisy

The location was in a safe area with most things within a walkable distance eg port, shopping, San Carlo Theatre, funicular and Metro. The bathroom was literally immaculate and the rooms tastefully decorated. There was something for all tastes at breakfast. The staff were friendly but discreet.
The Wi-Fi was patchy and the Quadruple room at the front was above the main road so could be noisy at times. However in summer the air conditioning could be turned on so you would not need to open the windows and you can watch all the action on the street from the small balcony.
3.5
Fantastic location, cleaning was not perfect but OK.
The walls are so tiny that you can hear everything from other rooms and the corridor. The guests from next room were listening music till late and the staff started preparing the breakfast at 7:30 in the morning, so I had a very little sleep because of all the noise.
