Beds were comfortable, location was easy to get to.
Breakfast buffet was pretty pricey with limited options. Rooms reminded me of cruise ship cabins as they are very condensed.
3.8
The location and the shower/bath facilities of the room.
The room a bit small and one double bed only, not 2 smaller beds.

Easy check in
Rooms are very small

Location closed to the train station.
Small room.

Location is very good - family Mart and 7-11 at 2 mins walk. 2 train stations also at 5 mins walk
Not good options for vegetarians despite an Indian restaurant for breakfast
3.8
Location of hotel was near to the Tokyo Station, and the train station that takes me directly to the airport.
Breakfast was average. Not many options for vegetarians and vegans. The hotel cannot assume everyone eats meat.
3.8
The location is good and within walking distance to Tokyo Station, and other subway stations.
The room was comfortable but not ideal for more than 1 person even in the double room.
The room is a bit small and it was a double room - not ideal for 2 persons.
Though the breakfast has choices of Japanese, Indian and Western, there should be more choices for vegetarians & vegans. The coffee was disappointing.

Nothing
Dirty bed, room.
Extremely small room and bathroom even for 1 small person.
Air conditioning was blowing in your head and unable to use whilst inside of the room.
The bathroom sink outlet was in usage also for the shower. Washing hands was a struggle with the water knob jumping on and off.
Smelly bed full of hair.
Don’t recommend even for 1 night. you can find better value for the money.

I liked the location. It's near the Tokyo station. Also, there is Ginza with lots of shops and entertainment really nearby.
There are not many places to eat right near the hotel. But that's ok. You can always grab a snack at 7-11 which is near the hotel.

Stayed at this hotel around five years ago and loved it - so booked again. Great location - 10 minute walk from Tokyo Central Station, just minutes from Ginza and its upmarket bars, restaurants and shopping.
Family Mart virtually next door - so convenient.
Modern exterior and smart lobby/reception.
As above, when I stayed five years ago as a solo traveller, really smart room - not spacious but modern and adequate size.
This time as a couple, quite frankly the room was a shocker! Barely room for luggage. Surely the staff should take into consideration who or how many are staying when allocating rooms!
Not sure if would book again on that basis.
Earthquake made it a little interesting on the first morning - and view from room towards Sky Tower and Asakusa ok though.

Clean and comfortable. Close to metro stations. Helpful staff.
Unfortunately it's right next to a very busy route into Tokyo, and a fire station so there was constant and often very loud traffic noise. The air on would only blow hot air so the window needed to be open to keep the room comfortable which meant it was noisy!
Only one lift for a 15 floor hotel meant waiting!

The flexibility of the hotel, they could change my booking without any problem
The fridge wasn't functional and I turned it on, I don't know why

The beds were amazingly soft. It was like sleeping on a cloud. The bathroom was a good size and all the necessities were provided. We were able to store our luggage in the hotel lobby prior to checking in.
